Called about some minor electrical that was puzzling me, they came out the same afternoon and diagnosed and fixed everything quickly and cleanly. Would recommend them 100% to anyone that needs something looked at on their rig! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were having to delay our RV trip because of electrical issues. We made an appointment (even when Jeff said he had no openings) for first thing the next morning but then he said let me see if I can save you some money. He talked me through a couple of quick fixes (which I told Him I d already done). But this time his suggestions fixed my problem. He didn t get any money from me, but I guarantee next time I need help, he ll be the one I callService: Electrical

Unreliable and unresponsive. These have to be more fake reviews.Once again another mobile RV service who can t even make it to an appointment. Citing family emergencies. He asked me to send pictures, he asked me for a list of what I wanted done. I did everything he asked, and I have never even seen him once after two weeks. It takes him 3 days to respond and I have to chase him down. He says he does the work of seven or eight people. Well I have a business too and I do the work of seven or eight people, but I respond to clients simple questions. But he wants to charge $100 to come out and $120 to look at it. Complete waste of my time. I sent him an invoice for my time as I had to take off work which cost me double what I would have had to pay him. He said he won t pay it though. Because his time is more valuable than yours. Go somewhere else for your RV needs, because he is completely too busy to help you. And when he doesn t show up, he will only give an Im sorry , have a nice day for someone charging this amount of money, you deserve someone who is reliable!

Geoff was FANTASTIC! Knowledgeable, on time, reasonable rates. He walked me through all the steps of my lead acid-to-lithium-batteries replacement and all associated parts and diagnostics. Great attitude, and great work ethic. I will never call anyone before Geoff for any work in the future! Could not be happier with the work done.

I was needing some work done on my trailer and was referred to Jeff. I called and he was able to get my scheduled the next week and did an awesome job! Response time is fast, he did quality work, was friendly, and price is reasonable and fair! We ll definitely be reaching out to him anytime we need work done on the trailer moving forward. Highly recommend.

Boy am I ever happy I found Jeff! We found a leak in our slide and called several mobile RV repair places without ever getting so much as a call back to acknowledge our request for service. Then we called Jeff Reed and he returned our call promptly, worked us into his busy schedule and came by the next evening. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave us the option of fixing it ourselves or having him do it; we chose the latter option and the problem was fixed. He was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. He is also very reasonably priced. If you need work done on your RV or travel trailer, don t waste your time calling others, just call Reed s Mobile RV and get the job done.

Jeff was great to work with. On time, good communication with work being done. Work was done correctly and timely and cleaned up when he was done. We will keep his contact information and not hesitate to use him in the future.

Speedy response and came prepared with parts! He took the extra time up front to have me explain the problem and send pictures. Geoffrey arrived on time and had done his homework on possible parts that would be needed which he had with him. The repair went smoothly and he took time to explain a few thing. Great experience

I have had numerous what we called camp trailers, now they are Rvs, my last trailer was a 37ft Carraige 5th wheel. Over the years it was not only the fact that i could fix most things +I could not afford it.After downsizing from 37ft Carriage 5th wheel to a 32ft class c+(No bunk over cab) found some small issues over the winter, then in spring noticed a foggy dual pane window.Decided no to attempt repair due to possible damage to fiberglass, call numerous mobile rv repair businesses, to many if, ands and nuts then called Jeff Reed, positive attitude, prompt to appt, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. Jeff will come back when I get new glass from Arkansas to assist me on removal and replace glass, reassemble, install and seal.Future rv repairs on my equipment will be with Jeff Reed.Old Timer, Damascus

Well I have to say to start off he was the 1st one That was here on time every one of the 3 days It was 90 and that didn't stop him I had him Recaulk my camper And it's a beautiful job, I will definitely call him again When needed, Thank you

Appreciate Geoff s honesty and integrity in his repairs of my fifth wheel. I have unusual equipment and difficult to find parts for repairs. Reed RV found parts and made repairs much to my satisfaction.
