Like every reputable body shop in the Portland area, Sharp has a backlog of work. But they gave me an appointment for an estimate, gave me a written estimate promptly at that appointment and gave me an appointment for the work, completed the work within the estimated 2 weeks, and worked seamlessly with State Farm. They also patiently answered my questions, including when I called to get an updated estimate of when the work would be done. The car came back cleaner than it has been since we bought it, and the repaired area cannot be distinguished from the rest of the original car.

Couldn t have asked for a better experience, start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable and great communication! They also worked with my insurance so I had absolutely no stress! Had to have a rental car during the repairs, so I was able to leave that at the shop and they handled the rental return for me, too! Most importantly, my vehicle is back to her original state (if not better)! 100% satisfied and definitely recommend Sharp Auto Body & Paint Works!!

We had a tree fall on our home and car. We took the car to Sharp and they gave us a good price and the work is beautiful! It looks like a brand new car! I would recommend Sharp to anyone!!

If you want a new car experience then this place is it, very communicative about where we were at in the process. We had a problem with a part getting in but they told me where it was at and always took my phone calls, I really appreciated how clean and detailed my car was when I picked up. Put a huge smile on my face and you can t even tell there was a dent, felt like buying a brand new car again. I m super happy and it felt well worth the price. I had such a good experience at this shop! It s never fun to get your car repaired & they make it so easy here. They have rental cars on site so if you need a rental when you drop off their is someone to get you into one.I was shocked that my car was finished in 4 days! It needed to be painted all along one side due to scratches & needed a rear bumper. Last time I needed a bumper I went to the dealer & waited 3 weeks. They were really nice & I couldn t recommend more honestly!

My friend John was hit by someone not looking the right way. The folks at Sharp gave a great estimate, worked with appropriate insurance folks and once finalized, expedited the work truck back to him. In fact, the vehicle had other work done on it because they knew what they were doing. Excellence all around.

This is the second vehicle I ve had worked on here; both were insurance claims. They took care of everything for me and the work done looks great. They were busy but that s to be expected in the auto shop world these days. They even washed it before I picked it up.

I am so happy with my repair! This is the second time I have needed to bring my 4 Runner to Sharp Auto Body for repairs and body work (for 2 different accidents). They do not disappoint! Top notch service, thorough repair, quality work and they make it so easy and convenient. They handled everything I needed and then some - including dealing with my insurance and rental car. Thank you to the whole team over there! My car was heavily keyed...and by heavily, I mean the entire vehicle except the very middle of the very top of the car. The vandalism occurred over Thanksgiving, but I couldn't get an estimate until the end of January; this is typical in the auto body field so I wasn't worried or irritated. The estimate process went well, they scheduled me for the work on 4/3, and said it would take 3-4 weeks. The entire process was easy and the guys at the shop (Dave, in particular) were incredibly friendly, informative, and easy to work with! I got my car back today after only 10 days and she looks beautiful! Absolutely outstanding work in a record amount of time. I've never had a process like this go so smoothly and quickly! Only 10 days! I hope I never need body work again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go to Sharp. THIS is how you run a business. I'm fairly certainly that Sharp is the gold standard!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had some minor body repairs done here on my bmw. When I picked it up today, it was sparkling clean, inside and out. They went above and beyond, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. They took a little longer than I would have liked, but Sharp did a great job, fixing my fender. It looks like new. They also detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle so it was absolutely spotless when I picked it up. They also went the extra mile and removed some paint that had rubbed onto the other fender when I got too close to a post. I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Dave and Co call it like it is. Been going there since 2002 for minor dings, and major collisions.Accurate estimates, good rapport with major insurance companies, speedy and accurate work. They arranged my rental during my most recent repair. Sorry the Covid/Supply Chain/Labor shortage is slowing their ability (and their competitors) to get work done.

Sharp Auto Body is my absolute favorite! I got hit by a teenager and the insurance company was such a pain to deal with, when I got to Sharp Auto it was a breath of fresh air. They were wonderful! Professional, patient with all my questions, and they arranged the rental car entirely on their end. All I had to do was show up and swap keys. They worked very efficiently and took care of some other cosmetic work my car needed. They also went the extra mile but returning my car with the interior freshly vacuumed. Absolutely loved them! Would recommend them to anyone, especially women who are sick of being mistreated when it comes to anything car related.

I called twice. Once before noon once late afternoon. No call back until the next day. This shop is too busy for me. They wouldn't be able to repair my car for 2 months. State farm recommends them which is why I gave it a try.

Ive been using sharp for over 10 years for my personal needs. JR and the staff have always exceeded my expectations. The work is always flawless, they re timely; professional and extremely friendly. They just finished fender repair on my Mercedes, and it s nothing short of perfect. As a business owner myself; their practices are something I can appreciate greatly. Keep up the good work guys; always impressed!

After a couple weeks of trying to get through on the phone, with no response to voicemail. I physically went to the office to book an appt. They were booked out 4 months. All good, I expect to wait, but they had no interest in booking an appt, instead finding vague excuses to why it they wouldn t work on my car without ever hearing what the issue was. Which was a minor ding.

