This is a great place for a quick, but thorough oil change and, filter, fluid and light check. Everyone was super friendly, and they typically have coupons on their site which you can show them via their phone. Here's where this visit was extra special, in the three years I've had this car, no one including the Ford dealer has been able to find the cabin air filter, BUT assistant manager Patrick did! My cabin air filter was tucked behind the console on the passenger side. When he removed it, it was literally black from five years of grime. Woohoo Patrick and team! Looking forward to better air quality in my car. Thanks for your service. Will definitely be back!

Expensive oil change...found cheaper places. They tried to sell me what appeared to be uneccesary stuff. Also, wish there was a waiting room with coffee instead of sitting in car. Not a long time to wait tho. Staff were super friendly. Recommend but compare price with other places.

Arrived an hour and a half after the time they were scheduled to be open; there was one car being serviced with two open lanes. After 5 minutes, I left because nobody acknowledged that I was there and waiting.

Best oil change ever! Drake and Kehaulani had me in and out so quickly. They asked all the right questions and saved me money by accepting competitors coupons! 15 minutes and I was done, so great. Definitely will come again next time.

The place is called Valvoline not Oil Can Henry's. I got my oil changed and light bulb replaced I wasn't thrilled to see that the oil change went up almost $30 kind of pissed me off but I guess I'm stuck with it. The people are nice they were slower than usual there's only three or four guys in the kept walking around back and forth to the different Vehicles which kind of bugged me but I know right now I'm not in a great mood about other things so maybe that's just my attitude don't know got the job done spent more than I wanted but it had to be done

I am leaving a long review of the incredibly fine customer service the staff and the manager gave me. They have my business for life!!!!I arrived at 4:45 on Saturday afternoon. Although there were a number of people ahead of me and I didn t get into the bay until after their closing time, all of the staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. They even ran after a man who had finished his shift to take care of my air conditioning!!!!I drove straight home and didn t use my car on Sunday. When there was a problem with my car on Monday morning, I called to speak to the manager. Nick came to my house, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, took my car back to their location, ran more diagnostics, returned my car and cleaned my garage floor. I had been extremely worried, but under his calm, capable and kind assistance I was reassured.Never have I received or heard of such outstanding customer service. I will be forever grateful and impressed with Nick and his staff.Thank you!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

We had a unique situation which they were honest and tried to help us with it. Was nice that we were able to call ahead and get confirmation that they could help. All other oil change places in a 15 mile radius of us weren't able to help. They were quick, curtious and kept open communication with us and other mechanics working on our car. The cameras showing what's going on both under the hood and under the car was awesome as well as reassuring that we weren't being swindled. They answered all our questions and when they didn't know they said " I don't know" which is honest and we like that. Service was great and the staff were awesome. This location is our new go-to.

Their website says they offer "radiator and coolant system" maintenance. I go in with an average 2020 Jeep Compass, nothing special about it. The dude, after flipping thru his phone searching for god knows what comes to my window and says they don't have "the tool" needed. Umm, I have flushed the radiator on my Jeep....NO TOOLS ARE REQUIRED. You open a valve and the fluid runs out.Flushing a radiator requires far less "skill" than changing the oil, and they can't complete that very simple task?I would never have trust these folks on a oil change...maybe they are qualified to add windshield wiper fluid, but that would be it.

The lines are way too long. Associates spend way too much time joking and playing around. It took almost 2 hrs to recieve service. They didn't check my lights nor do the inspection that comes free with out asking. But they were friendly, and I got the discounts. So, I would recommend them for service. Just beforewarned.

They need better people working on people's cars specially when your service at them and you're making errors and not put things back on the car correctly

Quick but thorough oil change and inspection. I like that they have you stay in your car; it makes the process easier and you can see the work being performed on your vehicle. The mechanics are also friendly and don't try pushing you into any costly/unnecessary additional services like mechanics at some other places will. Really happy with my experience here.

I went during a busy time and had a long wait, about 45 min. That's said, the attendents were helpful and friendly. During my oil change, the technicians were open and informative, gave recommendations without being pushy and were open about prices. I didn't do the other replacements just then, so they gave me a print out with the maintenance recommended by my manufacturer and their costs for doing them, recommend that I check at dealers and shop around. I can see why they are so busy.

Caring customer service every time! Someone failed or got spooked trying to steal my sister's catalytic converter early Sunday morning. No one was open except OCH and even though it's not what they do, they were kind enough to take a look to see how bad it was so we could determine if the car could be driven back to Eugene. I will forever recommend coming here.

I had a good experience at this Oil Can Henry's the one occasion I brought my car here. I had a full, synthetic service that worked out to be around $80 after I applied a discount that had been mailed to me.The staff were nice and competent, and I felt the service was good. I also liked being able to stay in my car throughout the service. However, the wait time was a little longer than I expected and the price was a little higher than I'd like. Nonetheless, good store, good staff.

I went to Oil Can Henry's for the first time this morning and I was very impressed. There was no line (I came in just as they opened) and they helped me immediately. What I really liked is that they informed me what they were doing and allowed me to be a part of the process. For example, they showed me my air filter and told me that it looked good and that I didn't need to change it anytime soon. I've had my car for years and I have never seen the air filter. They didn't pressure me to buy certain things and were overall incredibly helpful.I also appreciated that I could stay in the car and wait. They even had screens that showed me different sides of the car. The entire process took less than 15 minutes I think - which was absolutely perfect because I had to go to work. I will be going there for my next oil change!

