I recently purchased a Yanmar 2310D from Motorcycle Warehouse, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. These tractors, as I learned, are used Japanese tractors that undergo a comprehensive overhaul and receive a new body in Vietnam before being imported to the USA. Initially, I was a bit skeptical, having watched a few YouTube videos, but Harris at Motorcycle Warehouse allayed my concerns by walking me through the entire import process and patiently answering all my questions. What's truly impressive is that Harris has continued to be available for any inquiries even after the purchase, demonstrating exceptional customer service.Our small 60-acre farm in Eastern Washington has greatly benefited from this tractor. While we haven't had the opportunity to test it in the snow yet, I'm filled with confidence heading into winter knowing we have this reliable tractor by our side. It's been performing impeccably, and I'm struggling to find any faults with it.Motorcycle Warehouse went above and beyond to arrange a smooth delivery to Washington. The entire transaction was seamless, and I'm genuinely appreciative of their professionalism and efficiency. Given this fantastic experience, I'm eagerly anticipating my next purchase from them - a Kei truck, which I plan to buy very soon.For other farmers or landowners, I wholeheartedly recommend giving these tractors a try. My initial skepticism has been completely overturned, and I'm excited to update my review next spring after experiencing this tractor's capabilities in the snow. Thanks to Motorcycle Warehouse and Harris for providing us with such a remarkable piece of equipment. It's made a significant difference on our farm, and I'm looking forward to a lasting partnership with them.

Josh with Motorcycle Warehouse was the absolute best. We were interested in a Toyota Hiace Camper Van and Josh helped us learn not only about the van itself but a lot about the models in general and what s involved. To say he was thorough, professional, and friendly is an understatement. 10/10 would recommend and plan to be a returning customer.

Friendly service. Cool vehicles with good price ranges. Josh was a superb host full of very helpful insights & informations! He showed us around the neighborhood so that we were able to test drive the vehicle ourselves during our duration of our decision in buying the vehicle or not. He also was kind enough to let us look at other vehicles that we wanted to look at during our search. We would definitely come back here again or call back if we have any questions regarding the vehicle we bought!

Had a good experience here buying a tractor. Found the listing online. Easily found the place. Several parking spaces were available. Fast delivery. Friendly delivery guy. Good price. Hopefully, we will stay satisfied with our purchase. We were not given much information or documentation. I was interested in coming back in to take a look at some of their other inventory. There are lots of different things available to purchase here, not just motorcycles.

I purchased a 97 Honda CRV from this place and they even delivered! There was a problem with the power steering unit but he was very quick to send me the needed part. After four different mechanics I finally have a working power steering unit. I work for the post office as a rural carrier so this company is invaluable. I will definitely buy from him again! One extremely satisfied customer!

We just bought a Delica JB500 from here and I can t say enough good things about the process. We put a deposit down about 6 weeks ago and I bugged Josh with questions the whole time. Josh went above and beyond helping me and is extremely knowledgeable about these quirky vehicles. I will definitely be driving down from Seattle for my next imported vehicle. Josh and Harris nailed it!

Highly recommend. Excellent communication and followup. Josh and Russ are great the work with. Purchased a 1996 Daihatsu HiJet. Great truck, really happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again. Even after the sale, Josh has consistently continued with great customer service answering questions and assisting with accessory purchases.

I've been looking for the right bike for months, and I found the perfect bike here at MC warehouse! Fantastic guys and super easy to buy, I paid for my DMV fees there and that made it that much better. I purchased the 2014 Yamaha 950 lots of extras and low miles great condition!! When I buy again it will be from MC warehouse for sure. The owner is awesome and his employee which I did not get his name but he was great also helped me load my new bike into the trailer.

Recently purchased a Toyota Hiace from the guys at Motorcycle Warehouse. Josh did a great job communicating and helping through the whole experience, and the van was sold for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend working with them.

Absolutely great place to work with! I was able to check out and compare three different Toyota Hiace s and there was no pressure in the buying experience. We went with a blue 96 custom Hiace 5 speed w/88k miles. They through in some awesome extras and even are going to send me a new starter as this one clicked a couple times. If you looking for good people to work with this is the place!

