We had the most incredible experience with the representative Steve here in the Portland Vancouver area. He turned a situation that was incredibly difficult with the Portland service center into a very positive experience. He works hard to do his best to be accommodative. We are very fortunate to have been connected with him. He is a man who truly cares about his job and his clients experience. He is knowledgeable and he is compassionate and he s caring. All of those things are rare in today s world. I do not know his last name, but I m hoping somebody will let him know of our appreciation.

The delivery process could not have been easier. It took less than 30 minutes including having Service install the roof rack. Very pleased with the experience.

The only thing I hate about being a Rivian owner is the service experience.No contact about my vehicle in the shop - is it done? Who knows and since they won't give out the local number NOR answer a call from HQ, I can't find out.Service appointments are booked out 3 months in advance.Getting a ride or a rental is a convoluted mess, run through the service center - yes, those guys who don't answer the phone.I'm just glad that my truck hasn't had many problems, in now because they broke the TPMS when they installed a spare tire last time!

Alignment done in a few hours - came out perfect. Very professional and friendly staff. Fast charging on site got me enough juice to get back to Yakima.

Rivian makes the best truck ever. Owning Fords, Chevys and Rams ... Which are all Awesome in thier own right ... The Rivian truck is the best I have had as my 9th real truck. The Most American Made ....I want to thank RJ and team for building one for me ...Dan King

While I rather not need to bring my Rivian in for service, they treat you with the upmost respect.