This Is Quick Oil Change Done Right and Professional. I had Just an Awesome Experience Today At this Location. Great Value, and They Have Cameras where you can watch the work going on, plus you just stay in your car and they talk to you there. I was Assisted By Will Who Was Super Professional, and Very Quick, I was In and Out in Less than 20 minutes, I Can't Recommend this Location Enough, and I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on. Thank You Will Very Much for Making My Oil Change So Awesome!

Helpful friendly staff. Came in for an oil change and ended up leaking. Had to come back two more times, manager Tom willing to personally fix mistakes after multiple visits. Everything ended up OK.

I appreciated the quick and efficient service. I knew what I was getting and why and did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need. I was in and out in the amount of time it normally takes me to get through a drive thru and that's saying something.. I would definitely go back next time my car needs servicing.. Staff was super friendly and on point.

This was my first time visiting an Oil Can Henry's and I have to say I was actually surprised at how professional, friendly and informative the staff were. The guy who serviced my vehicle was very kind, and didn't try to push things on me that I didn't need. It may be a bit on the pricy side but I would rather pay for good service and quality than pay for crap. I thought they were very thorough and timely. I'll definitely be going back if I can't find an independent shop with the same quality for less expensive!

Very friendly staff, and the manager Larry was awesome and honored a gift card that was going to expire because there was a discrepancy online about the time they closed on NYE. Also, they didn't carry the headlight I needed, but were cool enough to show me how to replace it. Very happy w/ my experience and I will definitely use them next time! :)

Just an oil change service, but I was very impressed with how diligent, polite, helpful, friendly and motivated the entire staff was. There are cameras available so you can watch the work under the vehicle, there's someone within earshot the whole time, you never have to leave your vehicle, and they show you the results of all the fluid tests. This is my new place for oil changes.

Poor customer service and lack of communication. I was told that the wait was going to be about 20 to 25 minutes. I was OK with that since even though I had other things to do, I had a lot of time to come and have my old changed. After about 30 minutes I noticed that one of the young man went to the car behind me and then pull the car into the middle lane, I then got out of my car and said "hey I was told that it was going to be 20 to 25 minutes" and the young man responded "yeah well the SUV needed a lot more than we originally thought ". I then said well maybe somebody should have come and informed me of this and he responds well we can move you to another lane which at that point was useless because there was still a car in front of me that they had not even started yet either. My point to this is that if they had just communicated that they were having problems with the vehicle that was currently in the bay and that they wanted to move me to another line or me come back another time sooner I would not have been so frustrated. Communication is the key to customer service. It does not seem that communication is something that they are good at here. If you value your time you should maybe go somewhere else to get your oil changed quickly.

I stopped in here because I was afraid my tires were over-inflated and I didn't have a pressure gauge with me. The guys were super-sweet, checked all my tires, let air out of some and put more in others. I didn't even need my oil changed, but they were still really helpful. I'll definitely be going back!

Let me preface this by saying that I'm not a "take the time to write a review person," but I believe my recent visit to Oil Can Henry's warrants one so that others may hopefully avoid what I experienced. Please read this and go literally anywhere else for maintenance! So I've been to this location twice. My first experience was solid; the second trip however, was a disaster. First, they explianed to me that I needed another headlight. After having one replaced on my last visit I found this odd so I got out to inspect them on my own only to discover they were both fine! I guess charging $21 per vehicle for headlights regardless of operability really helps the bottom line. Sadly this was only the beginning. To continue, after completing my oil change I was left waiting in my vehicle for about 20 minutes until a technician finally approached and said that my skid plate won't go back on. Upon trying again the manager came up to me and said that because of "heavy rust" it was going to be impossible to reattach. I take excellent care of my vehicle and found it odd that after owing it for 14 years this is just now an issue. I was skeptical and after asking for a better explanation the manager got outright nasty and extremely abrasive even asking "if I know how rust works" it was some of the rudest service I've ever experienced. Finally after an extended argument he said that he would order the hardware to reattach it. Well it's been three weeks and still no word. Great follow up guys. Not that I'd let them touch my car anyway.A few days ago I went to a reputable mechanic who confirmed what I already knew: all 4 of the skid plate bolts had been stripped out by over-tourqing. Not "rust" related at all! In the end, It cost me $160 to have the holes re-tapped in order to undue the damage they did to my vehicle. Do your self a favor and avoid this place!

I've never felt scared at a business before. This is unbelievable. One of the workers named Joe had an argument with his girlfriend in the parking lot which lead joe to get in his truck, burn off and wreck 2 parked cars in the act. Assistant manager is present but does visually nothing. I feel terrible for the individuals that got their cars smashed by a worker of where they go to get their cars SERVICED not smashed to pieces. I told the manager this made me feel unsafe and told him I would leave, he just looked at me, didn't say a word and walked away. Such an unprofessional place of business should not be allowed to stay open.

My fiancee and I came to Oil Can Henry's to get our coolant topped off because we thought we had a leak. Turned out, our fan casing was broken and the fan had damaged the radiator. The workers here were the ones that spotted it; they advised us to get a tow and let us use their parking lot while we waited. They weren't even going to charge us for the coolant when we thought that's all we needed. When we need an oil change, we're definitely coming back to this place; I've never been to a quick lube business that was this friendly and helpful.
