Saturday mid-afternoon, before Easter Sunday, had a flat tire. Was able to take it in to have it looked at. They repaired the hole from a nail, tire was salvaged, they put my spare neatly back in the trunk and sent me on my way without any fee. All of this before they closed for the holiday! Truly grateful for their help and expertise. Always impressed with their service!

Don't plan on using your existing credit line here, they will make you reapply for it even though its been counting against your credit score for 5+ years, its evidently unusable.Will never shop at les schwab again after the bait and switch they pulled on me "You have a credit line, feel free to use it" 2 hours later after the tires are installed..... "you have to reapply to use your active and open credit line with us"Avoid this place

I had a nice experience waiting while my daughter's car had the winter tires removed. They were able to replace two of the old seasonal tires today as well. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Both of the associates I spoke with were very pleasant, respectful, and informative.

Completely scratched all 4 of my wheels when installing my new tires. They did not even notify me they scratched them until I brought it up to them when I went to pay for it. Take your business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never ever do business again with Les Schwab if they can't take a tire off without damaging it.

Amazing service and kind staff. I brought my car with a flat tire at 5:30pm and they had it all ready for me the next day. Such a relief and took a huge weight off my shoulders! Thank you so much.

Called earlier and they said they would definitely get me in if I got there before 5. took time out of my busy day and got there well before 5 and even had a friend meet me there to pick me up. Went to the counter and they told me to come back tomorrow. I told them I called earlier and what they told me. The guy didn t care at all and just reiterated to come back tomorrow. Les Scwab s while thing about bending over backward for customers is a total lie

OMG They are so good!My car s tire light came on, so I took it to the car dealer to have it repaired, but despite the repair, the tire light stayed on. So I took it to Les Schwabs and they fixed it even though I went there right before their closing time, and even more, the fix fee was free. I was so surprised and I almost cried.I was so surprised because I even didn't buy the tires there!!! I really appreciate their work.I was too surprised I didn t leave a tip, so I will go back tomorrow and leave a tip. They are the best!Thank you so much for fixating my tire!!!

Ordered tires and arrived at my appointment After 1/2 hour, they called to say they ordered the wrong tire and that it was just a bit shorter. I guess the implication was that I should install the tires even if they're the wrong size and not what I ordered. Of course I declined (my car is a coupe and already low to the ground). They did offer to reorder but no compensation for my time (like waiving the shipping charge). Won't be going back.

My mechanic told me I needed three new tires and an alignment imminently (thanks Portland potholes) and this Les Schwab was able to squeeze me in immediately, even though they had to get tyre tires from another branch. It's very clean, the staff were professional, they had coffee and popcorn, and quoted me $80 less than my mechanic.

Very friendly service and replaced leaking rear wheel cylinders for a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this Les Schwab.

I have been to this location multiple times, and every time, they have done me wrong. This last experience was it for me my tire light came on I specifically asked them to look at all my tires to make sure there was not a nail or some other object in my tire. My car was only in the back for maybe 10 minutes. When they brought my car back around to me they states my tire pressure was a couple pounds off( a couple pounds does not make my tire light come on).. well my tire light comes back on 2 wks after i have been to this location i take it to another les schwab store and low and behold they informed me there was indeed a nail in my tire. I will never recommend going to this location nor will I ever go back to this location!

I had a disappointing experience at Les Schwab. I brought in my flat tire for repair, and while they did a good job fixing it, they wanted me to wait for almost 2 hours to put it on, even with an appointment. They did not prioritize timely service. Although the repair was free, I left a twenty-dollar tip out of courtesy. Overall, I can't recommend them anymore, and I won't be buying tires from them in the future. Their service has declined from what used to be a first-class experience.

Very kind staff, several seem very knowledgeable.That said, I scheduled a diagnostic to find the source of an odd sound coming from my brakes.I waited about 2 hours (granted, I was there 15 min early, so, only an 1hr 45 min for the appointment.)I was then informed that the tech drove the car around, confirmed he heard the sound, and then advised me that I should schedule a diagnostic appointment to get them to look at the brake... Which is what I was already there fore.They didn't lift the car, take of the wheel or do any more inspecting of the offending brake than I was able to visually through the wheel.I waited two hours for one guy to drive around a block.Guess I'm gonna figure it out myself.

This Les Schwab has gotten me out of pickle or two before, which has been extremely appreciated. There's almost nothing more stressful than car problems and it's helpful to have such a great team in the neighborhood. However, today an employee surpassed all previous good experiences with his amazing customer service. Samuel Sanchez Huera, aka Sam, had clear communication skills, stood by his word, was in general a very pleasant person to be around, was quick, and saved me money. His unbeatable attitude and positive nature is almost beyond words. Honest, and efficient, Sam wow'd me. I so appreciated it. I easily could have been stranded in my situation, but Sam was working that day so there wasn't a chance of that. Thank you so much for what you do Sam!

Had a leaky tire on my Tesla (37psi instead of 45 after two days), called, they said bring it on in, took the hour they quoted, patched not plugged, no charge. Big window to garage so you can see what they re doing if you want. So, others may have had different experiences, mine was outstanding.

