Great car shopping experience. Bradley was excellent on getting my purchase done remotely. Flew up and she picked me up at the airport. Hour later I was on the road home! Love my Mini!

I had a great experience with salesperson Alyssa Ramirez. She was candid about the history, condition and features of the 2017 MINI Cooper S two door, and not high pressure. The negotiation and purchase processes went smoothly. Recommended.

Went to Lithia Mini cooper of Portland to trade in our VW Tiguan for its bigger sibling the VW Atlas. By far it was an amazing experience, Zack Ruhs was super helpful and friendly through the whole process. This is not our first time buying a car so we ve had experience with both Good and Bad dealership trips and by far this one takes the cake for the best experience we ve had thus far! Thanks again for getting our family into the car we ve needed and been looking for!!

Sales Consultant Sam and Sales Manager Jeremy were both persistent in their search for our vehicle and faithful and cheerful in all of their communications during the time it took to complete the search and delivery. Mini of Portland is awesome We have purchased two vehicles from them in the past year; both vehicles were bought sight unseen and far exceeded our expectations. Bradley our salesperson and Bryn the contract wizard made both transactions painless and seamless. It was so amazing that they delivered both vehicles all the way down to Florence.The best compliment to a dealership is repeat business. We would definitely buy another vehicle from Mini of Portland.

I had my car in the shop for a month! No fault of Mini, it was all waiting for my Warranty to agree to pay for the repairs. Nathan was so awesome! He was so kind about my situation and kept me up to date.By the time my car was ready ( and he went above and beyond with the repairs) I had decided to trade the car for another.The whole process was so smooth!! Sam and Bryn were very helpful and nice! This was a change I needed to make and they were so understanding!Everyone who works at Mini is amazingly friendly and helpful!!! I highly recommend them!!!

I had a great experience at Mini of Portland. Zach was amazing! It was my first time purchasing a car and he made it so easy for me. Everyone I came across there was very friendly and helpful, they all stayed late and definitely did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted. I Would recommend Mini of Portland!

Todd was amazing throughout the process. I went in with very specific parameters in mind and Todd was very respectful of my ideas and helped me find the best option for me! Super patient, not pushy in the tiniest. I plan on buying all my future vehicles with Todd/Mini of Portland!

First of all, I will say the staff was friendly and fairly easy to work with. I appreciated the explanations and communication and they went to some effort to get me into the car I wanted and get a better interest rate. This was the positive part of the experience. The reason I gave 3 stars however has to do with the process of the sale and the delay after I traded in my vehicle with financing. While I know some things are out of everyone s control, I ended up waiting at the dealership almost 4 hours despite having most everything decided. It s a bit of a drive for me and I ended up in rush hour traffic on the way home which took me over an hour (in addition to the several hours waiting around). Now I m running into another issue, wherein it s been about two weeks since the sale and my trade in still hasn t been paid off. Despite the dealership supposedly overnighting payment, my trade in vehicle is still showing full balance and likely going to pull another payment from my account for a car I do not have. More than likely they are hoping to receive payment from my car sale before they pay out but this is absolutely unfair to me, and affects me a lot more. Having such a delay is also going to significantly hurt my credit as it looks like I have two car loans and I am hoping to buy a house in the next year or so. Again, I would like to make clear that my critique involves the process and company overall, as the individuals I worked with were great and I love the car. I just feel that a lot is wanting in getting things done in a timely manner and efficiency. These companies need to understand that while they are worrying about a bottom line, some of us are worried about paying our bills and surviving to the next paycheck, as well as maybe having a chance to own a home one day. I doubt the cushy executives can fathom this but I hope this review will help someone like me.

I went for a routine check up and everyone was helpful and kind but Derek in particular went above and beyond by going with me to check if my car was fully cleaned and cleaning it when the license plate area near the trunk was dirty. He even offered to clean it himself if it wasn t done during the routine check. I really appreciate him going above and beyond today.

What a great experience I had in MINI of Portland. Since my first contact, their service was excellent. Kim was fantastic taking me through the process of choosing the right car for me. The cars are beautiful and the staff is friendly but the financing team needs work. I loved my new Mini but I had traded in a vehicle and was told it would be paid off within 10-days. It s been nearly a month and I keep getting the run around. It doesn t matter what time or the day I call, the financing team never available. They claim they overnighted the check but the bank still hasn t received it. They refuse to call me back and I m stuck paying for a car I no longer have. Their mark up is also really high on used vehicles. I selected a car that was $20K and by the time I sat down to sign it was an extra $3K in dealer fees.

