We just purchased an Acura Integra from Tonkin and it was such a great experience. We highly recommended them to anybody looking for a car. We had the pleasure of working with Shawn who was phenomenal. He is such a knowledgeable and friendly person and was able to work very closely with us in all our needs. They actually gave us a monthly payment that was LESS than what we asked. Becky in Finance and Rich were awesome too. We are so happy with the entire experience AND new car. Thank you everyone at Tonkin Acura, you guys are amazing!

Ron Tonkin Acura s whole team were fantastic to work with. Jorge my Service Advisor was communicative upfront and honest from start to finish. They looked my new (used) MDX over and really went the extra mile for me and i was just in for an inspection and service bulletin inquiry. They treated me as if I had just bought a brand new car from them. I was given a loaner and was told not to worry about even having to come switch the car out the same day after repairs were complete. The whole process was low stress, and they even gave me additional quotes for repairs in the future that I will need that were comparable if not better than any private shop would have give given me. And remembered I m talking about a Factory Acura dealer. What!? That s never the case with big name dealers. Needless to say I was Pleasantly Surprised and to know that they re going to fix all of the issues on the car with OEM parts and procedures. Not to mention, they cleaned my car and made it easy to pick up. Will definitely recommend all my friends and family to Ron Tonkin Acura.

Spent a full 10 days looking at upscale midsized SUV s, visited 6 dealerships looking for the best value, not lowest price. Test drove 5 cars and decided the Acura MDXTech model was best for our needs. I won t comment about salespeople at the other shops, but Tonkin Acura, and our sales guy Mike, were clearly the most accommodating and worked at coming to the right numbers. Not our first deal with Tonkin and probably not our last!!

An easy & stress-free used car buying experience, especially for a 1st time buyer. I realized the day after I got home, that the wipers were very squeaky, and Ray happily replaced them for me without any trouble! Great customer service all around!

This place is amazing!!! I just had the unexpected and unfortunate situation of recently buying two acuras in a 8 month period after totaling the first one. This WILL BE OUR NEW store we purchase from! They went above and beyond and the prices are literally the best till you get to New york trust I ve done my research !

My experience with Ron Tonkin Acura was stellar. Joe Hughey and Tristin Baldwin worked with me to narrow down my choices from their big selection of new Acuras. Both are super knowledgeable. Joe helped me understand the different trim levels and options / packages available and helped me find my perfect car. At delivery, Tristin answered all my questions and gave me a comprehensive overview of the vehicle to ensure my understanding. All in all, I couldn't have had a better experience.

Didn't expect to see service this good, also didn't expect to actually grab Acura. Deante drove 191 miles to pickup a blue Mdx sh-mdx from Belevue dealership, and drove it back on his day off He also worked hard to get me a great price, also drove out to my house to get paperwork taken care of. We love our new car, and plan to come back for another car in a few years.

My service needs were handled with great care and professionalism. I was particularly impressed by the level of transparency and communication at every level. It's odd to say about having your car fixed of a problem, but it was indeed a pleasant experience working with Derrick and the Ron Tonkin team. EVERYBODY I encountered was over-the-top nice, and professional.I would definitely recommend them.

I recently purchased a car from Ron Tonkin Acura, and it was an amazing experience overall. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and they made the entire process smooth and easy. However, I must give a special shoutout to my salesperson, Jose. He was absolutely amazing, providing exceptional service and making sure all my needs were met. Really satisfied with the service. Service appointment for my 2008 TL was easily made and I was able to use a loaner. No hidden costs either.I had a very annoying issue where the battery would drain completely in just under a week leaving me with a car I couldn't start.Diagnosis was quick, the fix was even quicker and I got my car back the same day. I also received a report on things to look out for for maintenance. Other shops were unable to diagnose the problem.Special thanks to James who was very professional and explained everything to me in a clear way.

We were having multiple issues with our MDX. Ron Tonkin Acura was able to get us scheduled in within a couple of days of calling. Our appointment was at 7:45am and by 8:11am I had the automated text with the results of the inspection and quotes for everything that was needed. Fortunately they had all of the parts on hand and completed the job by end of day.The staff and technicians are always happy and friendly!! I appreciate the work they do!

I had a great experience working with Trey my car sales representative and Becki the finance manager. They were both attentive and respectful. Trey answered all my questions patiently. My experience buying my dream car was easy and fast. I do recommend Trey to work with if you are looking for a car. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great customer service. Gave me a loaner while my car was getting serviced. Kept me informed of progress. Service was timely. Cost was a little higher but made up for it with peace of mind that it was getting serviced properly.

