Paid $3000 to have my honda engine rebuilt. After 6 months I got back a ruined wiring harness, and a car that would not start, no oil cap and all they did was put in new rings. They did not rebuild anything. And to top it off, once I replaced the wiring harness, I found out the hard way that they had re-used the bolts on the head which caused the head gasket to blow in LaGrande. Looks like they are out of business now. Wonder why?

I have entrusted my 01 Tacoma, and my 90 Corolla to Bill and his exceptional mechanics for over 10 years and have never had one single bad experience or failed repair in all of that time. Bill leaves no question in your mind of his abilities and his knowledge of vehicles. Never take your vehicles anywhere but to the Master Mechanic

Love them! I had to replace my starter and Bill had my car up and running on short notice and for a fair price. There was no pressure! Will be bring my car to Bill exclusively from now on.

We ve been taking cars to Bill and his crew for 20+ years. Super thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and honest as the day is long. Not the necessarily the fastest, but one should not hurry the Master.

Make sure they give you the exact pricing and get your approval before they go ahead and do work otherwise they'll end up trying to rip you off. Poor communication/lack of professionalism.
