We purchased an almost new used (non Mercedes Benz) car from here. Our experience was phenomenal. Chan was our sales person. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and cared for. I felt good about buying a new car here as it went through a full check up with the Mercedes Benz mechanics. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from this dealership. There prices were competitive too.

From start to finish the experience was top notch. Our Sales person Edward asked a few important questions to narrow down the models we thought would fit our needs. We took the time to explain options and innovation in each of the models we test drove. We actually purchased a model up from what we thought we'd buy and so far are very happy.The sales manager Dale reinforced our decision and much of what our sales person told us. Financing was a breeze. Pick up and delivery was quick and easy. They invited us back in of we didn't understand how to work any thing that was presented or if we had questions. The car is packed with technology so I'm sure we will have questions!This isn't my first car purchase. It's actually my 12th! It was however my best. Hats off to Richard's entire team at Mercedes Benz of Portland.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people.Buying a car is never a particularly pleasant experience, but this was as good as it gets.It was fast, efficient and everyone I dealt with was friendly and made the whole process easy and as enjoyable as possible.I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership.The car was a great deal too....

We had a very good experience buying a car at Mercedes-Benz of Portland. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. Fouad Mohamed was our sales agent, and he was great; patient, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. We came away feeling happy with our choice, and recommend this team to others.

I'm somewhat thorn about this dealership. For full disclosure, I'm basing my comparison with the local Lexus dealership, so I might just be spoiled.Overall, the people who were helping us were helpful, friendly, and professional but the overall experience wasn't really up to the level one should expect from a premium brand.I got a feeling that MB of Portland is decent run-of-the-mill car dealership that just happens to sell expensive cars. My main gripe is the attention to detail through the process. For instance, we were not offered refreshments until almost two hours into the process. At one point the sales person pulled the car from the parking spot and disappeared for over 20 minutes. The car detailing missed coffee stains on the seat belt, the folded third row seats had decent amount of dirt underneath, and one of the second row floor mats was missing. Maintenance light was not reset, even though the dealership stated that they did the oil change. Both key fob batteries were low, despite the sales person stating twice that they replaced them.At one point, the sales person ended up doing the whole "oh, I don't think I can do that price, let me go talk to my manager" song-and-dance. The finance manager insisted on following the "these new cars are very complex ... you need to buy a service contract" script, even though I told her that I was not interested.None of these are show stoppers, but in comparison to my experience buying two cars from the local Lexus dealership, MB of Portland still has some kinks to work out to meet the same bar.

Buying my dream car at Mercedes Benz of Portland was one of the best experiences I have had! I got an amazing deal and they were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable, and Brian Carew, our sales man, made me feel valued. I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking to be well taken care of in a non-pressurised atmosphere.

Went to go look at a 2016 smart car, I already had financing, Chan was very helpful.No pressure to selling me extras. He even dropped the price a little. I came from Tenino Wa, very pleased and happy, he took the time out to explain the options in the car. This by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had. lounge is very nice with free drinks, chips and other goodies. Drove the smart car home, with no issues, very pleased and happy with Chan and the dealership, he was on it and always stayed In contact with me. Top notch simple.

My GLC purchase was the easiest and most straightforward car purchase I ve ever made. The entire experience was fast, efficient, and friendly. After a disappointing visit to another dealer in the area, a call to Faoud to explain what I was looking for resulted in a match a couple hours later and delivery a few days later. I would highly recommend Mercedes of Portland to others based on my experience.

I had a great experience with Mercedes Benz of Portland from my initial call to Sales to the delivery of my first Benz! I'm very glad Chan Saechao picked up my call as he provided excellent customer service and was eager to help me work on the best deal possible. The other two Mercedes Benz in the area were not able to match the deal that Chan provided. I LOVE my GLC43. THANK YOU Chan and Mercedes Benz of Portland for providing me the best deal and service.

It was great! Immediately got assisted by somebody when we walk in. Our sales team who assisted us pull my car out from storage lot a head of time so we don't need to wait. Kenny is also helpful and patient on answering my questions throughout the process. We are happy when we walk out with my car.

We had an amazing experience at Portland Mercedes. Mark helped us find our dream car. He was so friendly and even gave our daughter cookies. We would highly recommend anyone to come and buy a car as all of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

They were great to work with and had a fair price on the car we purchased. The only thing that was a negative was how long it took to actually purchase the vehicle. Although, buying a car never seems to be a quick process. Would definitely recommend this dealership and go back again in the future.

Chan and his sales team were great! I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle I was interested in pulled up front. I bought the car and the whole process including a test drive was less than 2 hours.

We unfortunately were coming to Mercedes with a bad experience at a non Mercedes dealership. So, after being treated poorly by the last place I was nervous...I'm happy to say Brian Carew was amazing. He walked us through the process and kept us on track. He didn't try to upsell us or pressure us. It was an amazing experience that we had with them. Love our car!!

I LOVE my car GLC 300 and am happy with my choice. Fairly easy but as always buying a car does take some time waiting. Overall was a pleasant experience.THIS WAS AT Mercedes of Portland not sure why it shows SMART Center??

