Sold me tires much too large for my vehicle, said I had a 30 day warranty but won t take the tires back. Won t refund , and has since been dodging my calls and texts. 220$ in the hole and now I have tires I can t use that no one wants. Thanks for nothing.

Thank you soo much for a friendly service and replacing my 4 bad tires.. I didn t realize they were all bad one was terrible as you can see. I am so grateful I made it to your tire shop despite the bad news S & M Tires was able to accommodate my need at a very reasonable low cost on used tires. Lastly they reminded me that I needed to change my brakes ASAP. Thank you, you guys are the best.

Thanks for selling me the WRONG tire size!!! I know I should have double-checked but after hitting a pothole and getting 2 flats it was not top of mind. I trusted the supposed professional.

So to start this off we called the guy and asked if he had 2 used tires that was the exact size that was on our audi. After 20 seconds on hold he Confirmed that he did and told us to come on in.Of course after a long drive there We find out that he didn't even have 1 tire in stock and one can assume he just flat out lied to get us there.Then next, the guy pulls out 2 tires That were completely different sizes but told us that it SHOULD work! "Smfh"So after balancing And installation on ONE tire he proceeded to say that each tire was $54. However, the second tire we bought was the tire only, we didnt bring anything for him to put it on as we were going to do that ourselves once we got a rim but he still charged us the full $54!!.That was the first issue , being charged for 2 mount and balances when it was only being done on one.Our biggest issue Was that he sold us tires That were bad. The tire that was not put on a rim, once we got home and I pulled the tire out of the trunk, We just happened to notice that there was a good sized thick nail going all the way through the damn tire.The other tire he put on the rim the moment we installed it on the car ourselves the damn thing kept going flat on us (but of course trying to prove that is impossible as they can say we drove over a screw on our own) but the tire That we didn't have mounted is easy to prove as we didn't drive on it so it basically gave us the evidence that the other was probably already bad. So on top of the $108 bucks for 2 leaking tires we had to get the second plugged before putting it on the rim which cost us another $20. A little more checking on his end could have made all the difference in our opinion, Lesson learned!

It looks like people have been having some issues with this business. Can't speak to the ownership... but I pulled in with a punctured tire that was barely limping along. Their sweet Hispanic tire guy Ranar who was busy working a rim-machine stopped what he was doing, came and checked out my tire, and plugged it in less than 5 minutes for $10 and sent me on my way.Lovely experience.

I called and asked them if they had my size tires and they said yes. I then drove all the way from Vancouver to get there and find out they didn't have my size. I wasted my time and gas thanks to them

I'm not normally one to go cheap but on this particular occasion I needed it to be, but considering it's tires, it also needed to be a decent tire. I called all around getting quoted from one shop $25 installed, I should have known by the Big Orange Building that the scam was really 85. . Then I called these guys they told me a price, $45, the price was the same when I got there, they gave me a good tire and had it installed within minutes. Form now on I'll go no other place

NEVER COME TO THIS TIRE SHOP. THEY DONT RESPECT THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY. 1ST TIME I WENT THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG TIRE SIZE AND JUST TOLD ME TO USE IT LIKE THEY DONT EVEN CARE THAT HAVING WRONG TIRE SIZES CAN RUIN YOUR DIFFERENTIAL WHEN I ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC SIZE THE 2ND TIME THEY GAVE ME THE SAME BALD TIRE I GAVE THEM THE FIRST TIME TO REPLACE . THE 3RD TIME THEIR WAS LITERALLY A PATCHED HOLE ON SIDEWALL WHICH U LITERALLY CANNOT DO CAUSE ITS UNSAFE. I TRIED EXPLAINING THAT SAYING THAT ITS UNSAFE THEY SAID " go ahead and crash I don't care". So now I'm left with the tire with the hole on the sidewall. They like taking people's money so fast but yet their not a person of their word for what they promise to give you. THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE MOMENT YOU HAND YOUR MONEY OVER.

If I could give them 0 stars I would... These guys shouldn't be in business, I was calling around multiple tire places looking for a specific tire and size, I accidentally called twice and the guy started cussing me out. Needless to say didn't go over well with me and I admittedly lost my cool on him as well. Russian owned A holes.... I would stay away, and from the other comments looks like not the first instance...

