I'm honestly shocked that a business could be so helpful. We had a flat a few weeks ago, took it somewhere else, they sold us a new tire and a new pressure sensor. They said they checked everything out and all was good now. Not so much. We got another flat a few days ago, and upset with the first place decided to try Les Schwab. Not only did they spend their time diagnosing the weird problem (there was a leak in the brand new sensor) they also replaced the sensor. I hear you thinking big deal, that's what you pay them for. No friends, they fixed this issue for us free of charge. It wasn't their mistake, but they went WAY above and beyond for us to fix it and helped us not lose even more money in the process. I'm blown away, and I'm so grateful. I can't recommend them enough based on this interaction.

The place was packed. Everyone like me, was getting the snow tires on. A 7 hrs wait but l waited at home. They have always been very helpful to make sure my needs are met. I didn't know that you now have to make an appointment with them to have this service done.

I was in there today with my husband with our flag fire after having it go flat on the side of the road. As we pulled up there Brayden immediately greeted us and took the tire we were carrying and asked us what we needed. We were in and out within 10 minutes!!! Thank you Brayden for greeting us with a smile your energy is so positive and it helped a stressful day turn into something less stressful!! You're amazing and the smile helps! Great customer service like that can be extremely hard so keep smiling and greeting people the way you did today because it doesn't go unnoticed!!

Took out the metal piece stuck in my tire & patched up for free! I went there as a walk-in & had wonderful customer service with a shorter wait time than expected. Thanks so much!

I discovered I my tire was almost out of air so I pulled into the Les Schwab tire center and wand received great customer service.I ended up having to replace the tire and it took about 30 minutes and that included figuring out what was wrong with it.The woman behind the service counter was extremely good and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also handled some extremely challenging and difficult customers with courtesy and extreme patience.

Cory helped me out today in a huge way. I need my car to make an income right now and I wound up with a tricky situation when my front tire went flat.I had went to another location first that told me they might get to me by end of day but this location was working on my car within 30 minutes.Cory went above and beyond out of his way to get me back on the road. I am in a tight situation and in between jobs and really appreciate the work that went into finding the best option for me at this timeThank you so much for putting the customer first and helping me get back to work.Appreciate the care!

I have always been grateful to Les Schwab. They fixed all my tire problems in the past. Their service excels. The only complaint I have is their long wait times.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Recommend staying away from this location. I've been coming here for the past 10 years and it just gets worse. This past time was the worst, went in for a nail in my tire, and the tech ripped/separated the beading on the inside of the tire. So suddenly I'm buying a new tire. I took the damaged tire to two other shops who looked at it and confirmed it was a shop damage, not a tire malfunction (the tires are less than 2 years old). Spoke with management who refused accountability, but said they'd "make it right" if I bought the other 3 tires, soon while under warranty. Went in today to do just that annnnnd the word wasn't kept on their behalf. Waited to post this review until I left because I don't trust that they wouldn't somehow damage something otherwise. I will be promptly switching locations or just ditching Les Schwab overall. The worst scammers.

I came in for a simple switch out. They switched my regular tires to snow tires. I was quoted a 90 minute wait time. 3 hours later and still waiting. I won't be coming here again.

Never coming back. Liars. Called in, wanting a 4 wheel alignment. They said being out in will get it done today. Brought it in around 10:00. They said they would have it ready by 3:00. They said they would call me. No call. Canned in at 3:00. Not ready. Called 1/2hr before closing and said ready. When I picked it up it drive EXACTLY the same. Brought it back. Gave me a print out this time and said they reset the steering!??? Said it was out of alignment!??? THE NEVER DID THE WORK ON THE FIRST PLACE. THAT S A RIP OFF AND A LIE. NO TRUST HERE. Paid $115 for a lie .

Great staff and easy process. I wasnt expecting the whole ordeal to be so easy. I had a tight budget at the time and desperately needed a new tire. It took ten minutes to get financed for 2 brand new, low profile 18" tires. Then, maybe another 30 or so to get the replacement on the car. They made sure the rest of my tires were good to go and the whole thing cost about 500 bucks. I am happy with the service, the timeliness, ease of doing business and the tire warranty. Highly recommend this location.

But my battery at Les Schwab. I had to jump my vehicle so I took the battery in to be charged up. But Les Schwab doesn't have battery chargers. But they sell batteries

Fast, friendly, and efficient! I purchase all of my tires, and batteries there. Even if I'm there for just a safety check, or tire rotation, (both free services) I'm treated as if I was spending a lot of money Great place to go for service! Highly recommend.

