WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! In October 2022 I brought my Altima in because my airbag light came on. I was told that my passenger seat airbag would need to be replaced. So we ordered the part and I paid for it. The part, at that time was on back order. They told me they would contact me as soon as the part came in.. a couple months go by. I hear nothing. So I call. I m told the part still hasn t come in yet. Another month goes by.. nothing. My fianc� calls and we get the same answer. We called a handful a times after that and told the same thing.. that they d contact us as soon as the part gets in.. it is now August 2023. My fianc� calls to check again and we are told the part is in.. it came in January 2023. He asked why we were not contacted like we were told we would be multiple times. The lady he spoke to proceeded so state that we were contacted twice. Which we were not, as we did not receive a voicemail if the call was missed. Both times they contacted us, no voicemail? Seems convenient.. they state they have no record of us contacting them multiple times for the status of the part. We ask for an inconvenience discount and the lady proceeded to say she could only do 10% with a coupon because they were already honoring the labor price at the time we ordered the part. She acted like she was doing us a favor.. she proceeded to continuously tried to over talk me and interrupt me while also acted as if I were dumb. Very unprofessional and that shows how much they could care about their customers.

The process was easy and there was no pressure to buy anything extra.I scheduled my service ahead on their website to guarantee a spot for my oil change and tire rotation. Check-in was quick and waiting room has some coffee/tea if you are in the mood.Their complimentary inspection told me exactly what could be an issue in the future and what is in great shape. No pressure like some places where they will show you a dirty air filter to get you to buy it. Just quick easy visuals on their inspection report.Quality service and out in a little over half an hour after check-in.

If there s a future in car dealerships it ll be because of people like Ruslan S. He made the car buying experience approachable by listening to our needs and being patient while we worked through the process of determining if they had a car we wanted at a price we could afford. He came off honest, kind and not pushy. Thanks for the pizza and for helping us get our Nissian Leaf Rus!

I love the service department here. They communicate with you about your vehicle, what's being done, what needs to get done, the time it should take and they have fare pricing.It's rare to find a shop that does great work, is honest and won't charge you an arm/leg/& first born child.This crew definitely sets the gold standard for me.

Overcharge and takes too long to get something done. They did go over and check out the vehicle but honestly didn't do anything for me except charge way way Waaayyy too much for doing absolutely nothing. Didn't even change my oil or inside air cab air filter like they had said they did. Ridiculous when the Dealership (s) Don't even Do their job(s).
