I have been a customer for over 10 years at the Cornell and Corby locations. Whenever I have needed anything from the property manager for either location, Charity, has done an. excellent job of providing assistance. quickly and efficiently with a positive. attitude.

There s never been anyone in the office, now we find out that our storage unit was broken into and we can t get a hold of anybody there, and I thought that the whole point of this facility was for the security of our property but we can t even find out if there s cameras since nobody is ever in the office

Charity was amazing! I was doing price checking for a unit but not ready to move. Charity was amazing and showed me many different units and she was caring and listened to everything I was needing and she had empathy and I know when I'm ready to rent i will be coming back to her. Thanks for the awesome time charity

Charity was extremely helpful above and beyond the call of duty. In addition to assisting us with accessing our unit, she helped us with directions to Budget Rental, reducing convoluted and confusing instructions to straight-forward directions. She was a pleasure to work with!

NOT a good choice for shorter term rentals! They charge on the first of every month and don't offer refunds for partial months. This clause is hidden in the contract and not well-described on their website. My experience was renting late November - early January. I stayed for less than 2 months and was charged for 3 months of rent. Would not recommend, save your money and go somewhere else that has better conditions.

Updated 1/15, Once again I had the pleasure with dealing with Kelly. I helped a friend move some stuff the other day and Kelly remembered me from from when I was shipping around for my boss. She was pleasant as usual. What a great asset to have ad a first contact for customers...Kelly is the best manager ever. She is very helpful and always in a great mood, she is the type of person that brings a smile to your face. If I am ever in need of storage I will definitely rent here. I was shipping for units for my boss and Kelly went above and beyond by showing me how he could protect all of his belongings by choosing the right packing supplies. Thank you so much he was very appreciative for all the information I returned to the office with.

I cannot recommend everyone I worked with at Public Storage enough. Everyone was helpful, accommodating, polite and professional. Kelly, in particular, went out of her way to provide above-and-beyond customer service. She said her goal was to make the process effortless. She excelled beyond my expectations.Thank you to Kelly and her entire team!

Charity was Awesome! she has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable, Even though I came in about 5 minutes to closing she still ended up staying to help me get set up with a storage and kept a positive attitude, really went above and beyond with her customer service, and provided me with insurance and proper packing supplies to keep my stuff safe, thank you for all you did Charity!

We were checked in and shown the unit today by Charity - and she was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and answered all our questions. We are very happy we picked this location (very clean and secure) and got great customer service too!

Kelley is Magnificent!My move into her unit was very complicated. I went through several units until I found the right one at the best possible price. This was a function of availability.Kelly's assistance and willingness to help was invaluable, friendly, exceptional and well appreciated.To this day, she continues to provide me with her typical outstanding service

Kelly in the office is always a pleasure to work with. Her property is clean, well light, and externally well managed!!! I highly recommend this location to any of my loved ones. I have stored here many times through out the years and will always come back to this location. Thank you Kelly for your hard work it is appreciated.

When I moved last year, I had the need to store most of my furniture, furnishings, kitchenware, etc. Basically a 1 bedroom+ worth of my things. I had never needed storage before and was a bit overwhelmed with the options. The manager at this location, Kelly was so great to explain everything and to show me all of my options and guide me to the best option for my needs. She was GREAT and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was nervous about the whole process and she made it so easy! I would recommend Public Storage and especially Kelly to anyone who has a need. Excellent Customer Service!!

Needed a storage ASAP as my mom let go of hers and we were sharing with her and the belonging were sitting in my living room in my completely full apt. Made the decision that there was no way I could fit my things into my apt so checked on line and realized there was a storage place 4 mins away from my place. Booked on line. When I arrive Charity was literally waiting for me. She had also called me, although I missed the call, to let me know how to get there as it is a bit tricky and facility not visible from street. She asked very pertinent questions to make sure size would accommodate my needs, she walked me to see the space, which was exactly what I needed and she thoroughly explained every step of the process of getting the storage unit. The whole thing i dont think it took longer that 10-15 mins. She was super friendly, well informed, and absolutely a delight. she clarified everything. I mean this was only booking a storage place, but wouldn't it be nice if all our experiences with customer service were as nice as the one I just had with Charity. Thank you Charity. A job well done.

The on site manager is AMAZING, I come here quite often too purchase various moving supplies and Kelly is always super cheerful and helpful! She is always a pleasure! The office is always clean, and presentable as well as the property. It is well lit with a lot of space.

My Husband and I rented at this location a couple days ago and just wanted to say a big THANK YOU! Charity the manager is a very knowledgeable and helpful person, especially when it comes to storage, we came in not knowing what to expect as first time renters, but are glad we chose this location. I would recommend this location if you need storage and ask for Charity!

Daniel is great! He provided sound guidance in clear terms for renting a small unit. Daniel is personable, helpful and knowledgeable! As we only needed the unit for 30 days, he instructed me up front on how and when to submit move out notice in order to minimize unnecessary charges and efficiency of communicating our needs/rental intentions. Thank you much Daniel, and Charity for your kind professionalism and courteous service!

Always a great experience when I see the staff in the office or on the grounds walking around or cleaning. They great you with a smile and always seem to be in a good mood. Facility is also always clean and the grounds seem safe overall.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit and Charity was SO helpful with explaining everything and giving me the low-down about storage. She answered my questions and helped me decide which size unit was best for the amount of items I have and was a delight to work with.Thank you again, Charity! Pricey,but- the manager here is very good! Super nice,returns your calls, can answer your questions, seems to know her renters,so I felt very comfortable with my stuff being stashed here! Gates always worked, place was always clean, and I never saw anything hinky going on. Easily accessible for trucks.

As others have said they bill the first of the month and do not pro rate. Moved in March 13 and out April 7, but I got charged for all of April and they refuse to refund any of it. Was there for less than a month and got charged for two. Not sure if all storage facilities are like this but I d recommended looking elsewhere.

They keep raising rates. I ve been there for 2 years and I m on auto pay to insure prompt payment and the rental increase is staggering. I received notice today it s going up for the 4th time. I m paying 40% more than what my first payment amount was. If you can afford this place then you can do no better.

The place is clean and secure but the BEST thing about it is Kelly, in the front office. She was so kind to me during a horrible 3 days of moving, and helped me figure out the best way to save money on my last-minute storage unit. I told her that even if I hadn't have been able to save money, her kindness made my horrible day good again.

This is a review based upon initial experience with the rental process, unit selection, and customer service. I found the online reservation process meshed seamlessly with the initial onsite visit at which time I inspected and contracted for the use of a storage unit. Charity, the onsite manager, was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful - it's hard for me to imagine a better representative for this business.