A piece of wire in the shoulder of my tire proved irreparable;the guy grinning in my face holding the estimate is hopefully a tax write off for someone. Who hired the village idiot?

I have been a fan of Les schwabs since I I moved here from Colorado well over 30 years ago. You guys fix everything wrong with my car every single time! You came when ever I needed you! If I had to move, if there was not a Les schwabs close to my new home, I did not move! When I moved close to this one I had a bad experience with then. One day, I transported the owner to an appointment. We got to the point where he asked me why I do not come by and I told him. His response was, "Well that sucks!" He promised if I gave them another chance he would change my mind! Well alrighty then! I did give them a chance and have not regretted it. They treat me like a beloved member of their family every single time! I needed them again this morning and they were at my door within a couple of hours and fixed me within 2 minutes. smiling the whole time! Thank you Victor! I love you all!

Just wanted to say my experience with Francisco today was fantastic. I came in to get my tires filled with air. I mentioned my back tire seems to always be the tire needing air everytime. He found the issue, it was small, fixed it and sent me on my way. Quick easy and friendly. Anytime people need service on their vehicle I always recommend this spot. Their employees are happy to help you. Don't pressure you to spend extra money. But guess what, I'll be back to spend money there, just because of these types of interactions. The tires are great, their service is supurb!

I ran over a bolt so took my car to the closest Les Schwab for a patch. The gentlemen at the counter was polite and helpful. He showed me the bolt and explained that the sensors were bad. He even "downsold" me on less expensive replacement sensors than the name brand ones. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and all I paid for were the sensors. They even checked my wheels and brakes and didn't pressure me about either one. I was 100% impressed with the service I experienced.

These are the nicest people. Very professional. What I needed had to be done somewhere else. She sent me there and I got the information I and they needed so back I went. They then checked out that information and also checked my brakes and all was good.

Went in for a battery replacement and being that it's not only the day before Christmas, it's also the weekend of a snow/ice storm coming to town. There was a line out the door when they opened, as realistically expected. The service was so courteous and professional and they got my battery swapped in half the time that was expected. Love this location, and thank you for all you do!

I have been a customer of Les Schwab for 22 years, since I bought my first car in 2000. I was always told by my family how reliable the service was, and have always had a great experience any time I have had to take a car in. About two months ago, I brought my 2015 Subaru Forester in to have the brakes checked as I knew they were getting low. I was informed that I needed new front brakes and front lower arms, so I approved to have that work done. After picking up my vehicle and driving for a bit, I noticed there was a weird rattling sound under the driver side area--almost like a tool was rattling around inside the engine. I had an insanely busy schedule at this time, and was only able to get back to Les Schwab a week later (return #1). I brought it in on a very warm Saturday, and after them having it for a number of hours, received a call telling me that they took out all the parts they had installed and re-installed them, and couldn't find the culprit. They assured me that this was not a mechanical problem. I picked up my car again, and while getting into it later that evening, I saw that the driver side door was out of alignment, as if it had been pulled on when up on the lift or something. I called and left a message regarding this, because it was frustrating, and about a week later I brought the car back to have both problems looked at again (return #2). Once again, no one could figure out the rattle, and the issue with the door was ignored as "there is no problem". I drove the car for another week or so, but the rattle was really bugging me, so I brought it back in again hoping someone new could help me with it (return #3). This time I was told that they had tightened all the joints and thought that there was excessive movement around the rear transmission area during an "air test" so maybe tightening all the joints had transferred some looseness to the back and that was causing the problem, and advised that the axel could be disengaging, which was alarming. At this point, I took it over to Subaru, and had them look at it. Subaru showed me almost immediately that the seals to the ball joints at the front axel were torn open, due to having been tightened wrong. So, a few days later, I took the car *back* to Les Schwab and asked to work with a manager (return #4). Justin helped me, and assured me they would look over everything. I received a call a little while later informing me that I needed new struts. This was problematic because a) no one had said boo about new struts in FOUR previous visits and b) that did not solve the original problem that Les Schwab caused in the first place. I declined the service and picked up my vehicle. At this point, I felt like I'd been lied to multiple times and had lost all trust in Les Schwab's service. I don't know if it's the levels of mechanics, or something about this particular store, but I will no longer be seeking any service through Les Schwab, which is really unfortunate because I have relied on and trusted their service for so long. Now I have a $1200 bill for work that I don't trust, which is frustrating at best.
