Wouldn't recommend buying semi truck tires from these guys! Our company has had an account for many many years with them but no more. We got a truck that came with tires from them and the tires have a known sidewall flaw (known throughout the tire industry) and they refused to honor the warranty when the sidewalls started to bubble one after the other and made us pay for new tires on a brand new truck.

This is for delivery drivers.Bad place to deliver. Unorganized. Tight lot.They open at 7:30 so I called to see if I can drive in now on 11.06.23 . As they have very little space inside to maneuver. The lady who answered told me to come back at 9, as they only start receiving at 9 and it s fcfs . Then, I have specifically asked if I need to call prior or just drive in. She told me that I can just drive in. When I arrived at 8:55 am strangely enough there was already a truck in a one and only dock getting unloaded. So I had to back out to the street turn around and wait for that truck to get unloaded. Once I backed into a door they were pretty slow as well.

I had an excellent experience at Pomps when I needed a nail removed from my tire. Brandon, the professional technician, promptly assessed and repaired the issue with exceptional skill. The shop was clean and well-maintained, and the team provided top-notch service. I highly recommend it for any tire-related needs!

Went in to have a flat repaired and changed out. They were busy but squeezed me in and treated me great. Will go here when ever I m in the area.

Stopped in to get 8 drive tires only took them 1hr not bad I was worried with the bad reviews

No other trucks in line waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. Asked the guy behind the desk what's going on and well he said all the guys where busy putting a bead on and had no idea when they could get to me. Horrible desk management. So if your running an eld be ready to burn your time here. I had to go to les shwab. Big difference in service and communication.

After waiting 3 hours for a road side call to have a trailer tire changed I called this company directly. I spoke with Karen who stated she was not able to get their road side tech to answer the phone. Then I was given to Brandon whom was the manager who stated the tech was trying to get to me as I5 was closed due to fatality. I called portland police, and the oregon state police. Both stated that I5 was not closed. Brandon cancelled the service call. I did not cancel it. Be careful with a company that will not honor their service calls.

I came to pick 60 tires late on Friday, right before they are cloused. They helped me to load all of my tires on my trailer and Associate Manager Pam Andersen offered me to stay on their property and take my time to secure the load with straps as needed, even it was time to go home for her. She was patiently waiting on me to close the gate. Thanks. Eugene.

Replaced all 10 tires on a bobtail a week ago with bridgestone m760 drive and 284a steers . The place did a great job I'm happy with the result. I asked the guys to clean the rim with a wire wheel where the bead seats and they did . And Scott was pretty easy to work with. I'll be in there again when time comes to put new tires on.

Was on tight schedule as usual being a truck driver and they were on it immediately after I pulled in to replace bad trailer tire. Good guys & everyone was friendly, I appreciated the quick service!

Carlos and Dylan were great, great prices, same tires I purchased from SLC location that lasted 90k, so much better than 20k tires from Daniels in SoCal.

We needed tires replaced on Sunday at which time the business was closed. With one phonecall we had a technician come and open up to replace our tires with a smile. Withing an hour we were back on our way. Good job.

These guys are great I've got enterprise Box truck they need tires badly within 2 hours they set me up and add me back on the road. Highly recommend them

Terrible service. I went there for a tires I asked for the best ones and they sold me the only set they have now the truck feels terrible and I go back and ask and they told me is the quality of the tires. They want to sell me another set . Terrible place to get tires

Came there with a wheel issue. They didn't have what I needed but was willing to call there other shops. I let them know I had one more option. I let them know I found what I needed. I know if gcr had what I needed it would have saved me.....will continue to Trade with them....
