Amazing shop did phenomenal work on my car! They kept me updated every few days! They got my car done sooner than I expected! And went above and beyond on the work I got my car back cleaner then it s ever been!I worked with Daniel he is amazing!

Overall, great experience. The repair took 17 days, and I wish it was a shorter wait (since I was driving a rental & paying extra insurance during that time), but they did a great job on my 2008 Prius. It now looks like a much newer car, and they did a really good job cleaning it inside and out. I had one not too friendly experience with the guy at the front desk when I dropped it off (he ignored me), but everyone else was great, so I consider that a "one off" - he may be the guy they said was no longer there. And, I believe the wait happened because everyone still seems to be experiencing supply chain issues.

Want to be without your car for four weeks+ for a super simple repair like replacing a headlight and bumper? Go to this place! They ve had my car over four weeks and can t tell me when I ll be getting it back. Zero communication I ve had to call them every time. The estimator is never around to answer a question, nor is the supe. Worst body shop I have ever used, and the estimator was waaaaay off in his original quote. Were told that the supe and the estimator had back to back family emergencies that basically shut down the whole operation for weeks? I don t believe that for one second. Was also informed that, because I switched from paying out of pocket to insurance, that slowed things considerably . Um, no. Natuonwide paid them in three days, and here we are, weeks later, and I still don t have my car. Do NOT use this place. Total, absolute clown show. Van Damme or Sam s are way better.

I've had to use both shops on Broadway and 65th and have always had a good experience. Always great about communication and making sure my car looks great in the end. Such nice folks in both shops. Really personable and professional. Highly recommend!

the only place I take my car for repairs! they do fabulous work and are very communicative. they went over each piece in detail and explained where all the costs came from. no issues billing my insurance, and the car looked like new when I got it back.

So far my experiences have been good. Due to the storm we had to reschedule my repair. I am however, like coming forward to working with this kind and professional staff to fix the accident damage. I will edit after the repairs are completed.

I wish I could give this place 7 stars! Took my car in after being in an accident and they did amazing. Service was incredible and they made the entire process seamless. I could not be more happy. Everyone is efficient and friendly. They do good work and I will not go anywhere else for my auto needs.

Absolutely fantastic service and repair! Alena the GM personally came out to inspect my vehicle. She clearly explained the repair process and a few possible part delays. Ryan was the technician and was meticulous during the repair, looking afterward every clip was where it should be and the vehicle looked better than new! The paintwork from Pavel was also top notch - so much so I ll be going back to get a few scuffs taken care of as well. No signs of paint blending or anything, the car just looks new again!

I was welcomed in for my estimate by Lisa who scheduled my appointment.Daniel greeted me, looked at the bumper of my truck. Nice guy.Trevor in the shop, looked at it and tried pushing out the dent and reattaching the clips.It worked! Done in 20 minutes and they sent me away, generously not charging me.Who does that? These guys. They can t do that I m sure in every case, but they did today. I will be using them in the future for sure.Thank you all so much.Service: Body & Trim

This place is awesome, especially shout out to Daniel for his great work. I came in after the whole lower plastic piece from my front bumper had come off to get an estimate for fixing it. Daniel said he might be able to get the thing back on with some clips and within a half hour bumper looked good as new, firmly reattached, and they charged me nothing. Incredibly nice folks, will be recommending this place to everyone I know when they need a repair. Thank you so much!

I've taken both my cars to Mackin's - they always do an outstanding job. This last time , I went to the dealer first to get a quote on fixing a piece of trim and it was going to be $800. Mackin's was able to reattach the trim in minutes with a clip they had on hand - for free. Daniel was a great help and very professional. I highly recommend!

My 2016 VW had to have a fender replaced and the front bumper fixed. I m a very picky person and notice minor details, naturally I was worried about the quality. Krissy ensured me that they are going to do a quality repair and pay attention to details. When I picked up the car, I was happy with the work they ve done. Washing the car inside and out is a bonus. I would recommend.

