I had an amazing experience at Lents Body Shop. They treated me like family. Charmaine and Brian were absolutely wonderful taking care of me on such short notice. I m very grateful to find a high quality and high integrity body shop. I will refer friends and family here.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Amazing service, John was incredibly helpful and communicative through the entire process. They even wiped down my car before I picked it up! A++ service, highly recommend! Thanks to whole team at Lent s!

We could know be more impressed on how our car turned out after Lents fixed it. $5,000 worth of damage to the rear of our car, and it looks brand new! They did NOT use refurbished parts, they put brand new everything! We would NOT ever take our car or future cars, to anyone but Lents. James is amazing and kept us fully informed on the progress of our vehicle. They handled the insurance extraordinary, and are extremely courteous, and professional! I went here 5 years ago and just remembered how amazing the service was. I wish I could recommend them to everyone I know all over the country.My car got hit by another person and their insurance company tried to mail me a $700 check to forget cover the damages that they had "assessed". Lent's assessed the damage and got a real quote, started repairs immediately, took me to a nearby car rental agency that was covered by my insurance, and handled everything else from there. I eventually got my car back in pristine condition, and had none of the financial stuff to worry about.I would recommend Lent's to anyone needing repairs.Service: Body & Trim

I want to reiterate what I saw in the other reviews, from the first initial contact I had with the front desk- she was great and very helpful. They did a fantastic job on my car. I was rear ended and my car looks newer than it did when I first got it and it's a brand new car! They even did a complimentary detail and now the interior looks brand new, and again...it's a brand new car. I'm so happy with everyone there and what they did. I definitely recommend this shop- my standards are high and they exceeded them! Great job everyone :)

The best mechanic experience I ve ever had. I am extremely satisfied with the communication and the work that was preformed on my vehicle. I can t put into words how wonderful the people are here. I am going to keep this short and brief. The repairs came out perfect and they were up front about all the repairs and updates. There ended up being some things that needed to be settled and these people were there to make everything right. Even when I got upset and angry and rude they still wanted to do what was right for me. The worst part is it was all my mistake that I was getting aggravated about. If you want customer service, this is the auto shop for you. I don t know any other place that would treat me with respect after getting upset about my own mistake and I am not ashamed to say I was more than rude. I m glad this is the auto shop I chose and I truly don t think I would have been treated any better than lents auto body. They care and listen and that s not something you get everywhere.This sounds like a weird review but trust the five stars. This place is worth it.

I took my older 93 Ford Explorer in with the passenger window stuck in the fully down position, the staff quickly assessed the problem and went to work helping me get it back up.Not only did they take the time to help me but they found the window motor was just bound up and were able to free it, lubricate it and send me on my way. In addition, they didn t charge me for the time they spent which amounted to about a half hour.I felt very pleased that they were able to solve my problem, were very professional. Their shop rates are very reasonable and they made a future customer out of me should I need repair in the future.A real class act!Service: Body & Trim

We had some work done on our MINI countryman. This was a really great experience and I was compelled to want to share. Dawn, Dylan and staff are phenomenal. Very friendly, helpful, informative and accomdating.I was initially worried because I'm very protective of my MINI.Your first impression, the building and office, is not your stereotypical dirty, greasy body shop. It's clean, the staff is dressed professionally and really welcoming. The same can't be said for the import shop Portland MINI referred me to.The location is convenient and Hertz is just around the corner for a rental.The work itself? Just as you'd expect. You'd had no idea that there was any damage to your car. Just like new.The communication was fantastic, I got updates the entire time my car was with them.Integrity- when we picked up our car initially, Dylan noticed there was an issue with some paint that we didn't notice. We were able to bring back the car at our convenience and they took car of it and provided us a rental.While I hope I won't need any repairs to my car again, I'm most definitely returning to Lents Body Shop if I do.

I just had some work done on my Honda Accord and I have to say the team at Lents really took care of me. They provided a quote but also explained to me what my options were so I could decide how much money I wanted to invest in the repair. Yes, I could've spent a lot more money and just replace every damaged part, but Jim walked me through ways to save and still end up with a vast improvement. They were very friendly, helpful, got the work done on time and gave me a ride home after drop off. I would highly recommend Lents to anyone needing repairs. After my insurance made me get quotes at a few auto body shops that had 3 star reviews, I advocated and pushed to take my vehicle here - I'm grateful I did that! The whole operation is so much more professional, organized, thorough and transparent compared to other shops I've had to work with in past auto body work. The car looks amazing. 100% best job possible. If I ever have another issue again in the future I'm headed here. Thanks again to all of you!

I have taken my Dodge Challenger here twice now both after being hit. The first experience was outstanding all around. The service exceptional. They kept me very informed with every step they took and worked hard to get my car back to me in A timely manner. The first time the damage was extensive I believe it was about 16000.00 that they billed. The second accident was minor with about 7000 in damage and my experience was far from outstanding the second time around. They were still professional but were no where near on top of everything as they were the first time. I can't help but believe the service I received depended on the extent of the bill. This is the only disappointing thing I saw. They gaurentee their work and they are good at everything they do.

Great team that really takes their business seriously. They did a wonderful repair on my vehicle it really looks as good as new. As a bonus it's family owned which is a pleasure compared to all the corporate/chain body shops that litter the Portland area. Keep up the good work!

it's been delay after delay, and they won't even diagnose mechanical issues that happen to your car from being rear ended. I feel very cheated and ripped off and wish I would of never taken my car here. this place will not put your car back to pree loss condition. it simply won't. unless u want to pay out of pocket for something that happened to your car in the accident and the other ins accepted full liability... but this place won't fix your car properly. period. very upset. never go here.

