I rented an RV from this outfit. I left a pocket knife and a leatherman tool in the glove box. I called them and they said they did have them and I could come in to pick them up anytime. I made it in about 2 weeks later and they could not find my personal items. We were told we would be called after a thorough check and we were not. when we called back they said they still did not have my items they already told me they had. RV's are outdated and the customer service is lacking. That and the found but missing items. Do not use this business.

These guys are awesome. We bought a car from them and it was not only an amazing price but the car was super clean inside and out and it runs incredible. They were very easy to work with, really nice guys and very knowledgeable. If I come across a repair on any of my vehicles that I can't handle, I will absolutely be taking it to them.(Side note, while waiting for some copies of paperwork, a few other customers in the lobby were all talking about how great and trustworthy this business is. How they are honest and reliable and have great prices. Based on my experience, I believe them! )

Excellent service! Steve was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very happy to have bought my Miata from these guys. It was my first time on a car lot, although they primarily do RV rentals. Was never pressured or hassled about anything. Would highly recommend

Was referred to these folks by a trusted friend and I now know why!! Experienced, fast, great pricing, thorough and friendly! The only place I'll take my new (to me) Kia Soul!05.14.2019 - Updated:I've now had my vehicle serviced for 3 different things by them. AMAZED!!! The level of care and superior service is very much appreciated! I still know I won't take my Kia Soul anywhere else. Found the best. Done and Done!! Try them. Mike and Linda go the extra mile. Thanks you guys!!

We found ourselves at Mt. Scott Motors as the pickup location for rental RV. The team there was fantastic! They went out of their way to help us resolve various problems and we couldn't have been more pleased.

We have always gotten great service at a fair price, the owners Mike and Linda are good, honest people, which is something we haven't found often in this industry. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else!

Have had my pickup worked on here a few times and also use them for inspection of a vehicle that I thought of buying. Mike has always fair with pricing and work done. Gave honest feedback and recommendations. Only once was a price more than estimated, but was understood.I now live 20 miles away, but still use their services.