Ok, basically....(these) this guy (are) is completely dishonest. I called around to find two 235/45-17 tires. They said they had a nearly new matched pair. When I got there, only one was good - they found another one to put on my car. Unfortunately, it had a hole, and after they patched that hole it had another one. They patched the second hole, mounted it, and assured me that it came with a 30 day guarantee. It seemed fine for a couple weeks - then started going flat. I called them and told them that the tire was bad and they said they would find me a replacement. My ife was afraid to drive the car because she thought she would be stranded somewhere with flat. Every time I called, they said they were looking but it was a rare size. After almost two weeks of these excuses, I said I would take the tire to Les Schwab to see what they thought. Les Schwab said the tire was toast. I called S&M and said they either needed to find me a replacement or refund my money. He hung up on me and has not answered my calls or messages since. I finally went on line and found another used tire dealer that had 25 of that exact same tire in stock - so much for the claim that they were rare and hard to find. I went to the other dealer and got a tire. S&M still refuses to refund my money or even answer my calls.This business is dishonest. They lied about the product they had in stock, then they lied about finding me a replacement tire, then they refused to take the bad tire back and refunding my money. I have looked at the reviews for S&M and they seem to represent a Jekyll and Hyde operation - either there are two entirely different people in charge at different times or one bi-polar person.The only recourse I seem to have it to point out the dishonesty of this business. They are not going to honor their' guarantee or refund my money. Don't let this happen to you. Do not do business with this dishonest business.

They put the wrong size tire on my car and broke the TPMS sensor. Refused to acknowledge they broke the sensor and didn't have any of the correct size tires for my car, then Refused to refund the money and said they would have a tire the next day and they would call. 3 days later still no call and when i call i get cussed out! If i could leave a negative 5 stars i would.

Great service, honorable and respectable. Memorial Weekend in the rain, needed to replace all four tires and got it done quick and for a reasonable price. I'll be happy to recommend this business to anyone and will be returning with my personal business when needed as well. Thanks!

It is open on sundays, despite the other review saying it was not. I got in same day service, yes, I had to wait. But where else wouldn t you? I m road-tripping across the country and before I had to deal with my tire potentially popping and getting seriously injured, this place took me under their wing quick and told me to come on in. Got the last tire of my kind and had excellent customer service. Thank you again, and good luck to the guy who helped assist us again. I believe in you. :)

I agree with negative 5! I went in yesterday after calling to ask what time they close and they said 7pm I get there at 6:15 and they are totally closed and locked up! I called and was told they closed at 6! When I told him that I d called earlier, the man said I don t know who you talked to cause we close at 6. Funny cause it was the same dude I had talked to earlier. I then have my husband go this morning and they are closed. Called and was asked oh, my guy didn t show up, oh well you re gonna have to wait for me, I will be there at 3pm. SERIOUSLY? It s 9:20am!!!! I am NEVER going there again! I have a spare on my tire coming from Troutdale and gas prices are ridiculously high. these people come in whenever the want to and leave whenever they want. Business hours be damned. It s catch us if you can! I wouldn t consider this a business at all! Don t waste your time. It s a farce and a front! Steer clear of this place.

Man, these guys are quick, no BS! They gave me a brand new tire. It went flat, not because of the tire, but my rim! They repaired my rim at no cost. He then noticed the year and make of my car and sold me some much-needed parts for a fraction of what it would have cost ordering online or from an auto parts store! As you can read theirs more positive comments than negative, I ll be sending all my friends to S & M Tires!!!

The employee there was so fast and nice me and my husband literally only waited less then 10 minutes!!! And the tire had great tread on it for the price we paid. We will definitely b going there again

Work done was unprofessional.Boss let me drive back home to Olympia with 3 stripped lug nuts and one missing. I asked if the tires were balanced and he said yes. I made it half way home and was forced to locate someone who could balance them as they were very very wobbly and I had severe vibration. Walmart auto center was the only place open on a Sunday and they could only balance the 2 rear tires ( which were very much out of balance) and they couldn't get the 3 stripped lug nuts off the front tires without risking breaking off the studs and leaving me stranded. So I drove it home that way and will be going to a tire shop in Olympia that can fix itI have no idea how much it might cost.

If i could review at a NEGATIVE 5 stars i would !! They do not care what they put on your vehicle, they will tell you they put what you asked for on and when you confront them that they lie and when you try to bring the tires back they will ghost you! Even after they agree to take them back and refund the money! And not to mention 2 out of the 4 tires hade plugs in them!!!And yes i have screen shots of all.correspondence to back this up !!-***STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE***-

Horrible service! Pulled up and everything is locked up. I called the number online and the dude that answered was extremely rude. I tried to ask him what their hours were and he said well is it all closed? Then it s closed. Idk what you wanna do. First of all that s not how you talk to a customer. I m literally trying to get in for on your hours and got hung up on. If I can give this place a negative review I would! This is ridiculous.