We went into look at a new Acura RDX. We were not planning on buying but ended up getting a great deal. Shawn, our sales person was very polite and was very helpful in the purchase of our new car. He met us right on time and took care of everything in a timely manner. We didn t have to spend all afternoon in the dealership! We didn t have a checkbook because we weren t planning on buying, so he followed us all the way home we live in Vancouver Just to get the check. Great customer service. I would recommend Ron Tonkin Acura and Shawn any day for a car purchase.

Trey was our salesperson and he was not only bright, enthusiastic and friendly but also highly knowledgeable about the different aspects of the vehicles on the lot. Contacted a couple different dealers for lease quotes. Trey Anderson was only one that actually provided a quote. The rest wanted you to come in or didn t reply! I did not purchase a vehicle but recommend for the good communication.

They did a great job! Very transparent and quick with the work that needed to be done, great customer service and website. Only negative is that they forgot to look at the running lights, but they did a great job with everything else. Would for sure recommend.

I purchased a pre certified used RDX from Deante Hopkins at Ron Tonkin. He was fun and enjoyable to spend the evening with while we went through the process of making the purchase and super helpful getting us to the finish line. A few months later I brought the car in for service because the side mirror was glitching and the wiper fluid hose was having some issues. James Schuermyer in the service department took great care of me and even serviced a nail that was found in one of my tires for free. At first I was told that the mirror would not be covered under the warranty and price tag on the repair was alarming. I expressed my concerns and without having to put almost any effort in, James called me and let me know if would be covered. Smooth and easy experience from the moment I walked in to shop for a new car through my first return visit for service. Everyone I ve exchanged words with in this dealership has been nothing short of helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

We have always had successful, great experiences since purchasing our first TL car. We kept this car for many years and we re looking forward to another experience for our grandson. Since we kept the car ourselves, we are looking forward to another successful car experience. It was an excellent experience led by Derrick. Very good used vehicle purchase experience. Tristan and Ray on the sales team were polite and helpful in showing the car and staying in touch without pressuring. The car was detailed and serviced in a timely fashion. Several service items were completed including a new battery as part of the sale.Only minor issue; the precision certified checklist was not complete, but I was asked to sign for delivery. The guys jumped right on completing the final checklist items and got us on our way.All in all a very good car buying outing.

Found this 1500 used Sierra on auto trader and drove to Ron Tonkin to see it yesterday. I instantly fell in love with it and wanted to buy, but didn t have a lot of time to work with. The sales staff worked hard and were very accommodating to help me get the deal done. Jolee was a very nice lady and made this the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had.

I can t speak highly enough about the experience my partner Julia and I had working with Trey at Ron Tonkin Acura! This is going to sound like a love letter, and that s because of how incredible it was to work with Trey. He made the whole process fun and relaxed and we felt like VIP guests in his care! He was extremely knowledgeable about every in and out, bell and whistle there was about all the models! He was funny, personable, and professional and he made sure we were taken care throughout the entire evening. Buying a car can be such a stressful event, but Trey made such a big difference in alleviating all of that. If I were the manager, I would hire more Treys (and give this one a raise!).Also, the whole team there was very pleasant to work with. We really felt hyped up about our decision and that is always great when you re making a huge purchase. We will definitely be back!

This was the best automobile purchase experience that I have had in my life. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ray was the best sales consultant ever. He helped us find the perfect car to meet our needs and within our budget. He also spent time after we purchased it to make sure we understood all the technology and even made us a personal video to help us out. I will give both Ray and this dealership a perfect 10. I m actually looking forward to taking the car in for service!

We had one of the best experiences buying a vehicle yesterday. Tristin Baldwin was a delight to work with both my wife and I were impressed and grateful for his knowledge of the different models we ended up choosing the MDX Type S. He is a very good listener and responds with clear easy to understand comments even for a couple of older folks .Salah. the finance manager, was also very easy to work and we enjoyed getting to know him a little bit. I would highly recommend this group and in particular these two Tristin and Salah you will not be disappointed!

Service was easy, dropped car off. Already knew why I was dropping off the car and loaner was great. My car was ready in just a few days. Derrick was great as usual. Friendly and easy to do business with. Only negative was that our car was not washed this time around.
