The employees at this location are always so kind and helpful. While driving home from work, I got a flat tire. I filled it with air, and made it to this location with only 10-15 minutes left before they closed. Despite being busy and near closing time, they very kindly made the time to repair my tire and didn t act inconvenienced at all. I greatly appreciate it, thank you so much!

These guys always get it done and do a good job. Always set an appointment. Avoid an extreme long wait, unless you really need it now, and are we willing to just sit around. The lobby is comfortable, even if they do play the TV a bit louder than is necessary

It's acceptable, I got new tires here and it seemed to go smoothly. I think they could do better with customer service to inform the customer what is happening and what is expected. I made an appointment online, I dropped it off in person, no one at the desk went over the services with me or what to expect. When I picked up the car, the front desk tells me I should have asked for an alignment, I need to do that when I get new tires. Would have been nice to know that when I dropped off the car or they could have called me when the technician noticed that I hadn't asked for an alignment and it could have been done at the same time as getting new tires. Then I had to wait a couple weeks and make a separate appointment.

It's weird to give a tire shop five stars, because it's well, a tire shop. But they were quick, they were clean, super kind, and did a great job. I will definitely be back when you have such good employees!

Came in yesterday with a puncture in my front driver side tire I needed fixed. They were kind enough to make it a complementary repair this time, so points for that, but I came out to my car this morning to noticed my REAR driver side tire was flat, with the same marking I put on my front tire on it to specify the puncture, and the puncture itself not repaired at allSo basically, they simply rotated my tires and didn t do anything else.I drive my car for a living, and since today is Sunday, I had to call out of work because of this. I understand that this was a complementary repair, but I expected it to at least be repaired when they were done.

Google won't let me post a NO STARS rating. Would have given a one star rating had my car even been looked at. Had a flat tire, went in around 9am to have it checked. Left after 3.5hrs of waiting. I understand I'm a walk-in and they have a full schedule of appts, so I waited patiently. You would have thought that perhaps after an hour or so a waiting customer would have gotten an update and perhaps suggest the option to leave your car or come back another time. I asked about the wait at 11:30, apparently I was next. Only 2 guys working. Finally had to leave at 12:15 for a medical appt across town. I probably could have spent the better part my afternoon waiting without anyone checking in or saying anything to me. Haven't been back.

tiresI recently purchased a set of Les Schwab tires for my car and I couldn't be happier. Not only was I able to get an amazing deal on the tires themselves, but the customer service I received at the Les Schwab store was second to none. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they helped me find the perfect tires for my vehicle. I'm so glad I chose Les Schwab for my tires because I know they are of the highest quality and will last me a long time. Thanks Les Schwab!

I work at standard TV. My mustang got a screw on the tire. I tried to tip 20$ or buy something. They refused politely. Still fixed my tire. Outstanding. -life time customer, William.

I ve been to this location many times over the past couple years. I ve always had good experiences here. This time was a little different.Today I spent more than I ever have on 4 new tires that each cost around $250 each. While they did let me know they would have to get the tires I wanted from another shop as it was not in stock at this particular location, the turn around was pretty fast around 5 hours. Which I didn t mind.What upset me is when I picked up my car. I was so excited to see how my new tires looked and couldn t wait to check it out. I was shocked to see it so dirty! Fingerprints and gunk on all the tires and on the rims.After spending so much money to get all 4 tires replaced, I feel like the least they could do is wipe it down? A few minutes taken to clean off the oil and fingerprints would make such a big difference! I know with being short handed it would be kind of time consuming to shine everyone s tires and rims. I get it.It would ve just been cool to see it looking like $250 tires instead of it looking like I just got them from the junk yard.Could ve been a 5 star review.Now I have to go to the car wash. :(

I scheduled an appt for a tire repair, went in and was looking up by my name/number in their computer. I waited two hours when I looked up and noticed my car hadn t been moved from the parking spot - I went up to ask for an update and was told three people were ahead of me, so I asked, why would I schedule an appt if it still takes this long? The guy then tells me that I should have told him - clearly a blind spot in their system if they don t even realize I ve scheduled an appt when they pull me up in the system. Also, it felt like somehow that was my fault - flipping the coin, shouldn t you ask, if you know it s a blind spot in your system? At that point they went right out to get it, it took no more than 20 mins they comped it, which is nice, but I d gladly pay the $20 to get my 2.5 hours back. Oh well.Side note, the women s restroom had a busted lock and the water didn t turn on in the sink. Rough first time at Les Schwab. The waiting area was nice at least. And the technician was very kind when he gave me my key and receipt.

This is the worst Less Schwab I have ever dealt with. They broke my hubcap on my wheel. And 3 weeks later, when I had already come to them for the third time, no one knew anything, and they didn t order anything. Every time I ask to speak to the manager, I am told that he is not here.

