I went in for a DOT inspection and STS discovered only 1 brake was functional. I had no idea until they showed me exactly what was going on. The last DOT inspection was done,6months prior by a different company and was done in record time. My next inspection and repairs will be done by the pros at STS,

James at the Ridgefield location is the most efficient and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. He always knows exactly what to diagnose and very quickly. Very nice to have a mechanic that will keep your truck on the road making money.

I had heard great things about Southwest and was looking forward to working with them. I contacted Spensir for an estimate on a simple trailer fix, it was great, he had me text pictures and told me he would send me an estimate. After about ten days I sent a reminder note, no response. I called and he said he would have it by the end of the day crickets.After another ten days I send another reminder and Tim tells me Spensir is on vacation and gives me a general estimate not including parts I try to remind him Spensir said he would give me a real estimate and Tim says he doesn t have time to give me an estimate based on pictures (which are in the email thread).So. There it is. I suppose it just stops there. They don t have time to give me an estimate and I have to look elsewhere.

We needed 3 trailers moved, and their brakes were all locked up. I called and a technician was immediately dispatched. Job was finished within an hour of my phone call! Fast, friendly, and professional!

I use SW trailer for all of my repair needs on my box trucks. I supervise a large fleet and I know I ask a lot. Spensir and the team always take care of me and have never let me down. The service is great, the quality and quick turnaround they provide is top of the line. They have my business for good. If you need any help with your trailers or box trucks I recommend asking for Spensir by name, he will make sure you are taken care of, and he will keep communicating throughout the process so that you know what is going on and what to expect. I highly recommend Southwest Trailers Service.

The facility was easy to access and plenty of space but they were very busy and still made time for me! This was a wow experience in a excellent sense. Spencer at the facility make sure that my trailer was totally repaired and DOT worthy. I had an emergency issue with my ABS in my air suspension which they took care of in the matter of hours and I had shown up late on an afternoon for them to even start. They ordered the parts necessary and had the truck repaired within several hours which I thought was amazing.Thanks guys really appreciate your help and I d be more than happy to recommend you do anybody that I come across.Whoops I forgot to mention the office staff is excellent also.MarcB

If you have issues with your trailer I truly recommend you this place I had issues with my trailer and I when to two pleases before here and the only thing I end up is spending money and time. Spencer is the person who take care my request and also this guys are flexible with you to work and wherever is needed on your trailer and they will show you what actually the issue is on your equipment and they offered you the best move to do to get your trailer repair. Thanks to them I m on the road now and this is my shop to go when my trailer has issues.

Our Trailer Fleet is comprised of several thousand Trailers (28' & 53') and Con Gears/Dollies. In addition to our in house Mechanics in select cities, we must also rely on repair vendors like Southwest Trailer Service in other cities to keep our equipment safe and road worthy. We have found that the quality of work at Southwest Trailer Service is very high and the communication we receive on status updates is awesome. They tell me when DOTs are done or repairs are completed on the same day before I have to call and find out. Lastly, the leadership there is terrific. Spensir Mourey is my go to person for everything. He always answers his phone day or night, listens and provides solutions. Once he gives his word that something is going to be done, I know that it will be done. I deal with many Repair Vendors and Shop Managers. Best service I have ever received from a trailer shop. I was stranded in town on a small road on a Saturday. I called multiple wrecker services. Nobody was open. The tech arrived quickly and removed my seized Caliper and broken rotor quickly on my trailer in no time. Once my parts came in they put numerous techs on it and repaired in half the time the job usually bills for. This is the 2nd time I have had new brakes fail. Last time took much longer. Southwest trailer is the best. They will get you right back on the road fast at a very fair price. Highly recommend!!

I trust Southwest Trailer with my trailer repair requirements because they get the job done. They are expedient, reasonably priced, professional, and dependable. When I send a request, I know I don't have to worry about. It's as good as done. Our fleet extends across 3 different countries and is over 70,000 trailers, rail chassis and containers strong. I work with a multitude of different shops in my day to day, Southwest Trailer is among the best.

I called them and 4 or 5 other shops with a brake problem on a 28 year old trailer. These folks were the only ones willing to even look at it! Due to the age and type of equipment, Dayton rims and spoke wheels, the parts were a bit difficult to find but they found them and did excellent work replacing the drums and shoes. Everyone from the owner, who helped pretrip the trailer, to the mechanic was great to work with. Polite and competent.

I wanted to change the type of trailer hitch I had on my food cart. I sent over pictures and explained my predicament. I got an immediate and detailed response about what my options were. I have opted to stay with the current hitch I have (their recommendations), so although they didn't do any work on my trailer, they were friendly, punctual, professional, and gave me an instant detailed email about my options. I will definitely use them in the future if I have any issues with my trailer.

Friendly, willing to work on rig immediately. Ensured drop dead timelines. This place is great to fix your box truck or any other rig that needs special attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Not impressed! Driver was over charged and inspection forms were not complete. $187.00 for a DOT tractor inspection and $187.00 for a DOT trailer inspection. Typically cost for a DOT inspection $90.00 to $100.00. Spensir Mourey needs to work on his people skills.

I have to say from the first call I made, to scheduling an appointment, to dropping off my boat trailer, to picking it up when finished, these guys were about as professional as it gets! Made me feel super comfortable! Just super professional guys! Thanks again!!!

I used for some welding and was happy. Then I made a appointment to get some more work done on the 13th and was told to drop it off on the 20th which I did. The 1st week nothing got done due to the shop guy's were sick. (no problem it happens ) then I go in on the 30th and the only thing that was done was the brakes. ZERO was done on the welding. I have been out of work for 2 weeks and the boss man felt like I shouldn't be upset. I don't know who runs this place but he should have a talk with the guy that is running it for him. I know I will not be recommending it for nothing and probably will talk bad about it for along time. Thanks for nothing.

Tim, Robert and SWTS have taken care of every truck I've driven for the last 20 years. I won't have it any other way. The day they they quit, I will too.If you want your rig treated right; if you want to be safe-Call SWTS.

They were helpful, very fair priced, and speedy with the work I needed done. Took pictures and emailed them to me for a factory flaw in a trailer I purchased. I would go back to them in a heartbeat! Thank you for all the help and the friendly customer service.

At 5pm I pulled in needing an FHWA, they found major issues with my brakes and couldn t get parts so three of their mechanics stayed until 9:30pm putting new landing gear on a trailer they loaned me to drop my load. Holy hell I ve never had better customer service, and I ve been to every state.

I live 2000 miles from here and my trailer frame cracked and they got me right in and a kid named Jeff stayed late to get it welded so I could get going and make some money. This place is awesome. Thanks!