Wow, my car looks like new! The people at Lents Body Shop are the real deal. My cheap O (State Farm) insurance company wanted to cut the shop out of some money on the repairs. Dylan told me, we ll fix it right don t worry, they will pay it, they know it s the best thing for safety. He was right and got them to do it! Great craftsman with a real dedication to customer service, thanks Lents!

Ive never really determined if I just went to a body shop or simply dropped my Jeep off at a spa for a rejuvenating get-away.Highly receptive and responsive from the beginning, the entire transaction took place through email and two phone calls. The point of contact, Laurel, was always quick to respond and kept me up to date on everything and dealt with all the insurance communications.The workmanship was also great. The repair was as if nothing was ever damaged, the interior was left clean, and a nice plastic film was placed on the floor for protection from dirty boots.This was the most pleasant and stress free body shop experience I have ever had in my 23 years of owning vehicles.

I took my 2015 Ford F-350 in for repair last month. They got it in their shop in a timely manner, the front desk staff that greeted me and took care of my paperwork was fabulous and the end result was amazing! This was my husbands new truck that I wrecked and I was worried he would always be able to see where it had been fixed because he's very picky, but he can't! It is as good as new! They did an excellent job and my husband was thrilled with the result as well. I would highly recommend Lents Body shop to all of my family and friends. Thank you Lents Body Shop!

Thankfully, I've never had a reason to write a review about a body shop before, but I'm glad that Lents ended up being the shop I do write a review for. They got me in for an estimate in no time flat, arranged transportation, fixed the car in a matter of days and had it looking better and cleaner than it has in years. The service was fast, friendly and way above par. Hopefully I never have a reason to go back, but at least if I do I know I'll be taken care of.

They're pretty great. Took great care of me as well as my car. Very helpful and personable. My husband and I have taken a handful of cars here (inside as well as outside insurance companies). Each experience is the same. I would absolutely reccomend them.

Lents repaired & painted my truck & it looks great! This is the best experience I ve ever had in a collision scenario!!! The entire staff is super friendly, not stressed out and very helpful. You can tell management takes care of their employees who in turn takes care of their customers.

This is one of those situations where you wish you could give more than 5 stars. Trusting someone to repair your call is a big exercise in faith...lol. I did a lot of online research and read a lot of reviews. I'm happy to say I ended up at the right spot. My truck was almost brand new when it was hit. I'm not ashamed to admit I'm a little OCD about where I take my vehicles and selecting a shop was a long process. From phone call, to appointment to finished work they exceeded my expectations at every turn. I had tons of questions (maybe too many), a special request or two (maybe three?) and while I don't consider my self a "difficult customer" I definitely expect my service providers to hold themselves to a high standard of customer service. I was never made to feel like a "pain in the a**" or a burden. The experience was all about making sure I was comfortable and taken care of the whole way. My truck came out amazing, I couldn't be happier and the service here is second to none. For auto body work in Portland I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lents Auto Body. Thank you all again so much!

Having a need for auto body repair generally puts me in state of apprehension and dread. It all went away very soon after meeting and greeting the good people of Lents Body Shop. Every single staff person in my chain of experience was a pro at the top of their game. Not only are they reasonably priced, welcoming and helpful, attentive, thorough and cheerful, they did beautiful work. I cannot tell there was ever anything amiss with my vehicle. They also strive to provide well organized solutions for rental car pick up and drop off. I highly recommend allowing Lents Body Shop to take care of your vehicle when you are in need of such service.

Getting into a car accident is guaranteed to be an awful experience. Lents and their staff really advocate for you. They go out of their way to keep you updated through the process. I can't say enough about Laurel. She is so kind and empathetic, but more than that, she fought my insurance company to guarentee I got the correct parts. She communicated with me the entire time. I never had to check in with Lents on the status of my car, because they updated me. I hope I never get into another accident, but if I did I would only trust Lents to repair my vehicle. Oh and they returned my car in pristine condition. I highly recommend anyone, even if you don't live in the area to take your car to Lents Auto Body.

Just picked up my RAV4 from Lent's Body Shop. This was the second time I've used them - they also repaired my GTi after I got T-boned at an intersection, and now tree damage with the RAV. Both times I have been blown away by the quality of their work and the professionalism of their service. James kept me informed every step of the way, delivered the vehicle back to me way ahead of schedule and the results were absolutely flawless (they even replaced the tiny strip of clearbra down the edge of the driver's door that had a tiny nick in it - their attention to detail is impressive - James surely you didn't think I wouldn't notice this and I am grateful thank you :-) They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Hopefully I won't need to use them a third time, but meanwhile I'm happy to recommend them to anyone. They're clear across the other side of town from me and for sure there's plenty of choice in this line of business, but I'm glad I found a shop that I can completely trust.Service: Body & Trim

Thank you Jim and your staff at Lents Body Shop. We took our truck in after a hit and run in a parking lot. Front office staff was amazing with handling our insurance paperwork and arranging for a rental car...the work done to the truck was top notch and was done in record time! After a very bad experience with Kadell's I asked for recommendations from friends. Lent's Auto Body was suggested and I am sure happy with them. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Jim and Dawn run their business with true care for your auto and your satisfaction. I just can't say enough about them and the best part is my car looks like brand new! Great job guys, I would recommend to anyone.