I got a lemon of a car and whenever something else came up they were on it. great service and quality work. Always reliable, I ve gone with bad cars, with good cars, it doesn t matter they are winners. Thank you to the team especially Ryan and Avery

The manager is very very shady character and the employee named Mason was very very dishonest lied to me on my face when I came back and he was flabbergasted that I came back in checked on him never going back again there this is a very, very shady store. Other stores are nice but this is a very shady store.

Showed up at 10am for a mount and balance on two new tires I had already in the suv. They said a hour and a half. I got picked up at noon and they haven't even pulled my suv into the bay. They must not be able to tell time.

Woke up with a flat. Got air in it then headed to Les. They pulled a nail and patched me up and off I went. Took about 45mins. I'll be back for 4 new tires for the Beetle soon.

They helped me get a new tire and mounted it and balanced it for me for free. I'm so thankful forbsuch good helpers. If there is any business that deserves a reward for outstanding performance it's Les Schawab. North of flavel on henderson and south of Knapp. Off of 82nd ave.

2 months ago I did a rotation on my wheels, and they broke my center hubcap. 2 months later they gave me an old and broken one to replace my new one. They told me that they ordered a new one and that it is on its way. 2 MONTHS - Where did they order it?

I came into Les Schwab at 9:30 am to get a flat tire looked at & the store was fairly empty. I was told the wait wouldn t be very long because there was only a couple of cars in front of me. I inquired about making an appointment & was told I should just stay & get it done because it wasn t very busy. An hour & 1/2 later I asked how much longer. Once again, I was told I was next in line but I kept getting bumped because other people had appointments! I was there for 2 1/2 hours patiently waiting for my turn. I finally left without getting my car even looked at. It was ridiculous! If I had been communicated to you and told that there were other appointments coming in, I would have either left my car and gotten a ride or made an appointment like I originally asked. This made me three hours late for work. I am beyond frustrated and will never use this location again!! in fact, I may never use less Schwab again!

They were very good about getting me in for a new set of tires on the same day but I was being charged for about 70 dollars for a tire enhancement service that I had never been offered. To his credit, the manager simply credited my card back for the charge without objection. I will definitely continue to use Les Schwab when I need tire service.

I give Dave the Store manager 0 Stars. He is the most racist person I ever met. Never coming back here. I remember you told me I dont care if you write a Review IM THE STORE MANAGER HERE. Let me tell you something Dave, i dont care if you are the owner of the place. All i know is that im not want to see you anymore. I am pretty sure i told you that in your face.

Updated:Went to get my tires rotated after 5k miles. I was informed that all 4 of my tires had a defect. Since they no longer carry my tires, I needed to fork over money to make up the difference on a comparable replacement tires that they now carry.I have had an account since 2006, ran many cars through there and I have even gone back after they dented my truck but I am seriously considering buying all new tires from somewhere else rather than pay them the difference.1. Les Schwab warranty only covers tires that have not been driven and for sure dont make the mistake of buying tires for a car you garage and drive occasionally.2. I did NOT receive a refund what so ever.3. I was only expecting replacement tires of the same quality of the DEFECTIVE tires I was sold. What is the point of a warranty again?

Les Schwab prides itself on customer service.Yet this Les Schwab sent me to drive home a car with unbrakable brakes all after I paid $560 for new front ones.Went in for an unknown brake issue. They said new front brakes would solve it. Agreed. $560. Drove home. Almost crashed into my garage, twice, because of the SAME brake problem we brought it in for.Did they even test it afterwards?They told me to drive it back. Now they want $671.99 more to solve the actual issue that they missed in the first place. AND they still told me to drive it home AGAIN while I wait 3-5 days, even though the brakes barely work. This place is a joke. Had to drive my unfixed car with scary brakes back home again.Ultimately, the Les Schwab at 7304 SE 82nd Ave, managed by Dave, made me drive an unsafe car home and back TWICE.We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.And they owe me $3 for my scooter ride there on my third trip in one day since I was tired of walking.Dave is nice though.

I ve been coming to Les Schwab because they have urned my trust. I called around to get my CV joint replaced and they were still priced the best. And their coffee is better than Starbucks too. Love this place!

I agree that there can be long wait times at this location. However, Dave the manager has saved me multiple times. He saved me money on a new set of tires. He had also gone a step above and tracked down a replacement tire that was extremely back-ordered. Continental didn't even have one at their warehouse.His work has saved me a lot of money and that's why I still come here.

I will never go to this location again. When I called in the morning asking about an appointment I was told it is first come first serve. I was there by 9:15 am. I was told about 1 1/2 hrs. So I figured it would take 2 hrs. By 11:30 I asked about it. Was told I was 4th in line and could be another hour. In the meantime people are coming in saying that they have appointments! Bottom line, by 12:20 I asked if it would be done by 1:00. She checked, said I was next and yes....by 1:00. At 1:15 I walked into the shop took my keys and left. I do not blame the techs, the people inside are the ones that lie to people. Should have let me make an appointment not say it's first come first serve. 4 hours that I can't get back!