Gotta admit I m a bit disappointed with this store. Brought car in to have new top of the line tires installed. The low tire pressure light was on and the technician didn t check the sensors before turning car back to me. Sure enough, after driving specified time the light remained on. After returning to store the tech performed a test and all four air pressure sensors were bad! A simple test when the car was put on lift would have saved everyone some wasted time. So for another $180 dollars and ANOTHER morning at Les Swab I can get something done that should have been easily dealt with the first trip.

Currently waiting almost 4 hours to get a simple tire patch or worst case a tire replacement. Meanwhile other vehicles that pulled in 30 minutes after me have already been serviced and returned back to the owners. EDIT: I ended have having to go home on a spare tire due to them claiming my tire failed due to another locations patch which rendered the tire irreparable. Took it to the other location that "patched it wrong" the next day and got it fixed no questions asked within an hour by a new guy.

4th generation Oregonian, and have always bought and used service from Les Schwab. These folks have always been helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and effective. Never once have they talked down or had any attitude. They recently diagnosed an issue that a dealership service couldn't- in 2 visits and several thousands of dollars, in under 15 minutes FOR FREE. And they have great tires. Thus, the need for a 5 star review.

I took my car to a Les Schwab in Corvallis after I had an oil change guy tell me the pressure was low in one of my tires. Unfortunately I didn t get good service at the Corvallis Les Schwab because at the end of the visit their notes regarding the tire said it was all good and when I inquired more (because there was clearly a problem) they were kind of vague. I took their word and put 3500 miles on my car for a work trip but when I returned my tire looked screwed up and low. When I took it in they said there was an issue with the tire and since I had put a significant amount of miles on it while it was messed up they needed to completely replace it. I was understandably a little upset about needing to pay for a whole new tire and how I did not find that fair. Shout out to Nathan at this location who heard me out and advocated for me to get a fair price on the repair. That guy deserves a raise for customer service/retention. I was considering not coming back to Les Schwab to get tires because I felt dismissed in Corvallis but I will be coming back when I need a new set of tires. Thank you!!

Kelso was the best! I didn t have an appointment and I had a nail in my tire. Kelso removed the nail and patched the tire. I was not charged! When I need tires this is where I m definitely going!!! Thanks!

Fast and friendly service. Katie at desk is great. She is thoughtful and so knowledgeable! She helped me fix a flat and get new tires so fast it was amazing. If want a place you can trust, go here for fast and reliable service!

Woke up to find that one of our tires only had 13 lbs of air. Took it to Les Schwab and was told that they could fix a flat for free. Waited an hour and a half for them to get to us, just find out it's a bait and switch. Instead of fixing a flat for free, they came up with a bunch of different reasons why they could not even take the tire off the car and then wanted $1,500. We will never go back to Les Schwab.

I called about a week and a half ago and made an appointment to get tires for my car. I got to Les Schwab a few minutes early. The woman at the counter looked up my appointment, and then she asks if I knew what tires I was wanting. I said, no, but I figured I would have a few options to choose from. She kind of had this "concerned" look as she was looking over my appointment information on the computer. I was worried there was some kind of issue by the way she was acting. I asked if everything was okay, is there an issue? She kind of sighs and says, well there's no issue but normally the tires are picked out ahead of time and pulled out and ready, and you don't know what tires you want. I said that I had called to make an appointment, and that no one had said anything about picking out tires ahead of time. She said well the issue is, that we may not have the tires you want in stock. This worried me because I am making a trip to California to see my step Mom who had recently had a heart attack, and I have to get two new tires before the long trip. She then asked what size tire I had, and I said I think 16 and she very snarkly says "that's the wheel size". So, we walked out to check the tires, and I said to her, you are being almost hostile to me and I don't understand why. She mumbles something that sounded like #uck off. I said did you just cuss at me? She then yells I said I am getting you someone else. I guess she was just having a bad day, but lady.. Settle down. The gentleman who then helped me, was very nice. Everyone is under a ton of stress these days, but come on. The only reason I didn't give this a one star is because the gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful.

There are many reasons that I've been bringing my vehicles to Les Schwab for over two decades. This location demonstrates the values and level of technical care that I've grown to rely on for all these years. As long as I live in a state that they service, I'm a Les Schwab customer, and I'll know that all of my vehicles are serviced with confidence.

My car battery died and could not be resuscitated. :(Luckily, I live within walking distance of this Les Schwab. They sold me a new battery and took the time to show me how to replace it on my own since I couldn t bring my car in.They even recycled my old battery once it was replaced.What could have been a very stressful situation was an easy fix with their help.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Reason gave 4 stars is that the tire piece was almost $300 higher than the same tires off TireRack. I though oh it's because of the mount & balance and those extras. Nope those extras were also an extra charge. Just the tires themselves were almost $300 higher. They tried to tell me it's because they offer a warranty. Well so does TireRack. If we weren't getting snow and I didn't have a trip already planned to the coast I would have waited and got them from TireRack. Also my car door sticker say 30psi and they filled the tires to 35psi.