Always a fantastic time having my car serviced here. I love the inspection videos, the option to select repairs on a website, the texting etc. Andre is awesome and makes the process super easy and smooth. Thank you MINI of Portland!!

Very glad we came here to check out the Mini. We are new to the area and Mini of Portland crew could not have been easier to work with.Sam, our salesperson, 5 stars.Their selection was great, price was right, we got more than we expected for our trade in, and everyone we met were happy, relaxed and welcomed us like family. Can t beat that.Highly recommend this dealership, plus very pleased with the car!

Don t go to the Shop.It is extremely expensive and they will try to squeeze things from you.I have been serving my Mini here for years and every time is worst than the one before.Last time, this weekend, they not only had lost convenient information about past work on my car (a problem that was solved two years ago that should have not been worn out yet ).The staff was friendly enough but the solution costs more than the car (even thought the cost of parts was <1% of the repair).If that was not outrageous enough, they returned me the car with a flooded passenger seat. When I saw the flooded cabin (on the way home) I called them and they told me with a straight face that for $195 they could diagnose it . When I confronted the person I was interacting with, telling that I was absolutely not gonna pay a diagnostic for something they screwed, he stopped responding and told me that he left the phone to grab something around to see if I would change my behavior.I literally just SOLD my car to not have to deal with this shop again.Bye Mini, I really hope I never have to deal with any of you again.

BEWARE! DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. They advertise on multiple sites with a price including discounts but what they don t tell you till last minute is that there are dealer prep fees which are not part of price shown on any of their listings. Asking for over 1500.00 dealer prep on a used car is ridiculous and another way dealers use pricing structure against buyers. See photos. You think this vehicle is $24,400 but actually it s $25,895. I closed my wallet and walked.

I had such a great experience! I dropped my kids off at school and drove the hour up to Mini of Portland, and I only had a few hours before I had to get back to pick my kids up again. I had been in touch with Francis (the greatest salesman I ve ever met) the evening before, and he even called me in the morning to see what time I would arrive. He was going in early so he could meet me and speed things along. He had my new Countryman ready to go for a test drive the moment I arrived, and he was very cognizant of my time restriction and he made sure I was out of there right on time! The best part is that he negotiated the value of my trade-in and got me a fair deal. Overall, I am so glad I went to Mini of Portland (rather than getting a Mini from another dealership) and I can t imagine ever driving anything else! If you re in the market for a Mini, ask for Francis!

Best car buying adventure ever! Sam at Portland Mini is the best! Military and out of state buyer friendly!Having purchased many new cars in the past, I had it engrained in my mind that ever vehicle purchase is just supposed to be miserable and something you have to endure. Not the case with Mini of Portland.From the first time I contacted Sam to ask about how to order a Mini, up until weeks post sale, working with Sam and the team at Mini of Portland made the whole process truly a fun little adventure. Sam is a no pressure super knowledgeable enthusiast who had no issues answering all of my silly little questions before I ordered, and applied no pressure to me to place my order. I placed my order for our dream mini online, which was immediately followed up with a call from Sam explaining next steps, realistic timelines for production, shipping, delivery and when I would be picking the Mini up. And his estimates were spot on. Communication throughout the five month process was fantastic and super helpful for a first time Mini owner, and really made it quite fun. Lastly, I was an out of state buyer who had a unique situation that could help me with OTD price due to my military status. Every dealer I contacted prior to Portland told me they would not accommodate. Sam, from the first time I brought up my unique situation, took it upon himself to research what I was asking, and accommodated me (which required extra work on the dealership s part) with no hassle at all.My only regret is that I will not be able to take my mini here since I am from out of state. The dealership and staff are great. Do not hesitate to visit Mini of Portland. Ask for Sam, you will have a great experience!

I had researched to buy my mini for some time and finally the one that I wanted became available at Mini of Portland. I feel like they were not open about some of their practices. It's more than 6 months later and I still don't have a title. None of my emails or phone calls are returned. This has become a huge frustration when I was expecting a better dealer experience. In the negotiations my credit was also run about six or seven times. Without my knowledge until I got the notification from my credit agencies.I feel completely left out of the loop and concerned about the status of my car. Yet no one else seems to be concerned.

I knew I wanted a Mini Countryman SE, but our salesman, Sam, guided me through the process of color, interior choices and made me feel very comfortable in the process. Later while waiting for the car to arrive he was especially attentive in e-mails as I watched the car cross the ocean. When the car arrived, he went above and beyond to help me get to the dealership, as I lived three hours away. Super guy and also Kim and one of the receptionists, very nice folks. Love my Mini after two weeks of driving it daily.
