I felt like I was part of the experience, Anna, coordinated everything. Andre sent me a full video of my car inspection so I could see exactly what he was talking about. The price was fair and they ended up keeping the car overnight. Mini of Portland, gave me a lovely loaner car and then drove the 2.5 hours to my home in Newport to bring my car to me. Excellent service.

Amazing experience customer service support is really awesome. I just have an emergency with my GP3 and show up at the late minute and they help me. super excited to returning back. 100% recommended. Andre you re the man. tx

Working with Andre is like just being a part of a great team. No one ever likes a big repair bill but the customer s safety is first, then doing the work that is necessary. Safety is not time to nickel and dime, but nor is it time to gouge customers. I have been a loyal customer because I get common sense answers from common sense people. There are 3 phases to vehicle ownership. Phase 1 of course, is the purchase experience.Phase 2 is parts and accessories to outfit your new ride.Phase 1 and 2 were both 5 stars.I have previously commented on both of these departments.Phase 3 is of course, Service. I was pleasantly surprised that the service manager, Rob Temple, is a long time friend of mine who I haven't seen for a few years. This really started my experience in a great way. My service writer was Darrel. Very professional and really listened to my needs for the car. He introduced me to Dave, the shop foreman. Dave is definitely a perfectionist and really understands how much I appreciate the extra effort in the work I was having performed on my Cooper JCW. The loaner car was perfect! The overall experience was outstanding! There are only a couple of car dealerships that I have had this type of experience in my 40+ years of new car purchases. I will definitely recommend Mini of Portland to everyone looking for a dependable and fun ride that will not disappoint! But what truly makes the vehicle is the support that comes from the Dealership. Great job!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Exhaust

I was referred to Mini of Portland by another shop being they could not understand what was wrong with my car. Mini of Portland was able to diagnose the issue with my car and return it to me the next working day. Jonah and Darryl were so pleasant to work with and treated me with professionalism and a positive attitude. They are a credit to Mini of Portland reputation. I had these guys code my JCW Pro Exhaust and everything went well! I was a bit nervous since the online service scheduler was only able to let me schedule a 20 minute appointment. All of my nerves were eased the moment I walked in the service department and Nathan greeted me warmly. I had several questions regarding various elements of my Mini and Nathan gave me solid responses to all my inquiries. All of the employees I encountered at Mini of Portland were very low-key and easygoing. I felt no adverse pressure. Jeff at the parts counter was another employee who made my day.If anybody else is unsure about the JCW Pro Exhaust coding, I highly recommend coming to Mini of Portland and have them set you up! Also, bring your car in first thing in the morning and you ll be less likely to encounter any issues with scheduling.Services: Exhaust, Oil change

In my experience a few years ago with Mini of Portland, I was very disappointed with the service and treatment. It was wonderful to come back and find things have changed for the better! Everyone I talked to was very positive and helpful. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

Mini never fails to provide. I receive all service at mini and I leave feeling reassured regardless if it was new tires or my engine light for the gas cap inappropriately secured. The service is always thoroughly completed with expert skill and friendly customer interface. Service Packages are valuable for preventive maintenance. However, add-ons (such as fuel treatment, or oil conditioner) are unusually expensive as these don t require significantly can t labor and are Mini or BMW branded versions of other reputable commercial products.

Customer service is alive and well at Portland Mini. Easy drop off and pickup. Everyone was very professional and kind. All of the staff looks happy. I love supporting a business that clearly cares about its employees as well as its customers. I highly recommend Portland Mini!

We only service my mini with Mini of Portland!! Highly recommend service advisor Darrel, who is both professional and experienced! He works with our older Mini and keeps it in excellent (and safe) condition. Grateful to Darrel and to Mini of Portland, many thanks!!

The service advisor was great and very helpful. Work on my Mini was done well. My car did get scratch on the rear passenger door. I let the service advisor know and he emailed a manager. I left a voicemail as well. It's been a couple of days and have not gotten a response.

I live in Ashland, OR which is a 5t hour drive from Portland. When my new electric Mini (which I love!) had a persistent warning message (which didn't interfere with the car's performance) the service department arranged for a flatbed truck to take my car to Portland. No haggling. The car was trucked to Portland, fixed and then returned to me within 4 days all covered by the warranty. I was SO impressed with Portland Mini. Besides having a very fun car to drive, I had perfect customer service from purchase to service. Very welcoming and thorough! I initially sent my car in for a door light issue for a newly aquired car. As a courtesy the mechanic sent a video inspection showing engine problems that needed addressing. A printed itemized - easy to understand list was given to me. If it were not for that inspection, I would have ended up with very serious engine problems later.Mini Of Portland is the only place I'll trust with my car. They genuinely care for the cars and customers. As a woman, I feel I won't be ripped off and as a daughter of a mechanic, I can tell they're passionate and honest about what they do.Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

Update 04/2024 - brought my 13 MINI in again for diagnosis, dropped it off on a Tuesday and picked up a loaner, had my own car back by Friday. Problem was addressed and my car is running great. Darrel communicated with me well whenever necessary!Had a great experience bringing my car here. All of the concerns I had were addressed, the work was done in a timely manner and my advisor Andre kept me updated as necessary.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I have been a fan and client of Mini of PDX since 2015. My father owner a Ford Dealership growing up ,and had a successful business I feel because of his integrity, attention to detail, including making sure the customer knows they are being heard , fairness, accountability,respect for themselves , the company and the customers. Finding these traits at Mini of Portland , when working with Darrell , Jonna, and the people of the service department brings me back , knowing I can have confidence in finding solutions to any needs or problems. I m mechanical challenge and am never made to feel inferior with questions or need for clarification. The staff consistently makes me feel they are focused on making sure I know they have my concerns as a priority. Darrell has people skills you can not teach and radiates a passion and commitment to his job and Mini. He always makes me feel like he has my/our back. Thank you for offering a very professional and supportive team to empower my Mini to bring me joy and reliable motoring.

The staff are very kind and responsive. Offering a loaner when your car is in the shop makes repairs so much easier. There is a charge for an initial diagnostic. My car checked out, except for the items I identified when I brought it in. Within a month, I had a problem that should have been seen in the initial diagnostic, so I burned a day getting it looked at and eventually had to bring it back in. Diagnostics should look deeply enough to see common problems, (brakes, battery, starter, filter, oil, etc.).

The service we received for our Cooper Hardtop at MINI of Portland was exceptional! MINI proactively contacted us to arrange our annual service appointment. Darrel explained everything that our car was due for, the technician emailed a video showing what he worked on, and Darrel checked us out quickly after explaining the charges. All in all, it was a great experience

I always have a great experience at Mini of Portland. I purchased my 2015 Mini from Zack Ruhs a Motoring Advisor and I will definitely return when it s time to purchase my Countryman. The service department keeps you updated with videos of the inspection along with details of what looks good, what is getting close to needing service and what needs to be taken care of now. Overall I give Mini of Portland 5 sService: Auto maintenance

Mini of Portland is a very friendly dealership. Staff is very knowledgeable and they're easy to talk to in person. It can be a challenge to get a hold of someone if you call, but it's easy if you are there. The service bay is excellent,. especially in winter, as they have an automatic bay door to allow you to drive and park inside a heated garage. The waiting area is small, but functional and pleasant and the showroom has multiple cars to look at. Overall a great dealership to be at with the exception of it being sometimes difficult to actually speak to someone in service unless you just go there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Sam is THE BEST!! There were some complications with my trade in but he was responsive and helpful and made the whole process so fun. I ll never go anywhere else or drive anything but Mini Cooper s for the rest of my days.