Bought my first motorcycle ever here just a month ago. I was eyeballing there website every day like a lion stalkings it's prey.... I initially thought I would pick up a Yamaha R6 they were asking $4k for, but once I actually went to the shop and started sitting on bikes, I realized the stance was WAY to aggressive for me.That's when I saw the Triumph Street Triple 675, it was way more comfortable, looked immaculate, and only had one owner. I put a deposit down($200 for 2 weeks) THAT DAY. Exactly two weeks later I came back and paid in full for the bike. They were asking $5500, and that's what I paid. I'm 100% certain Harris would have happily taken $5000, hell, I'm pretty sure he would have taken $4800. But I was FEVERISH to make the bike mine.Anyways ....The day I went to pick up the bike, I decided to ride the bike around the neighborhood just to familiarize myself because this is my first REAL street bike. Well after riding around the block a few times, the bike just DIED. Now I thought for certain this was my fault because I was a new rider, but I called Harris (the owner) anyways and he rode over to assist. As it turns out it WAS an issue with the bike and he essentially pulled lightly on a wire running to the tachometer, and the bike started like normal. I ended up riding back to the shop and they worked on it for about an hour, and then called me to pick it up. Harris was super professional and nice about it. SO FAR, the issue has not come up again. If it comes up again , I would probably give Harris a call......So.... The bikes amazing.Motorcycle Warehouse has great bikes at very fair prices (don't be afraid to negotiate, the worst you'll get is a no).Check out the pictures and pay the shop a visit !

A++++ experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.I bought a Triumph Bonneville from here and the entire experience was first rate. Great service, great price, awesome selection of bikes, great selection of parts and gear too.I bought the bike and shortly after there was an unexpected issue with it. Harris picked up the bike, looked over it to make sure it was working fine. Harris went above and beyond. First class customer service.I traveled from Canada to buy the bike. Even though it was quite a bit more work, I would certainly do it all over again. I will be coming back to Motorcycle Warehouse when the time comes for my next bike.Prices are great. Service is top notch. Excellent selection. A+++ customer service. What else do you need in a bike store?

Purchased one thier Yanmar tractors recently. Harris was easy to work with and answered all my tractor noob questions. He quoted me two different prices but honored the slightly lower price with no issues. I did have a small problem already with the temp idiot light but ordered a gauge. I prefer a gauge anyway. I hope the tractor is as trouble free as the purchase. Oh and they delivered it next day for a little extra that was pretty sweet. Thanks Harris and crew.

Bought my Sportster from this shop. When I was driving home, the bike died. Motorcycle Warehouse determined that the battery was not charging. The level of accountability and customer service after that was very unexpected. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my bike, taking full responsibility to replace the stator and regulator at no additional cost. I highly recommend this establishment. They take care of their customers.

I wish I could give this place six stars. Everybody here is really awesome. I got a great deal from Harris. There was a discount for paying in cash. They were willing to switch out my chrome from my old bike. Russ was kind enough to come pick me up and bring my bike that wasn't working to the shop for a trade-in. I am beyond satisfied with this company and I wish I could do all my business here for all my vehicles.

Came here and was told that my dirt bike wheel had to much dirt on it to change. I literally just hosed it off. Went to apex with no problem. Vicious Cycle has also been amazing. Would recommend going somewhere else. Cheers!Response to owner:I have came here only 3 times. I'm not bashing your business by saying I would go somewhere else. It's the truth. There is no point to go to your shop. You don't do mechanic work on bikes. You sell these mini trucks you can't get a license plate for. You are in a bad location. Bad prices. With the recommendation of changing your tube everytime and if you damage it you will charge us again lol Im good.... I tell everyone now to avoid this place. The other day my friend bought a bike from this place. Said the bike ran great and when he arrived the bike was missing and not running right lol Trying to make a quick buck buying beaters from harley. Or anywhere else he can. Also.. can u belive this owner sold me 2 front tires. I put the front one on first. Thinking the other one was the rear. Could have killed me.Everytime I put a response. The owner deletes his response.

Super easy to deal with, and Harris, as well as his cousin, are great guys. I had a slight issue with the starter on my tractor, and Harris replaced it with no issue. I would buy here again for sure.
