Ryan (pictured left)was extremely helpful, kind, and patient from the get go. I went into the dealership looking for a very specific vehicle. Ryan setup our appointment, took the time to walk us through the vehicle, then let us take it to lunch while we thought it over. The price for our trade in was fair and the vehicle they sold me was very well priced.Once in the finance office Patrick was helpful at explaining additional coverages I could add but didn t push anything or make me feel forced to buy any extras.Overall this was an excellent experience and I ll certainly be back!

This place always has a friendly and welcoming feeling. Both the sales team and the service team have been a pleasure to work with. They even put a bow on my car when I bought it around Christmas time. Excellent text messages communication and online service scheduling and a loaner car if your car needs significant repairs. Everything is clean and runs smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Mercedes.

From the get-go, my experience was five star. I live two hours away and when I called for last-minute appointment, they were able to get me in, diagnose what was wrong with my car and fix the issue. All in the same day. Ariel our service rep was very knowledgeable, happy to help and more than accommodating, I was even able to get a last-minute loaner car. Very professional rental car advisor as well. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.

We are from Ohio and were traveling when our check engine light came on with a warning that our engine was too hot and to stop driving. It was 5pm on a Friday evening. We showed up at Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton service center without an appointment on Saturday morning. The Service Advisor, JD Arnold, was welcoming and willing to help us diagnose the problem. We needed a new coolant pump. Albert, the technician, found the part and had us on our way by the end of the day! Thank you for your willingness to accommodate and make us feel welcome despite our surprise visit. We appreciate you!

Updated 10/14/2023. Never did get a response from multiple attempts to contact Mr Young. Disputed the charge with my credit card company, furnished all documentation showing the discrepancy between what was offered and what was received, and received a full refund. Be better than this, folks.Updated 8/25/2023. Mr Young has now ignored three contacts, one by telephone and two follow-ups by email. This is now in the hands of my credit card company.Updated 8/14/23. Mr Young has my contact info and has so far not responded to a voicemail and an email, going on a week now. I think he may be interested in readers thinking he responded to address my concerns. I have so far replaced the burned out marker lamp, the windshield washer pump, the partition hinge pin, the gas struts in the trunk, and a new front grill is inbound to replace the one with the hole in it. Pretty disappointing experience.Original review:I had an ultimately unsatisfying experience with this dealer's service department on a pre-purchase inspection, which failed to detect a dead marker lamp, a dead windshield washer pump, dead trunk struts, a missing hinge pin in the trunk partition, missing floor mats, and a hole in the lower front grill, among other things I feel should have been flagged. On the positive side, they hustled to make the inspection happen quickly, as I was flying in to purchase the car, depending on the outcome of their inspection. Three polite emails to my service writer Andy were ignored, necessitating a phone call to the service manager Chris to discuss my dissatisfaction. Not what you expect from a brand that prides themselves on quality, customer service and satisfaction.We all make mistakes and hopefully we own up to them and try to make things right. That's all we can do, right? Try and be reasonable and work it out. The mistake doesn't matter, at that point, it's what comes next. An attempt to negotiate a discount on my fee was rebuffed. I also suggested to Chris that having their service writer Andy ignore unhappy customers was not a good look for a high-end auto dealer. He didn't care to own that problem either.What I was really trying to buy with my pre-purchase inspection was peace of mind, before I flew to Oregon to buy a car, sight-unseen. I did not get that. Now I'm wondering, "What else did they skip in the inspection?"This may be a great place to buy a new car, others seem to have had a good experience, but if you're asking them for a thorough pre-purchase inspection or other service, keep your expectations low and you might not be disappointed.

Pickup day was a was smooth and stress free and our car was immaculately detailed with a giant red bow! She spent time going through the instructions and setting up our Mercedes app to customize our driving preferences. All in all just a lovely experience, very professional, very much appreciated.

I had a great experience this weekend getting some warranty work done at Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. There isn't a better waiting area in town where you can sit comfortably while waiting for your vehicle to be completed. Ryan took care of me and I must say that they were nible in their reaction and readiness to perform the work. I'll be going there again for a couple of different reasons; 1) Their knowledge base and use of such 2) Their amazing coffee machine that's in the waiting area 3) The impressive and comfortable waiting area and new vehicles that you can look at while you wait. Came in to get a truck last Saturday the deal didn t work out since I wasn t sure if I was approved. That I can understand and am not mad about at all. The problem I have is that on Monday the sales person (Chincha) called me and said I got approved through a credit union. Didn t know which one it was told me she would get back to me asap with who it was so I can get a truck. I called everyday, either the manager/ finance person i needed to talk to wasn t in. I called again today only to be told The information is no longer in their system, but they think it might be two different places so best of luck. I wanted to do business with them before, but after this, I will no longer waste my time to get strung along, waiting for an answer that they will never bring.

