I left work and quickly discovered I had little to no brakes on my car. This was the closest O'Reilly's and I had no idea it wasn't a normal retail location. Alex helped me, and to say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. He came out to my car, identified the problem, then looked up the part. They didn't have it, so he tried looking at other Jeeps with the same engine. Still no luck. Then he went in the back and found a part that's identical to what I needed but for another car altogether! He was not only helpful but friendly as well, and they never made me feel like I was putting them out to help me. Thank you Alex.

Went to the store on Grand first then had to go to the other store on Grand because first store would not cover warranty on altinator. District manager, Kevin approved the warranty. Should have to go to two different places.

Jake is a great customer service driven manager. I have faith in all things he does. Give this store a shot. Jake deserves a chance to serve you and will 100%. He will do whatever he can. If he can't he will find someone that does. He has been at this store since it opened. This is personal for him. He wants this to be a great Store and I know he will make it so.

They're nice. Let me bring my scooter inside when I was afraid it might get stolen and forgot to bring my lock. Some places around here would have seen staff say "No" just to feed off the resulting emergence upon my face of freshly deflated happiness (see: Fred Meyer on Hawthorne Review).

I recently visited this location after my driver side mirror broke off almost completely in the car wash across the street. I went into this store to asked for any help or advice they could offer. The two righteous dudes working came out to my car, inspected the mirror, and proceeded to get it to clasp back on and even taped it with gorilla tape. While I know this is not a service the store provides, it was amazing that they were willing to help me so that I could drive home safely.

Its actually a distribution hub, not a standard store. I got the wrong address (there's another one on Grand farther north) but they were still super helpful! Great team that really seems to have fun doing what they do. Remember your mask!

GREAT service - came in for a light bulb and the helpful Marc installed the replacement and made sure it was functioning before I left the lot. HIGHLY recommend this location for items and service.

The manager here was super helpful. He helped me figure out what was wrong with my headlights and helped fix it. I m never going to auto zone again this place rocks!

I was out looking for an auto parts store nearby for a scraper when I stopped by and parked and took about 4 seconds to take a photo of some pigeons on power lines before I went in and immediately the bald guy comes out on a power trip screaming I can t park unless I m in the store buying something. Made me not want to go in but I was just wanting to get un-tinting my windows over with

This is a warehouse-style store and they will find the parts for you, and in the case of windshield wiper blades, even install them for you! Very satisfied!

This isn't an actual retail store and shouldn't be listed as such on google maps. The guys working there were very helpful, but I had to go to another store to find what I was looking for.
