Top notch service. Fast service. Great prices.Nov-2023 Service Update: Still the same great quality and service as before. Always friendly and quick when in for a patch or rotation. Priced a new set of tires. Cheaper than Costco, Tire Rack or Walmart. Trust me. Stick with the locally owned small business for tires and brakes.

I've been a loyal customer here for years, only using marks for my regular tires and full sets of studs. Never again. Less than a month ago I bought a set of brand new tires, 2 weeks later one popped while going under the speed limit over some shallow train tracks and popped the sidewall. I brought it back for a repair and they wanted me to purchase a whole new tire. No protection for the low quality tires you get.

Always five star service at Mark s! I ve been a customer for over 18 years and I keep coming back after shopping around.They do quality repairs, have a very vast selection of tires to choose from, and are super fast, friendly, and knowledgeable!My Pok�mon loves it here lol Carlos is on the phone helping a customer

All i gotta say, is make sure when they give u a price on something have then write it down and give me a paper or something.. or you gonna end up paying double. This place used be nice to go to, but now literally like the worst costumer service now adays. Rather take your business to discount tire, your never gonna over pay there.

I would highly highly recommend coming down to Mark's Point S if you are in need of great quality tires and service. I really appreciate Mark's professionalism and the time he took to explain the details to me. I am more than happy to drive an hour to have my car taken care of by Mark and his team... Awesome!!!

Mark and his crew have exceeded my expectations on several occasions. I know I can count on their tire service and they will take care of any needs I have. I did not have money for new tires, and they had just what I needed at a price I could afford. Now I can drive my car confidently. At least three other people told Mark what great service they had gotten from him in the past in the short time that I was waiting for my car to be taken care of. If I could rate this is six stars I would. I really really appreciate what Mark has done for me several times.

I work down the street and have brought my Impala here for all kinds of problems over the years. Front end work, tire replacement, wheel bearings, starter, tie rods. They have a good price on synthetic oil changes and their generic brand oil/filters are good quality. I feel like they're always truthful with what needs fixing and what can wait.The owner Mark is a really nice guy too, and his techs all seem hard-working and experienced. If I notice an issue, I'd trust these guys to take a look and let me know what the next step is. These guys are definitely honest and won't screw you on stuff you don't need. A real gem these days. Thanks, Mark and crew!

I arrived and I had Carlos help me who is the new owner. I had a very bad wabble in the steering wheel and Carlos was quick to diagnose the problem. For free. He even recommended another local tire shop as I am on a budget and they didn't have the used ones for me.Thank you Carlos!

Marks point-s did a great job again. Friendly fast and reliable service, had 4 tires off changed and put backup on to my SUV in 30 min. Giving me more time to go home and sleep for work.Thank you mark for being awesome to the Gresham neighborhood.

Great place to get your tires. The guys here are very helpful and very friendly.. I have been going to Mark's point S for 3 years now, and will keep coming backing back.. There is a different one closer to my house that hasn't been well just say not as professional as Mark's, so I will make the extra drive to Support Mark's store as my experience has always been awesome.. Thanks Guys

I highly recommend them. Mark is very honest and took very good care of our vehicle he didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't which is very rare these days especially in the automotive industryThank you Mark for your amazing service

Mark's Point S tire is an AWESOME place to get your car fixed, no matter what's wrong with it. We recently had Mark replace a serpentine belt on our Dodge Caravan, and it was done quickly and completely at a very good price....I recommend going there for any car issue! Great customer service and they are HONEST about what your car needs....Can't say enough good things about them!

Really impressed! Another shop told me I needed new brakes. I went to Mark's and was told my pads were still at 65% and did NOT need new brakes yet. As a single female I truly appreciate their honesty. I will definitely return and highlu recommend Mark's to others.

I ve been going to see Mark and his team since I got my first car over a decade ago. His crew has always given me top not service and I know when I go in, I will have a good experience. Mark truly cares about his customers and it shows, from patching a flat, to going out of his way to fit me in when I needed help.