I cannot stress enough the immense frustration and disappointment I've encountered dealing with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. My experience with their sales and finance managers has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, I've been met with silence and indifference.Today alone, I've called them over 20 times in an attempt to get answers to their request for a VIN verification from local law enforcement. This should have been a simple task, but the lack of communication and responsiveness from the dealership has made it a Herculean ordeal.To make matters worse, I've repeatedly requested executed paperwork for my lease from a representative named Samantha, yet I have received nothing. It's beyond frustrating to be met with such incompetence and disregard for customer service.My frustration reached its peak when I tried to speak with Mejra Barissa, who initially reached out to me anonymously via text regarding the VIN verification form. Despite the urgency of the matter, Mejra refused to return my calls, opting instead to send selective responses to only a fraction of the questions the law enforcement officer had. As a result, the officer was forced to leave, leaving me stranded and without resolution.Undeterred, I rushed to the local tag office, enduring 45 minutes of traffic, only to be met with further disappointment. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Mercedes Benz of Beaverton, my calls were either transferred to the service department or sent to voicemail, with no answers forthcoming.The post-sales experience at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton has been nothing short of torturous. They have shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, providing nothing but excuses and blow-offs. It's abundantly clear that they couldn't care less about helping me or ensuring that their customers are taken care of.To add insult to injury, my temporary tag is set to expire tomorrow, and yet the dealership seems nonchalant about the situation. I am now faced with the prospect of paying for a car that I cannot legally drive, all because of their incompetence and negligence.My frustration only continues to grow with each passing hour. I am left with no choice but to leave daily reviews until this matter is resolved. It is imperative that others are warned about the appalling treatment they can expect from Mercedes Benz of Beaverton.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a car from this dealership to avoid them at all costs. I would strongly recommend never doing business with Mercedes Benz of Beaverton, and in the bigger picture lithia motors since they own this store. I am an auto transporter(owner operator) and back in January of this year I was contacted by a local dealer here in Boise that they had sold a 2021 G 63 to Mercedes of Beaverton and was informed that I would invoice Mercedes upon delivery of the vehicle; which is pretty standard practice that the receiving party gets invoiced for the transport. No problem, vehicle is picked up and delivered same day 1/3/2024, and invoiced on 1/5/2024. Well some dealerships have a scam of net 30 or net 45 etc. while others that know you don t go pick out your groceries make dinner then pay the bill, will process it in a timely manner week- 10 days. And if you sign there vendor agreement, I chose not to do that because I didn t plan on doing much business with them as this was the first time hauling to them. So they set me up as net 7 per lithias vendor admin, this was on 1/24/2024. I let a week go by, call them and ask if a check had been sent, I was told no still pending approval ok please let me know when that will be. 2 weeks go by, Call again and get the same response, finally after 70 days, I receive a phone call saying we never ordered the transport so we aren t paying it. Ok but you purchase the vehicle correct? yes you have vehicle correct? Yes so then yes your buyer Norman Hunter Did order the transport. No . Ok so did a magic car fairy deliver it? So I contact my local dealer that called me and arranged the transport, and they verified that yes, they knew they would be invoiced for transport before I even called you. They call me a lot when it s a higher end vehicle and/or when it s one or maybe two vehicles needing to be transported. It s now 4/12/2024 still no payment nor a response to the 5 emails I ve send to 3 different admins. Place is absolute TRASH. Can spend roughly give or take $180,000 on a vehicle, have it delivered same week, but can t pay transport which is now climbing daily, and yet, conveniently have no problem trying to sell it since it just magically showed up in their parking lot with two sets of keys suddenly on the desk of the guy that did the wholesale deal! Pathetic way of doing business. And clearly by other reviews seems like once they have or get what they need end of communication.

We absolutely loved working with Jeremy on the purchase of our car. He was very open and personable and not a stereotypical 'pushy' sales person. He made the experience welcoming in partnering with me and my wife to find her ideal car. He did not pressure us with the typical 'what will it take to get your business today' comment when we shared that we were beginning our search and looking at other places. He was more of the opposite and encouraging to do so and to call with any questions along the way. This was a plus for me as it didn't make us feel that we were making a bad deal or the wrong decision when we ultimately came back.The extended team of Jesse (mgr) and Garett (finance) were very flexible and made the it exciting to join the Mercedes family. There were several other cars we were looking at and one of the biggest closing factor for us was the sales team experience as the relationship won't end after the sales but will continue for several years. Having the same familial attitude of everyone we worked with spoke to the culture of the place. This increased the overall value of the car and comparative rating for us. I'll definitely be back for our next car!

Andy and the service team at Beaverton Mercedes were more than helpful. I ve been to wilsonville and Portland Mercedes service and had negative experiences that have made me not want to return or even purchase another Mercedes, but I m so incredibly grateful I found Beaverton Mercedes service center. They treated me and my car with respect and were transparent and honest with what work my car needs. They greeted me with a smile and listened to every concern I had and I left feeling assured my car was in the best of hands. Everything from their scheduling team to their advisors, technicians and their loner car employee were all a joy to work with and made the whole process easy quick and as fun as getting your car serviced can be.I can t reccomend this team enough.

Got a flat tire so a pretty straightforward service, but Ryan was quick & efficient in helping getting that taken care of. Was in and out in less than an hour.The lineup to the service center is a little tight (there were four/five cars lined up when I got there in the morning), but that's just how the actual building is laid out, so not going to put that against the service I received or any of the employees/workers there.

I called several times and they kept giving me the run around. I just want floor mats for my car, and this place made me feel stupid to believe they would provide them.

Clint brought the "Mobil Service" van to our house and proceeded to do an excellent overview of our ML350. The service was thorough and additional maintenance suggestions were offered. I highly recommend using this very convenient service. I am following up with his advice.
