Nothing but the best!!! If you re having problems with your Mercedes. These are the folks you go to. These guys get it right, they get it done and they do it well. I ve had four Mercedes and each and everyone it s always been serviced by Omega Motors. Friendly service knowledgeable staff. And you could tell him Tim sent you. Be safe and keep driving towards your dreams.

Omega was recommended to me by a mechanic all the way in Sandy. Very impressed with Bee and Steve; I ve taken my car to them for maintenance at least three times and plan to continue for the life of my car. I feel like I have a partner in my MBZ care. They are expert; I never leave without good advice and they are patient with my questions. Prices are good; service time is communicated accurately, and the environment is welcoming. Highly recommend!!

I'm fairly mechanically inclined and did some self diagnoses to see if I could figure out what was wrong with the car well before I contacted a mechanic. Unfortunately my research indicated the problem was going to be beyond the scope of my abilities. Primarily because I needed specialized equipment to be able to do the task.So....since I needed some work done on my car I stopped by this place to check them out and see if they were going to be able to help.I believe the guy I spoke with there was Steve (the former owner) who still helps out from time to time. He was an incredibly nice guy.I walked through all the troubleshooting I went through and Steve agreed that my diagnoses was most likely correct and indeed was going to need specialized equipment that they unfortunately did not have as this is not an issue that comes to their shop often. He referred me to another shop that should be able to help. Called them up and indeed they have the equipment and ended up going there instead.If I need work done in the future I will certainly be checking in with these guys first as they were polite, professional, and willing to guide me even though they knew they couldn't help me and I wouldn't be spending any money there. Will update my review if I ever see them to have work performed.

We've been taking our Mercedes to Omega for 25 years now. I wouldn't let anyone but Bee & Steve touch our cars.

Bee is a very friendly guy who does excellent work on Mercedes-Benz. He's a Mercedes-Benz certified mechanic. That's all he works at his shop. He's very efficient and gets your vehicle right in and out.

Bee was able to service the air-conditioning on my Mercedes for a very reasonable price and got the car finished quickly. They are very knowledgeable of these older Benz's and I will definitely be back

Best mechanic around!! Super friendly family owned business. They are extremely knowledgeable and offer the best pricing around!!A few years ago went in with a check engine light on and they told me it was just a stark plug loose. They fixed it and sent me on my way - no charge!! Any other place would've charged at least $100 just to tell me what the check engine light diagnostic was. Owning a Mercedes is the most affordable car because I have most honest mechanic around!

Steve did a wonderful job for a very fair price (vs the dealership) on our Mercedes. He got us inspection ready (smog) real quick with no shortcuts.The man and his crew know what they are doing.He has my future business!

Great guy! He really worked to find the problem with my c350 sport and fix it based on what my budget would allow at the time. I could have done more and it would have been better in the long run, but he found a cost effective solution to get me back on the road!

THE PROS: I took my Mercedes~Benz to Omega Motors for a general tune-up, brake check, electrical lamp and lens covers. The final bill was over $700.00+. I thought this was a bit high but it was mostly parts so I relaxed. The main person who operates the shop is named Steve. He was helpful and I immediately got along with him. Steve is filled with tidbits of information and suggestions which make a Benz enthusiast or collectors like myself happy to listen. Steve appears to be a good mechanic over all. On reflection, I can't say the car ran day and night better but it started and ran slightly better. Steve's mother and father started the shop and both contribute, his father virtually retired after starting the shop, his mother by answering phones and keeping things organized/flowing and then, Steve and his mechanical assistant, primarily in the shop. I think it was charming. Very old world.THE CONS: My first impression was the shop is cluttered outside, cluttered inside and a mix of both old cars being parted-out, customer's cars, storage of old cars and 'junk' cars all occupy nearly every inch of viable space. It resembles the place where Mercedes go to die or sit and wait for repairs. For those of you who want a 5 star, super-clean Mercedes~Benz shop, this isn't that kind of shop. I told Steve I planned on writing a Google review prior to him having my vehicle. He graciously accepted knowing full-well, I'd report my findings at a later date. I said I wouldn't be cruel, just truthful as I experienced his shop's services and customer service level. My only 'negative' comment is that his mother initially seems very curt by phone, not terribly concerned, short tempered and not caring about your vehicle or the like. I got to know her better later, but for customers who won't or can't seem to get past that, this will turn people off thus losing new clients. Will I be back? Yes. Would I recommend their services to anyone else? Yes, but with a clarification. If the customer wanted a spiffy, tidy, dealership style atmosphere.....that's not what you're getting here. What you get is a mix of old mechanic shop and old world charm. I think it would benefit them to have a clean area for customers to wait, new furniture and remove much of the visual clutter off the property so it gives the appearance of organized and attention to detail. Just my personal thoughts for what they're worth.

Steve and his family are great! They do awesome work, and are very knowledgeable. They also don't charge an arm and a leg like other Mercedes places. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've taken my cars there for years. Steve has never let us down. Great service and quick! He has never overcharged or pressured us into work that wasn't needed.

If you have a Mercedes out of warranty, this is your guy, 2nd gen Mercedes shop owner, really good with the older diesels. Reasonably priced, quick, & friendly ta boot!

Coming from California where nearly all the Benz mechanics over charge you and add tons of stuff that "needs" attention. Here they are straight forward and very knowledgeable no bs and for a consumer that is GOLD. Bring your car here you'll be very happy indeed.

I wanted to share this,everytime I've talked to this company it's always on point with service and understanding...Its a Great honor 2 have company's that still treat their customer's with respect and knowledge on the REAL issue with Ur vehicle,instead of always trying 2 kharge U a service fee just 4 a simple fix...This place is a REAL 5 star company in many way's, not talking about over kharging U just because its a Benz,if U know what l mean SMH...If not Ur loss,LOL...