My wife and I stopped in initially to have a flat fixed, Mark came out as soon as we pulled in and greeted us I told him I needed a flat fixed ,he quoted a price and I told him they quoted a bit cheaper a few blocks down he was very polite and said he understood and if he could help us in the future to please come back. We went to the other tire store and were treated rudely after waiting 15 minuets. Got back in the truck went back to see Mark and told him that I would be happy to pay his price because of his great service and attitude. Three days later we traded our truck in and the new (to us) vehicle had studded tires so we went back and mark helped us pick the best tires and price for our needs. The service was fast and professional. I would recommend this store to anyone for any service they offer.

I have been coming to Mark's for a long time. Mark is very honest and that goes a long way in automotive industry. I have never felt pressured or that Mark or his employees were trying to sell me something that I did not need. The prices are good, but I keep coming back because of the service and integrity.

The guys at Marks.point S are great. My car battery was dead and they came to my house took my car charged my battery and brought my car back to me. This took a lot of stress off of me and I know that I can get to work tomorrow. Their prices are great and the guys work really hard to get your car maintenance done quickly. This is the place that I will always take my car to get maintenance, tires and work done for my car.

Great service and an honest price and good mechanics! Been a customer for years and it s my goto for tires and alignment needs.Owner and employees seem happy and thats a great thing to see.Continuing tire issues, not any from Mark or Point S... again have a belt let go inside a tire, and a couple nails in other tire. Looks like it s tire time all around, glad Mark and his crew are here when I need them.Very refreshing to have a customer in the waiting room smile at me when I opened the door! I commented and his reply was like my story. He said he has been a customer for years and has never been let down in any way from Mark or any of his crew.

I've been getting my oil changes, brake work, and tires done here for years. Mark and his staff are great. They are very honest and not pushy about trying to upsell you.

I went in to have my breaks replaced and they put a bad part in my car. This caused me to have to go back three times to get something done that should have been one visit. I also asked them to look at my tires to see how soon I would need new ones and they said 80K miles. I ended up getting a flat tire and taking it to a different shop that said I need tires right away due to it being down to the cord on the side. No one at Marks seems to care when I called to talk about my break issue as well. My family has been going to Mark's for year, but with this last experience I won't be going back.

I knew the exact tire and size I needed for my Jeep. Called around for pricing and was talked down to by the guys at some other shops. Mark's Point S had the best price, were courteous over the phone, and provided fast, friendly service when I brought the Jeep in to get the tires mounted. I'll gladly visit them again the next time I need new tires.

Very impressed and happy with the service and provided by Mark and his crew. I went in to get my tires siped on both cars since he's about the only place around still doing that. I ended up having new tires put on my wife's car since they were too worn to sipe. They did it really fast and I got a better tire at a better price than Discount Tire would have given me. Mark is the absolute best! He s the only person I trust and know will give me the best and highest quality of service possible. His staff are super knowledgeable and kinda as well. All around a great place to take your car in to for you tire and oil change needs, among other services.

Everyone was was nice and very professional. Tires were mounted/balanced quickly. I asked for an alignment and they let me know it wasn't needed. IMO, not many places will be honest enough to say that! I appreciated it!

Gotta give a shout out for this place.....Excellent service, highly knowledgeable staff and owner (who is there and hands-on!) who did a bearing replacement, 2 new tires, alignment and oil change for a VERY reasonable cost. Additionally, as a woman I've had lots of mechanics treat me poorly, assuming I know nothing about vehicles and have been taken advantage by some too. Not at Mark's!! Straight talk and nuthin' but NICE. THX MARK, U GUYS ROCK!

Fast, friendly, honest, and great prices too! I've been getting tires here maybe 7 or 8 years and starting getting my oil changes here a couple years ago as well. I have always been 100% satisfied!

Mark is great, couple weeks back fixed my CV axles for almost $200 less than I was quoted from two different places, so a couples days after that I had them put on my new wr g4's which was also around $20 less than other shops. Went back in today to get a new battery and found out it was a problem with my alternator. Since I was on a time crunch being on my lunch break, Mark offered to drive me back home. Saved so much time and hassle I am very happy with their service. I'll definitely go to them again in the future!
