Was in contact thru Market place with this seller Pauly. Had some parts and let him know I was interested and would be up to get them. With the scams I do not give money up front. This person a poor commicator. Not very honorable and would not do business with his company

They are one of the only wrecking yards who can pull it same day and deliver it! Absolutely professional, Mike is always a pleasure to work with. I always recommend this place to whoever needs some sort of vehicle parts

My go to for subaru parts. LKQ got my order wrong 3 times in a row and showed me attitude. Portland import got it right first time and same day!

Kind of far and hard to find, but actually had hard to find parts for my car at a decent price. There's not much space, it's pretty packed with parts but at least you know there's a good chance they'll have what you're looking for and can't find anywhere else when it comes to import cars.

Monty was great,He went out to the vehicle,replied back to me the same day.Pulled the correct part.Told me when I could get it.I drove all the way from seattle, to Port Angeles. Worth it.

Pretty fast. friendly service. $25 minimum to pick any part, so don't expect to pay less for small items. Everything is thoroughly checked before it's sold, which can take a bit longer, but worth the wait.

The price was good. The people who work here are nice and knowledgeable. But my part didn't work. It happens ,especially with used parts sometimes. We need a refund. Not open today, but when my husband called yesterday, they are willing to test it and do something if they see it doesn't work. Just hard to get a ride back and forth. Paying others gas money to take us has become costly. Could have bought a new part and already be driving again. For what we are paying in gas to get rides back forth. Not to mention installing it and having to take it back out, then find rides back n forth.

My car was in a hit and run while parked on the street so I called around the several junkyards in town to get replacement parts. A different junkyard gave me the wrong part, so I came here because they can do a same day pull unlike anyone else I called in town. The prices are competitive and the staff are super helpful. There was a problem with finding the right part for my car so they helped me research what was going on and I was able to get it all sorted out. Will definitely be back if I need more parts in the future!

I purchased a replacement replacement engine for my Nissan pathfinder in November. Compression readings they gave me matched with the compression reading I took back home and the engine runs great now that it s installed. Best part was the store dog (no joke), the service wasn't great, when we arrived, we advised of the part we needed & referenced I had called the day before & they had the part, he said okay & that was it. We sat there for over 30 minutes while the front desk staff opened boxes & did various stuff, I finally asked if they were getting the part & the gentlemen acted like I was dumb for asking. He did say, someone is pulling the part, we waited for about 20ish minutes more & the part was brought to the front, it was a very slow experience at best.The employees weren't friendly or even communicative, it was odd. But, we did get the part at what I felt was a fair price, customer service could surely be improved & that would have changed my "rating" experience.

These guys are AWESOME!!! I called to ask about the parts I needed. They were very easy to talk to. I needed left and right headlight assemblies. They said they had them (at half the cost of new ones) I got there, and not only was it minutes until the parts were pulled, but they also polished the lenses making them look brand new! I was treated with respect and not "talked down to". I have been there twice now and have made this my "go to" yard even though I live off of I-5 and they are behind the airport on 205. Mike and Rich are the guys up front. The guys in back, have got your back, and are only too happy to help you. I feel like I'm going more to a parts store, rather than a salvage yard when ever I go there. Exceptional service guys! Life time customer here! Thank you. (Harley is pretty special too! )

While it was a bit of a drive from Longview, I was in a pinch and needed parts for my modified R53 Cooper S, it was absolutely worth it for the price, good customer service and an impeccably clean store. they're definitely at the top of my go-to list when I need parts in the future. Thank you.

I visited for the first time today. Very friendly and helpful staff. Two very kind gentleman assisted me and found what I was looking for. Rich was one of the gentleman. I didn't get the name of the other one. They provided excellent customer service. I was treated like family. It's a great place to shop. I highly recommend this place!!Andrea S.

They had a hard to find part and even shipped it 2 states over. They Checked it out ahead of time to make sure it was is good shape! Great price and fast service! Item arrived as promised!

I wish I could rate this place with no stars. The large old man behind the counter was so rude to my husband that we will never go back. My husband was polite and concise and this man belittled him, glared at him, talked down to him, and treated him like he was some kind of criminal trying to get over on him.This man did all of this right in front of me. Shame on you! That is the rudest thing you could have done to my husband to treat him so badly in front of his wife. Of course my husband put up with it because he is a gentleman with me. He is rebuilding my bucket list dream BMW almost from scratch.When we got home, after a lot of just trying to let it go, we discovered that the control arm we bought was cracked and not even usable. My husband had to order a new one from the factory. We were so shocked by how badly he was treated that we decided to eat the cost rather than be subjected to this kind of abuse.

It's just ok, liked that they had the part I needed, 04/23/21, Portland import was more likable 10 years ago, don't really care for the help at the counter unfortunately ,it's to bad it use to be great.

I have bought an engine and various other small parts from Portland Import Auto and have always had a great experience. The engine was shipped to Alaska, PIAP sent me good equipment and was quite accommodating. Sure, they are busy sometimes, but this is a place I actually enjoy working with.

I've depended in PIAP for many years for good used parts at reasonable prices, as I operate an automobile repair shop. Mike has been around a long time and knows his stuff.
