I always have a great experience with Meineke and feel well taken care of and listened to. I had car trouble and needed to make some big decisions and Gerald let me take my time and answered all my questions the many times I called back. I will always appreciate their help and insight!

The service provider was knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured into going with Meineke. I also wasn't told things in my car needed to be replaced that had just been recently replaced which is an experience I've had at other places. I also appreciate that I was able to get my car back same day after a break pat, rotor, and serpentine belt were replaced.

Quick and excellent communication. Informed me of everything that needed to be done and what they believed was most important to do now regarding safety and why. This allowed me to stay in my budget without feeling pressured to do more. Most importantly, Matt and his team were able to get me in to the shop, provide an overview and quotes, and complete the work within a few hours so that I did not have to take a day off to have everything completed. Have been on multiple occasions and have no complaints

Great service, quick, affordable. The guys took such good care of me, let me tow my truck there on a moment s notice and had me out the door a few hours later good as new. You ve earned my loyalty for sure.

Last summer (2023), I had exhaust problems on my Ford Transit Connect and they did a good job explaining the problem and what needed to be done. They were very understanding of the fact that I was coming all the way from Montreal, QC, Canada.Great service. Very understanding.Mathew, Tiffany and Alex were great!

To begin with. They knew their business and exactly what to do. It was quick but did take two times to complete. On the other hand it seem to be quite expensive. To change and adjust 1 belt $200. My car has two and some cars 3. Ouch.. But they got it completed in the same day and that is what I was looking for the most.

Finally!!! I've gone through 3 mechanics now looking for competence, starting with the dealership, and here it is finally. These guys were fantastic. The inspection was thorough, they sent lots of pictures with honest thoughts and fair prices. They found what Toyota couldn't. I will definitely come back for future needs.

Appreciated the safety inspection that revealed another issue that needed to be addressed. It was a steering problem that needed to be corrected before we left on a 3000 mile trip pulling our trailer. Better to do the repairs now than on the road!

" I would give 0 star if I could. This place is a SCAM."I got this comment when I read unsatisfied Meineke customer review. I completely agree.I was in this place for a vehicle inspection. However after I waited for three hours, and paid $1400.00 for the so called replacement fee, which was untrue for my 2016 Toyota, Corolla.However they couldn't help me with getting my urgent vehicle inspection which was the reason I was there. Their reason was they don't have the inspection form or they are not authorized to do such a service as I learned later.I even asked one of the young mechanics why getting me the viechle inspection had been taking such a long time while the old man who seemed the manager was searching for the inspection form. The mechanic answer was short and precise they haven'tnever done vehicle inspection before.Finally spending a long time searching for a form, they downloded a similar form that they thought to be a vehicle inspection form from the internet, filling it and could gave me.However the company that would hire me rejected the so called vehicle inspection document as the document was a wrong and didn't much with the one that the hiring company was looking for.Moral of the story, I will never back this place again, and never spend thousands for a $ 40 - $60 dollars service job.

The crew that did my wheel alignment on my car is the best crew ever. I had a shade tree work on my car and they told me all the mistakes he made on my vehicle and they corrected the problem. If this had more than five stars, I will give them 10 crew ever, I recommend this place to everybody

I thought that they were very professional on their aspects of customer care. They greeted me very quickly and also focused on the need at hand. The after report is where I was a little concerned. It was very thorough in some aspects, but I think the experience in mechanics is yet to be defined. I was called and told that the most important thing was that the block itself had a crack. Photos were sent. In my experience, many shops say things knowing that many people have no clue. I myself am also a mechanic, so I put the car up on blocks and did the first thing any experienced mechanic would do. I saw this supposed crack, surrounded by oil residue, so I EASILY reached up and wiped the crack with my finger to to see what I would feel there. Was it an anomoly in the block cast? Was it actually a crack I could feel? Upon doing this, as I wiped all of the oil residue away, the "crack" dissapeared as it was not a crack, but a visual trick from the oil. Its sad that this simple and usually required procedure was not done. I was also told that the plugs were fouled and needed to be replaced. Upon pulling a few coils and plugs, I saw that this was not the case and the plugs were firing accordingly by there color indicating the proper heat signature. I'd hope that Meineke can train their mechanics to be more thorough and do simple tests such as the feel/wipe test in order to properly diagnose the issues. Basically, I paid $90 and made it clear that I wanted to know why the Cylinder #3 was misifiring and was told that the scan would tell me this. Unfortunatley this issue, which was most important on my radar, was never addressed, so in fact I paid $90 for no service that I asked for. This is the reason for my 3 stars.