We began casually looking and had no idea we would be so pleased, that we would return the next day to pick up a new car. Kenny's approach was professional and kind, instantly developing a relationship. He listened without pressure and offered details that resulted in more curiosity. The entire team that we interfaced with was courteous and efficient, from start to finish. Sorry BMW and AUDI, we just couldn't walk away from the deal we were offered. Thank you, Kenny. Aloha,Needed 2 make a much needed review of this wonderful place, far from where I've been born and raised, and lived, almost my entire life of 42 years. This wonderful place, is known to me as Mercedes-Benz of Portland, OR. I am typing this review from a little Island in the Pacific, called the "BIG Island": of Hawaii. I just wanted to share my experience with this wonderful place, that I personally have never visited. Here goes...All I can say really is that I've been looking for so long, actually a couple years for a Smart Fortwo here in Hawaii, and could never really find the style I wanted, or any of the options I wanted all in one little package that I've wanted for so long. So one day after basically years of really wanting my dream car, the new style of the smart was introduced, to the world, and I instantly was totally hooked!!!! So I decided to look for long hours, on many websites, and search engines, and gladly found this wonderful dealership. I've also talked to a many salespeople, and they never made me feel confident in finding, or helping me get what I truley wanted, or made me feel that it was kinda ridiculous, because I lived all the way across the Ocean, here in Hawaii. Well, of course, that was until I met one kind soul over the internet at first,, then talking personally over the Phone. This made all the difference, in me changing how I felt,, about making a purchase from far across the ocean, and putting my trust in a kind voice on the other end of the phone line.. This wonderful SalesMan that helped me,, with every question, worry, anxiety that you could imagine that I felt, is "Samuel Kim"!!! I feel that he would have gone out on the limb, to help me get what i truly wanted. Very good,, at what he does,, made everything go very smooth, made all my worries go away in the purchasing process,, and got me the Smart fortwo i truly wanted (color, manuel transmission)and all. Helped me through the whole process, was so good, I needed up just purchasing my Smart straight up, paid in full, just because I had trusted, what I will soon receive will be just what I wanted. Well, I'm glad to say that my smart is in the process of being on its way to me, across the land and ocean it crosses to get to me finally. Just want to Thank Samuel Kim, from Mercedes-Benz Portland for the wonderful customer service,, and positive attitude that i truly appreciated in the purchase of my new vehicle. THANKS Samuel"SAM" KIM, for making it easy, with my decision on purchasing from your wonderful Dealership. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure there was many different wonderful people that helped in this process, but ultimately its because of this salesman, that actually made the sale!! Keep up the good work!! Who knows, I might just tell my family and friends to contact this dealership for their future purchasing of vehicles. I definitely know, I will probably do it again. Let's just hope that my review, is just as good,, with the shipping company, incharge of safety shipping my my lil' smart car to me...I will definitely fill you all in on an update soon. My experience at Smart Center of Portland truly exceeded all of my expectations, and my partner and I were left feeling very good about our purchase. Austin Manning set himself apart from all of the other salespersons we had previously dealt with at other dealerships by honestly listening to our needs. He offered economy and honesty in his words and let us make our own decisions while providing superior service in every aspect of our transaction. Teresa Soulier continued in kind by providing excellent customer service for the financial aspects of our purchase. She was clear, concise, and complete in her ability to communicate the details of our agreement while maintaining a disarming atmosphere built on trust. The staff involved in preparing our 2009 Smart Fortwo for sale went above and beyond anything I had previously viewed at other dealerships. It had been cleaned, maintained, and presented with a high standard of quality that my critical eye truly appreciates. I have already started to plan another Smart Car purchase for the future, and I know that when the time is near Smart Center of Portland will have my business.To Austin, Teresa, and the Smart Center of Portland Staff: we thank you.Addendum: 2 years later, an employee at this dealership called to offer to buy back our 2009 Smart ForTwo. He informed my wife that they overcharged us for our car, and offered to buy the car back for 1/6 what we paid. 3 months into owning the car, the clear coat started peeling off the body panels in a number of places. Upon researching, I discovered that this is a known issue with the red 2009 Smart Fortwo model. Lastly, the annual maintenance for this vehicle was 3 times the cost estimated at time of purchase. I specifically asked about this detail, and was shocked to discover such a disparity between their estimate and actuality at the same dealer.My initial experience, while great, has been sorely scarred after learning this new information. I am no longer able to recommend this dealer to prospective mercedes patrons, let alone stand by my initial rating of 5 stars. I am revising my rating to 2 stars, to account for any ignorance on the part of the sales team with regard to actual practices and vehicle condition at the time of sale. They did treat my wife and I with respect, and their customer service was exceptional. They may not have known the reality of the situation.

This dealership was pleasant and efficient to work with. i recently purchased a pre-owned car from them through salesperson Joseph King. The entire transaction from email correspondence to delivery of the vehicle was quick, accurate, and pain free. No high pressure upsells or hidden fees.

Customer of mine came to me for the extremely high bill they quoted, for parts that were not needed as well. They said it needed a 02 sensors, There is no codes or even stored codes of having a 02 problem. Carful, these shops are criminal.

Overall experience was good. The sales process was effortless. No pressure. My only complaint was on delivery I was not introduced to the Service department or offered direction for for ongoing service and support.