Mackin's did a great job after my car was hit in a parking lot.I think what I appreciate most was that they left my car spotless! Not the way I brought it in LOL.I will say that it took a number of months between the estimate appointment and the completion of the job. I still give them 5 stars because my insurance company said that auto body shops are quite backed up in Oregon.It was reassuring to get the work done by a well-established and trustworthy shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Everybody there was friendly and helpful. They communicated the work needed and scheduled us in based on our needs. Work was done well and QUICKLY! I have heard horror stories of MONTHS in the shop for parts and work. I have to share the wonderful experience I had at the Mackin's Auto Body Hollywood shop! As soon as I pulled in their driveway, and told in the office the reason I came, a very, very nice young man, Daniel came out with me and immediately took my car for further inspection! Within 10 minutes he had my car fixed, super helpful, polite, wonderful! It was a real pleasure to be helped by such a super person! Had an unfortunate auto accident and Mackins Hollywood was one of the shops provided to me via my insurance company. I absolutely LOVED them! The entire process was super easy, everyone was really friendly, and they sent me text message updates about my repairs. They finished my car before the date they originally quoted as well! They detailed my car and it seriously looks better than when I first bought it. They turned a totally lame situation into something awesome. They sent me text messages to keep me informed with the progress with the progress of the car. When I got my car back it was in excellent shape and they detailed my car so well that it looked brand new again. Highly recommend and would use them again, but hopefully I won t have to.

Just had the pleasure of working with Alena (GM) for an easy and painless repair process. She handled everything for me from getting my rental car set up to helping answer my insurance-related questions, making sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I also want to thank Lisa at the front for her professionalism and friendly demeanor, rounding out the positive experience! I had my first car accident and Mackin Autobody in Hollywood district came highly recommend. I was greeted at the front by Daniel who checked my car in. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the whole process.Daniel was patient with all the questions I had. Throughout the time my car was getting repaired, Alena the manager, kept me updated and did an amazing job with helping me the insurance company. I felt as though I could trust Alena s recommendation s when it came to my car being repaired the correct way.When I went to pick it up, Daniel was there to show the repair work and was pleasantly surprised to see my car was cleaned/ detailed inside and outside. Daniel helped me this morning. He s one of the nicest people I have ever met and went beyond my expectations. He is knowledgeable and quick while still doing an amazing job! He was able to inform me on how to prevent further issues, which is a quality most shops can t give for more business. He was an overall genuine and hardworking guy. I hope he gets everything he wants in this life because he literally is the sweetest. I ll be back. Well, I mean I hope I won t need to, but you get the point haha. Thank you so much!Lastly, as a female bodied person, going to car shops can be very intimidating because often times the experience is just so bad. I feel talked down to as someone who doesn t know anything and generally feel like I don t know how honest they re being about what s needing to be done. It s been a known fact that this industry can take advantage of women because of their lack of knowledge in the field. So, this was a breath of fresh air. Very much need people like Daniel in these workplaces.

A friend hit my car and I wanted to get it fixed without putting him on the hook for a lot of money or a big insurance claim. I took my car to Mackin s on Broadway and explained my situation. The car looks beautiful! Mackin's did an excellent job with the repair and cleaned it so well inside and out that it looks like I had taken it to in for an expensive cleaning and detailing job. The staff was really attentive and nice.We chose Mackin's because we liked the work they had done years ago on our minivan. This time, the work took longer than initially thought, due to the fact that they were working with our insurance company, and Mackin's wasn't on our insurance company's list. Again they did a great job.My one minor complaint is this: I signed up for the text messaging service to learn about the progress. The first week there were lots of text messages. When the completion date was pushed out, again due to insurance and the fact that there was more damage than initially thought, we got a text message stating a new completion date, 1 1/2 weeks out, but no more progress updates. A bit more reassurance about the new date would have been nice.