Ive been going to this meineke for years. They have been consistant with quality work and competitive prices. They have always been helpful and able to answer any question i have regarding my vehicle. Most recent time I went in was to get an oil change and to evaluate if my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, (it did, sad trombone). They did the repair correctly and i a timely manner, as they always do.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning

This was my first time coming to this Meineke, and I'm super happy with my experience. I came in for an oil change and to have my A/C repaired. I was expecting a much higher total when I brought it in, but they got it fixed up for half of what I was expecting, and it only took a couple hours. Ryan was super cool, you can tell he is good at his job, honest, and a genuinely good person. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to my friends.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning, Oil change

I went in for an oil change, all went well took 3 hrs but that doesn t matter, I took my mothers car in for an oil change, and for some reason they replaced a coolant hose, and it was definitely the wrong fit. They whole coolant system broke down, and when we took it back the next day, they said it wasn t their fault even tho the worker admitted to changing the hose, the manager told the worker to not say anything else after he admitted it, they didn t offer any discount, but my mother still wanted them to fix it for some reason, so they replaced the coolant rod and hoses without warranty even tho it s offered they denied. They seem like really big liars and shady mechanics. Went there 3 times but never again

After talking to every shop in town that happens to have a tire machine, these guys were willing to help me out. I came to them with a 25 year old tire, and explained my situation to them. I wanted this to put this particular tire on my spare wheel because it is the same tire that was used in the Jurassic Park movie. Every single tire shop I called refused to help me, even when I explain that this tire was just a show piece and would never be used as an actual tire, just because it was too old. The guys here actually listened to what I had to say, and were more than happy to do this for me. The guy that mounted my tire was extremely careful not to scratch the paint on my wheel. Furthermore, he was even willing to rotate the tire after mounting so that the white lettering would be in the same position as the jeep in the movie. I am very happy with their service and they have definitely earned a loyal customer.

I had a great experience. Lots of work done. Tune up, front axle brakes incl rotors, brake fluid flushed, serpentine belt replaced, new air filter, and a ride home and back for $1343. Tiffany is great! There's a 50% discount on brake pads right now. They do an assessment and show actual pictures of ea item that needs work. Easy to see and logical demo. They were fast too. I'd recommend. Other places may be less expensive but service and quality is important to me. No problems was worth feeling assured of a good job.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement

I had damage to my undercarriage and manager Chris was able to get me in ASAP and provided a world class customer service. Pricing was more than reasonable for the work performed, and he even went out of his way for a courtesy pickup! I would highly recommend this location as they have always been open and honest and I never was cheated or had any negative experience. They continue to keep my trust when dealing with any automotive work. All those guys deserve raises to say the least!

Great service and prices are competitive, with convenient locations in the Metro area. Be sure to get the top-offs (included with oil changes) in-between service appointments, especially if your vehicle loves to eat up oil, like mine does.I ve worked with Tom the last couple of times and he s gone over and above any expectations for quality of service. Honest, knowledgeable, and clearly skilled at what he does.Highly recommended!

Don't go anywhere else in the Portland area than the Tigard Meineke (#935). I have dealt with this business for a few years now, and they are simply amazing. Not only do they go out of the way to not just fix the immediate problem, they give you a total care solution and a realistic picture of what you'll need to keep your vehicle in shape for the long term.Also, the capable and friendly people do everything they can to make their work affordable for the bulk of us who don't have a small fortune set aside. They only recommend what needs to be done, but won't miss things that can be real safety issues as well.I will be using them for a long time to come, You should too.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, Auto brake replacement