It can be intimidating to be a woman and have to enter the world of auto body repairs alone. I had no idea what this process would entail and I was dreading it. In fact, I put off getting my truck repaired for months! I finally bit the bullet and started looking online for a good shop. I liked what I was reading about Sharp Auto Body and chose them for my repairs.From the second I arrived I was treated with kindness and professional courtesy. The initial visit took only a few minutes and they had me on my way with an appointment a couple of weeks away. I took it in this last Monday and it was finished Friday. The work is outstanding and they stayed true to the estimate.I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reputable auto body shop that expects a professional and rewarding experience.

These people are AMAZING! The work is great, that's a given, but the customer service is outstanding. In every circumstance, whether my personal vehicle or one of my (insurance) clients has a claim, Sharp's goes over and above the call of duty; Every..Single..Time. Truly TOP Notch! Long story short, my passenger side brake light wasn't working because moisture had gotten into the light fixture. So I went ahead and bought a completely new fixture with new lights and everything online. When I went to sharp auto body to get it installed, they told me it'd only be $20, which to me was already a way better deal than most body shops. Not only was it quick and easy, but for some reason beyond me, they decided not to charge me for the installation. These guys are probably the nicest, most honest people you'll meet in the auto repair business, and even though it was only $20, I still appreciate their generosity and willingness to help me. The least I can do is give them an honest review, and a special thanks to Jon-Patrick Broc. Sorry if I butchered your name, but you're great.

My experience with Sharp Auto Body literally could not have been easier! They took care of a pretty nasty bit of damage and not only did it in record time but my car looks (no exaggeration) like the day it was purchased. If you need auto body repairs do yourself a favor and go to this friendly, professional and local shop!

One of the more responsive shops in the area, after getting no response from a few and another one emailed me that I could not schedule appointments on their website, Sharp Auto Body responded fast and friendly. Was able to get my car done in 2 days too.

The people who work here are amazing, and I am so grateful for the work they put into my little red, 2013 Chevy Sonic. I was not attentive enough after work one evening (Tues, January 24th) in the parking garage, and caught the front bumper on a steel pillar and ripped it 3/4 if the way off before I realized my mistake (plus a busted headlight, and some other body damage on the driver's side). I re-parked the car, got a ride home from my SO, and came back in the morning with cam clamps and duct tape and managed to get the car home without further damage.Well, after a call to insurance, came to discover that every shop in the PDX metro area was full and booked out for at least 4-6 weeks - you guessed it, do to all of the outrageous snow we've had this winter. My insurance called around to about a dozen shops in town until they spoke with Sharp Auto Body, whom had a wait period of 3-4 weeks and they could have the car towed in. I did not have rental car coverage at the time, and they promised the insurance adjuster they would do their best to get the work done quickly.I was prepared to wait nearly a month - but after a week I got a call saying the car parts were in and she would be ready to pick up soon, and a few days later got the call she was ready to pick up. On top of the quick service, the shop opens at 7am, so I was able to come get the car without taking any time off of work. The car looks brand new, AND they also fixed the electronic side mirror on the driver's side that had busted nearly a 1.5 years. And they took the time to detail the inside of the car when I would have been happy with just the absolutely immaculate body work.All of this together REALLY made my day, my week, and my month. I cannot be more grateful for the work and the quick turn around. These guys really did an awesome job and have a lifetime guarantee on the work. THANK YOU!

Had an unusual situation that Sharp Auto Body was very helpful with. My daughter just moved to OR from NE and clipped the bumper of someone living in the Portland area temporarily. That person took their vehicle to Sharp Auto Body. I was able to arrange and pay for the repairs easily working with Dave. Nice to have someone like him working with you when you're 1500 miles away. Highly recommend their business practices.

My rear brake light went out and Sharp Auto replaced it FOR FREE! They are awesome and they really care about people. I came near closing and it was only the owner... who promply replaced the light, smiled and made my day. The best in auto body as they are all about integrity.

Amazing customer service! I stopped in to see if they could change the plates on my car. I'm a single lady and don't own a screw driver so I just thought I'd ask. The manager (i assume) happily obliged and I ended up giving him the old out of state plates so he could make abbots house for his wife. How sweet!! I'll definitely go back if I need body work.

You will be hard pressed to find any business, body shop or otherwise with the integrity, skill and value as Sharp Autobody. I have brought the last three of my vehicles to them and always walked away smiling. Dave and his staff are extremely experience, thorough, and friendly. As a car enthusiast they've been happy to cater to my specific needs and have always offered to go the extra mile for me. The repairs I've had them do are miraculous in attention to detail. I've had quotes from other body shops in town who also do good work, and sharp always has them beat. Take your vehicle down, and tell em Orion sent ya.

Sharp is honest, reasonable, and professional. I have used them for my past three repairs and they have excided my expectations every time. I do not give very many recommendations, however, I would never hesitate to recommend Sharp.
