Nancy & team were amazing. They advocated for me 100% through the claims process with my horrible insurance company. She made sure they provided me with pre-loss repairs. Nancy was very communicative and gave frequent updates, as well as walking me through the process (it was my first car accident). 100% recommend supporting this local business!

This review is long overdue!I first want to say thank you to the staff again in providing excellent service. Nancy was always on my side and ready to do whatever she could to help with my claim and make sure I received the service I was deserved.I can t imagine what this process would have looked like if professional auto body had not gone above and beyond. No matter the insurance said they didn t compromise their standards and I am very grateful.Hopefully I won t have to come back but if I do, this will be my shop.

I received top-notch service at Professional Auto Body & Paint. During the process I received emails for every step that was being made, and all communications between them and the insurance agency, Nancy Lee, in the office, was encouraging, helpful, and professional. If you are in need of an auto body Business, I would give them a call and head on over for excellent service.

Wow! I am really impressed with the paint job done professionally on my Subaru at this auto body shop. Nancy and Anthony went through each replacement parts, detailed time line and work performance with me at very competitive cost. I will definitely come back this shop for my car body repair. I recommend this shop to all friends and others.

My experience? Well, the half was not told to me how Professional auto body, are true professionals. They fight for their customers to have OEM parts installed where necessary. All I can say is my car looks amazing. Restored right back to, just as it was from the factory. Thank You!

I wanted to leave a review after my initial interaction with Professional Auto Body & Paint. As the "not at fault" driver trying to navigate an unfamiliar insurance policy, claims process, etc., it has been pretty stressful and has left me with more questions than answers.. until today.Nancy was incredibly patient and generous with her time in answering my many questions. She also provided helpful documentation regarding the whole claim to repair process.She was very clear about setting expectations and potential outcomes based on working through insurances during the claims process.I'm still deciding the best route for me based on in vs. out of network repairs. That said, if I do not go through with using their service it will be a sole reflection of the insurance company and not of Professional Auto Body. They are clearly very passionate about the integrity of their work to ensure I am back on the road with a safe and completely restored vehicle.Nancy, thanks again for taking my call. The reviews speak for themselves and if I was not going through a third party insurance trying to cut corners, I would not hesitate to say yes today!

Professional Auto Body was top notch in customer service keeping me informed every step along the way. Most impressed with the fact they used all OEM parts at their cost and provided a year of roadside assistance. Highly recommended!

All I can say is I understand the five star rating!! They did an excellent job on my Mustang, and while there were some delays with the insurance company, Nancy was very communicative and helpful during the process, and my car came out amazing!! I will definitely be returning for my future auto body needs.

This is the best body shop I ve ever worked with. Nancy and Anthony run a small family business that treats you like one of their family members. It s so hard to find an auto shop that you can trust and does exactly what they say, exactly what you need. I would never go anywhere else and have already recommended to 2 others. They were informative, transparent, efficient and cost effective. My repairs were done early and were above expectation. I m so glad I found them and wouldn t hesitate to give my stamp of approval.

I had some rear and front bumper damage on my Subaru, and the damage was just an eyesore to continue looking at. I figured it was time to finally get work done, but at the same time nervous since it was my first time getting any auto body work done on my car and didn't know what was in store for me.I was recommended Professional Auto Body & Paint and I must say the hospitality at this shop is something you do not find very often anymore. The shop itself is very modern and sleek and there are refreshments and snacks you are offered. Nancy was great walking me through the process and letting me know what parts she was ordering for my car. She kept in constant contact letting me know when the parts arrived and when the parts were done being painted. One of the best things I saw done, was Anthony took both the tow hook covers from my bumpers to ensure a matching paint color when the new parts were installed. That is a great example of attention to detail! I was more at ease knowing the money I was spending was going to give me the best results. Something we all want right?Additionally, one of the things I appreciated the most was Nancy always scheduled things around my schedule and having a busy work schedule this meant a lot knowing I was not being rushed to get my parts installed.I will definitely be recommending Professional Auto Body & Paint to friends and family. They are able to make a difficult and tenuous process of auto repair simple and easy.

