Ask for Tom! He s the best. Quick service. Always friendly service. And they are priced fairly well. Plus, there are comfortable chairs in the waiting room and it s only a short one block walk to get coffee from Black Rock.That s a win-win for anyone needing to service their vehicle.

On a trip and having car issues is nightmare for anyone. Will and his crew were able to get me in for a diagnostic quickly and with an honest assessment. I didn t actually get the work done here, but the customer care was stellar. They did their diagnostic and let me know that it could make its way back to be fixed closer to home. Great team!

Getting the car in same day was super convenient with the online appointment scheduling. Folks at the shop were responsive and kind. Again, online and text communications to approve the work and let me know when it was done was very convenient. Replacing the brakes was reasonably priced. I had to pick up my car just after closing (only a couple minutes), so called to let them know and the Shop Foreman stayed to let me pay and get my car. Great experience, overall.

After a week of suffering from listening to my brakes squeal I finally relented and called into this Meineke. 30 minutes later I m at the shop for them to take a look at the rattle clips and an hour later my brakes are fixed. Super quick and friendly service. Glad these guys exist. Will and Brandon saved my weekend. Thanks again fellas! 10/10!

If you need a pre-purchase inspection, this is the place to go. They exceeded my expectations. It was easy to set up a next-day appointment on the phone. Blake was helpful answering all my questions and it was just under $100 for the most comprehensive inspection I've had. They emailed a full list of the checkpoints including pictures which was extremely helpful to know and see exactly what state certain parts are in. They additionally sent a list of estimates for each of the services needed. The next day, the display was not working and Brandon was especially helpful in determining it was a blown fuse. Big thank you to this team. If I ever have another pre-purchase inspection, I will go to Meineke first thanks to my experience at this location.

Went in for some fluid change, and was given the price before the work was started. Found a coupon and presented it when I paid and picked up my car, the. Coupon was honored and the service tech was happy to do so. I have had some bad experiences with auto repair shops but I was very happy with the service I received and will not hesitate to go back should I need anything. I highly recommend this Meineke!!!

I came in to have my daughters van inspected before a long road trip and I had some concerns about her brakes working properly. The two people who helped me were friendly and quick. They informed me I didn't need any work done on my brakes after their inspection. I was due for fluid flush which they did for me. I was so impressed with both of the gentlemen who helped me. They helped another lady while I was waiting for my services to be completed. They made sure she used the coupon available for the services needed. I am so grateful for the friendly and honest people working at the 82nd Meineke!

Aaron at Meineke is fantastic. We were purchasing from out of state and he coordinated a used vehicle inspection for us. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Service was quick and efficient, and they did an outstanding job checking out everything on the vehicle. If I could give more stars I would! Very pleased with price and service.

I made an appointment online for an oil change and tire-rotation. The service writer was friendly and efficient and they had my car in and out in under an hour. Some of my brake pads are getting low and they let me know without any pressure or sales pitch. I'll be coming back for sure.

I had a bad experience at a different location where I was quoted 900 to fix a tail light. I went to this location to get my headlights replaced and they did the tail light for free. I love this place! It s great to have somewhere that I can trust with my car again.

Great deal on changing the headlight s on my wife s 2012 Chrysler 200. Not an easy to get to place. Did a great job and the staff there is friendly. Blake the manager also offered other great deals to help us get my wife s car up to good grade. I had an appointment at 830a for a battery check and potential new battery install. Customer service started off great with the manager checking me in. But an hour and a half later, watching my car sit in the lot for 15 minutes after exiting the garage, I had to ask for an update myself. Even with me giving empathy to potentially the shop being understaffed (not sure if that was actually the case), no one in the shop took initiate to update me on my car s status. Assuming the long wait was due to them installing a new battery, I learned this wasn t the case, no action had been taken at all. I was initially told I would be informed before any work was performed, which makes sense, but why the long wait then. After clearing that up, they then proceeded to give me a quote for $380ish to install a new battery in ONLY 15 MINUTES . Fed up, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I drove to Les Schwab, they got me right in, checked and changed the battery in 20 minutes, and at almost HALF the cost I was quoted by Meineke. I m ok paying more for good service and quality parts, but the tail end of customer service was really lacking at this shop. That surprised me since my experience prior had been decent and why I came back this time, but in the future i won t be returning.

Amazing service! Blake and Eddie helped me so much. I was stuck here for 9 hours but absolutely worth it. They explained everything, let me look at the parts that were broken that they were replacing. My car runs so smooth now and I will definitely be coming back for an oil change or any other problems with my car!

The work is top-notch. My issue is the cost of parts seems to be about 30 - 40 percent higher then retail not cost but retail. Labor is pretty standard.

I was told it my exhaust work would take a day, which turned into 3 without anyone telling me until I had made my way to the shop which was way out of the way for me and a huge time waste. Also Even though I had a full diagnosis check, I was informed about a cracked manifold, which would have been nice to know on day one, not right before the pick up.

They were very thorough with my pre purchase inspection and very quickly got back to me. They took pictures of all the areas that needed work and were honest about how much it s going to cost me to fix it. I ll def go to them again.

Went in to recharge my ac. Afterwards it was inoperative I had no defrost. car is unsafe to drive. currently trying to resolve the problem. Went back and the crew went all out to search online and find a fix! Car ac works as it should.. the VW ac is troublesome to diagnose. Had to plug in the lap top and calibrate the compressor.Eddie is the top tech, he searched for and found the fix. Good team of mechanics! Thanks guys

The person at the front desk was very helpful and niceI went to get a 2007 toyota tundra inspected and they gave me a detailed list of what needed to be done. I recommend. There were one of the places that was available on saturday

No Crank No Start2013 Chevy Malibu LTZIntermittently no crank no startHad it towed to Mienrkke shop they even offered the tow free of charge.They had my car in the shop for 3 days said it was my battery and an oil leak that I needed a new battery and an oil filter charged me $598 for the replacement.After I picked the car up it left me stranded at the gas station on the way home I had stopped for gas down the road from MeinekeeMeinekee offered a tow back to Their shop had my car for 3 more days then said it was the the thermostat and it needed to be replaced.I told them I would be picking my car up to have it taken to the dealership And that No Crank No start wasn t a thermostat issue but the technician He disagreedSo when I went in to pick the car up after paying $598 and still having No Crank No Start issue I asked for a diagnostic report and was told I called and declined earlier so I m not getting 1.I explained to them that there must be a mistake because I want the diagnostic report as I was billed over $200 for the diagnostic test.. Mienekee refused to give me the Diagnostic report and so I left drove to Ron Tonkin Chevy Dealership and they found a lose starter that had failed replaced it and fixed the issue.Mieniekee staff is dishonest and rude they will misdiagnose your vechicle and charge you several hundred $ s for parts you don t need.Don t trust Meiekee

This location has a team of great mechanics that have resolved problems other shops could not figure out. We have brought in our daily drivers and business vehicles all in the 20 year old range and just keep putting miles on them thanks to this crew. I would suggest making appointments before showing up to make sure they can focus on your vehicle.
