Best experience I ve ever had all the staff here were super friendly and went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with the car that I had just bought from a used car lot. They informed me about the lemon law printed out the Carfax on the car for me and we re straight up and honest I will definitely be coming back here in the future. If you want to go somewhere where you can get honesty and keep it real, this would be the place. Thank you so much for helping me today. Especially Paul and Angela

Booking an appointment was easy. Checking in was easy and quick. Customer service was wonderful! Service took an hour. The thing I loved though . In my 15 years of driving and owning my own vehicle, almost every time I go to get an oil change they always try to give me a huge list of things I need to do for my car. Yet When I talk to my mechanic friends and family, it s never the case! These guys just did what I asked for with a smile. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of at all.The guys showed me some pics of their puppies! That was a bonus though. :)

These guys got right to the root of my car issues! Got it fixed the same day and I m so appreciative! Marc had wonderful customer service and explained everything that was done. Will definitely return for any issues and services needed!

Very thank ful for the amazing customer service and experience. Today I ended up with 2 flat tires and needed a tow to the tire shop. When I first contacted Les Schawb for assistance, they were rude and were not able to help me until tomorrow. Well that did not set well with me. I contacted Midas and the Service Manager Paul is amazing he was able to get me in right away and not only did he help me I ended up with 4 new tires , front end alignment and brakes all under 2 k !!! Awesome Awesome AwesomeThank You Chris and Paul for making my day. You guys definitely have the Midas Touch !!Thank You !

These guys are amazing. They helped me with my breaks and rotors. They didn t sell me anything I didn t need! Even helped shave my rotors to help me save some money. Great honest people. I will definitely be back.

I received amazing customer service here today, I went in for a brake inspection and was treated with kindness and great communication. I worked with Marc and I believe Zach (we were not introduced but I caught a glimpse of his name tag so I may be incorrect). They took time to try to explain what work needed to be done with my car and kept me in the loop, they also took the time to explain the process in detail and answered my questions without an issue. I originally spoke with Paul over the phone for a general price quote of how much it would cost over all and the price was a bit more out of our price range than I was quoted originally but would love to go back in the future when funds are not as tight to be able to receive that same great customer service!

I've had a number of interactions with this Midas location.my experience has been that management, as well as customer representatives, mechanics and all service personnel have gone out of their way to make My experience at this location successful. It may not be that way for all people in all situations.being that midas is a national chain, there's still a little bit of local flavor at this location.

Update:8 shop visits as of 8/20/22 Saturday and clearly the signage states they can do the work but my car still making noise after work done and I said I'd do an update, so, back to the shop for them to see what was missed and why it is still making a noise after repair. So, the wrong part after all these visits but you wanted me to believe otherwise. I paid for a service and just want it done right. I'd really like to change this review to satisfied but I am waiting now.Below is first review.They didn't fix the issue. And, they had my car overnight to listen for the noise coming from the job they've done but they say that they're hearing nothing.However, I know my car and it's not the same so if that's what they ''want to stand-by'' then I'm not satisfied.

These guys are so kind and helpful. Marc takes the time to explain things and doesn t try to oversell you. Lupe was also super fast and kind. I ll definitely come back for future auto needs.

Everyone has always been respectful and will explain what's going on with my car in a way I understand. They give you quotes and recommendations without being pushy. I always come back to Midas because I know they will take care of me.

I was very satisfied with the service. They were very friendly and took the time to explain in detail what needed attention on my vehicle and why! They also gave me tips on maintenance of my vehicle. I highly recommend this Midas location.

Dropped my vehicle off at 4pm, to have sawed off Catayltic converter fixed. (Assumed pick up would be next day.) They completed the fix in just under an hour! No roaring noise anymore, very satisfied! Was easy from start to finish. Paul and the other gentleman were Professional, friendly and efficient. Much appreciated.

I just got my car fixed from them an hour ago and my car feels so much better. Not only were they all very kind and funny, they were very informative about what my car needed and what my car will need in the future. Can not recommend them more!!!

I work with Marc every time I come into the shop. He is always kind, professional, and wise. I trust his opinions and always leave confident in the work I had done and the choices I made about my vehicles. It is rare to find a honest and forthcoming mechanic. Got referred by my coworker since our employer takes all of our service vehicles there. They had nothing but great things to say about Marc and Midas! I was pleasantly surprised how quick Midas got my diagnosis and had my car fixed and ready to go. I will DEFINITELY be back here for ALL of my vehicle needs!

NEVER GOING BACK! THEY WILL TRY TO GET ONE OVER ON YOU! They wanted to charge me $1078!! to replace the rear brakes on my 2008 Scion XB. Granted the calipers needed replacing. But I was able to buy the parts from AutoZone for just over $300 ($317.86) to be exact. I was able to do it myself, breaks are very easy and it was first time doing it. They were trying to get me to sign up for this fancy financing and what not. DON'T DO IT. ITS A RIPOFF!

I have visited this business twice. Once for an oil change and another time to repair our exhaust that cracked after a leak.The business if very clean and they get you in an out quickly. I got flat tire on the way home from work yesterday. After a terrible customer service experience at the Sandy Firestone, I went the next day to Midas based on proximity to my home. I m sure glad I did. Paul is amazing! I hope the owners of the business know the asset he is. Incredible customer service, and a very entertaining guy. The crew working on my car were also very friendly and did a great job. I bought four new tires, not just a flat fix. And I ll definitely go back the next time i need some help. These mechanics are life savers! Took a seemingly fantastic car in for a pre-purchase inspection, ended up having some fantastic issues! Gave me a great, detailed overview of the car and Paul (one of the guys who worked on the car and gave me the rundown) was very honest about how risky it was to buy the car since it was a 2014 Ford Escape which happens to have the WORST motor. Not only that, they found that the engine was already leaking! So yeah. Not the cheapest pre-purchase inspection out there ($130) but DEFINITELY WORTH IT! If I lived closer to them, I would take my car there all the time!Service: General repairs & maintenance