Thanks Professional Auto Body &Paint, especially thanks to Anthony and Nancy for their great customer service. I am so satisfied with the perfect fixing of my car as well as the reasonable price for this fixing. My car got in an accident last week. The headlight was broken , and there was a huge scratch on the front bumper. I brought my car to the body shop and they replaced the new headlight as well as repainted the bumper quickly. My car was retuned in a perfect condition as a brand new car. The cost of fixing is reasonable and it is not high compared other auto body shop. I'm happy to be a customer of their. Highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Brought our WRX in for an estimate, and they were exceptional! Professional, thorough, polite, friendly, and fast. Incredibly clean shop and operation. Their attention to detail was supreme in pointing out nuances, concerns, options, and ensuring I was completely informed of the risks, benefits, and impacts to different approaches they could take in restoring the damage to my car to ensure I would be completely satisfied with their results - all without any kind of pressure or sales pitches.

I simply can not recommend the work and integrity of Professional Auto Body and Paint enough. From the front office to the tiniest corner of the shop itself, the place is immaculate, and they carry pride with them in the quality of their work.

It was very easy to work with Professional Auto Body & Paint for my post-accident repairs. Nancy was fantastic at communicating with me, the insurance company, and the rental car company to coordinate everything. The shop updated me every step of the way, so I wasn't left wondering what was going on at all. They even upgraded to an OEM part (instead of the after-market part that the insurance approved) because they really stand by their work! Overall, great experience and I would 100% recommend these guys!Service: Body & Trim

For being involved in a hit-and-run, ProPdx made the process extremely easy! Being a mid-20s female who had never been in an accident, I was nervous to go to any shop and not get screwed over. A neighbor had seen my car and recommended this shop to me so I hoped for the best. I called them up and Nancy walked me through the entire process. We scheduled a time for drop-off that worked for my schedule, she contacted Enterprise for me, and arranged the entire rental agreement (ensuring I got the best rate). Nancy stayed in contact with me the entire time my car was in the shop and even expedited the process once I told her I was going out of town. The icing on the cake was her asking me to come at a certain time so they could be sure they had enough time to wash my car. I will recommend anyone and everyone to this shop in the future!

Nancy & Anthony were amazing. My car was finished earlier than promised, parts were ordered before I even dropped it off so that they could be as efficient as possible. Communication was great and they were a pleasure to work with as well!

By far the best customer service. Communication was great and response time was immediate. They fixed a dent on my 2019 Charger R/T and it looks the same as when I drove it off the lot. Quality paint and products were used and I couldn t be happier with the results. Wouldn t go anywhere else and will definitely be recommending to friends.

I got my car repaired in January by ProPDX and I should have wrote this review sooner... These guys are the best! I am a 23 year old woman who doesn't know much about cars, aka the kind of person auto shops usually rip off, however Nancy and Anthony showed me nothing but kindness and were very transparent throughout the process. I barely had to do anything with insurance as Nancy took care of everything- including negotiating getting me a brand new door instead of a used one like insurance ordered me. Anthony, behind the scenes, repaired my car beautifully and even repaired my dented gas cap at no expense. No one likes wrecking their car or going through the hassle of getting it repaired, but Nancy and Anthony at ProPDX managed to make it a positive experience for me. I was truly blown away by their above and beyond service, timelines, and quality of work (my car literally looked brand new). If you need an auto body shop I can't recommend ProPDX enough. Thanks again Nancy, Anthony, and crew- the world needs more auto body shops like you:)

I really love that this is a locally owned and operated shop. I've been going here for about 10 years. I love that I have ease of mind from start to finish. They help with dealing with the insurance, which can always be a hassle. They make your car look like it's brand new! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They never cut corners and make sure all parts and repairs are up to manufacturers requirements. I finally have to use my great friends here at Pro PDX. Here's my story.I highly highly recommend these guy's. I mean my experience with them has been beyond amazing from setting up to drop vehicle off to picking up. They are definitely the ones I would go to for any body work on your vehicle. The communication was a 10 alone by updating you through out the whole process.Very honest and diligent on getting me oem parts for my mopar and not olthe other guys stuff off ebay. They told me upfront on expecting vehicle to be a little bit long because o.e.m. parts are very hard to get and we told them no rush because we trust them on the kind of work Nancy and Anthony puts in, in all their customers vehicles and more than willing to wait however long it takes for them to get it done because we know things get done the right way and they DO NOT cut any corners.Me and my wife are very happy with the job they done and the experience. These guys work so hard for their customers that they even finished before the estimated date they were thinking, because insurance hasn't finished their end of things they had to wait on them but at the end it was all good.If I can rate higher then a 10 I definitely would . My car looks brand new again like it was never hit and damaged. And for the people who work there at Pro Auto Body & Paint are amazing! They all were very professional, nice, and very knowledgeable about everything that goes into fixing up cars. They had my back when it came to the insurance company, I m so grateful to them.
