My car was stolen and found a few days later undrivable. I needed to find a shop to have it towed to. Upon searching I found Laser was very close to my house and had great reviews, so I called to see if they had availability. They said no problem, have it delivered and will take a look. Once it was at the shop they were extremely communicative as to the process even with the holidays. They made it an easy/smooth ordeal. I would definitely recommend this shop and will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!

I favor small and local businesses whenever I can, as they usually deliver the best service and have the most knowledgeable people. Laser Auto Body was recommended to us by the mechanics at Integrity Auto, and Laser definitely makes the grade. I am extremely happy and very impressed with how much effort they put in working with us to get our almost totaled Honda Element fixed under the insurance write-off amount, and with the actual work. They gave us a significant deal to make sure we could keep our car by doing all the needed work under the write off amount as we really wanted to keep our car, and we can't thank them enough for that.We were in a collision that destroyed the front passenger side, and they fixed the body to look as good as new as well as straitening the frame, etc. They had our car in their shop the next day and fixed in 10 days. They also arranged for a windshield replacement for us while it was there - a value added service that we really appreciated. The plastic parts color match is spot on, and the metal parts paint job and color match is impeccable.Laser also went above and beyond and repaired the dings and paint peels on the hood and replaced a couple of other trim parts at no extra cost - they wanted to do it right for us and make us happy, and they surely did.They also thoroughly cleaned the car, a nice touch and much appreciated.I would recommend them unconditionally, and we will be bringing all of our vehicles to them for any future work.

I had never used a body shop and had some damage needing repair, running through my insurance. I asked my mechanic for a recommendation and they recommended Laser, which was in my neighborhood. Excellent experience, Laser handled all the insurance pieces and our van looks great now. They cleaned it inside and out as well, highly recommend!

i m so happy i got recommended this body shop he did an amazing job! i was involved in a car accident and my hood and the frame inside got really bent up to where my hood would not close properly. once i got my car in the shop they fixed her up real quick and she looks brand new! amazing, quick and fast service!Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I went to the shop because the Google reviews were so good. I was not disappointed. From the first meeting with Laser I could tell he was going to do a good job. He did some insurance work and also fixed previous damage. I was impressed how thoroughly he communicated everything ahead of time with me and the work not covered by insurance was done at a very good rate. Highly recommend. Laser will take good care of you!

Very trustworthy and kind shop! I called today for bumper clip repair, and they were able to see me and fix the problem immediately, and he was so generous to do it for free. I was referred by my friend to a laser auto-body repair. Best decision ever I made to bring my car to his auto repair shop. I must say that he did an outstanding job with so much perfection. I was immensely impressed by his loyalty and dedication to his work. He went above and beyond expectations. I will recommend everyone to go to laser auto body. Not only he fixed my car within a 5 days but also cleaned my entire car. I'm really thankful to him.

Laser auto body was the best experience I could have hoped for. We couldn't find a shop to help fix our car due to everyone being months out for new appointments. One call to laser auto body and they had me bring it in. Not even two weeks later it was completely finished! I was shocked at the turnaround, I could not be happier. I would recommend them to any person I know. AMAZING! Great customer service! My bumper was a little popped off on one side and another shop quoted me $1500 to replace the entire bumper. Laser Auto just secured the side that was loose in about 10 min. Saved me so much and they were super helpful!

I brought my daughters Infinity to Lasor s to repair rear end damage. I have brought other vehicles to him in the past. Even though this was an insurance job that needed approval, Lasor pre ordered some of the available parts and had them ready. This cut down on time sitting in the shop waiting for approval from the insurance company and wait time for me.The repairs were immaculate, he went way above and beyond by washing the car, cleaning out the inside and having it waiting for us when we arrived to pick it up.Lasor s attention to detail and excellent customer service is why I bring my cars here instead of larger body shops.

Laser Auto Body and Repair deserves 6 stars for excellence of work and service. This is the second time I'm using this shop, and their customer service and workmanship are excellent. The team's paint job was better than the car's original paint. They also work fast, and the owner friendly. I highly recommend this body shop. This was a recommendation from a close friend when my car was involved in a hit and run. The initial quote from the insurance was all done online and photos sent in a text. Much more damage was done to my car after removing the bumper and uncovering the true damage. Laser did an excellent job fixing the damage from someone side-swiping me. He got me on the calendar within a week v. the other body-shop where I'd have to wait 3-4 weeks. He had the work done within a week even though he said it could take 2 weeks. He also worked directly with the other person's insurance so it was mostly a matter of dropping off a damaged car and picking up a fixed and detailed (!) car. I so appreciate the fast turnaround, quality work, and making it a simple process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car in on a Monday with my whole left side of car damaged. Thursday they called and said it was done! They were fast when I was told a week. They detailed my car, washed it and cleaned the interior too. I'm definitely coming back to this shop!

Very prompt and great service. Another auto body shop recommended by my insurance gave me a 3 week period just to take a look at the damage. In sum, excellent paint work, affordable, and fast. I was referred to Laser by my automotive paint shop of choice, Industrial Finishes. I dropped off my truck on a Friday and got it back the following Monday, paint restored in the areas I requested. My partner had her entire hatch on her crossover brought to factory standard in a similar amount of time. We will definitely continue to come back to Laser.

I am a very happy with the services that I got at Laser Auto body. I was rear ended and a friend recommended me this shop. I am so glad that I took my car there. It was a hassle free experience. The owner Laser went above and beyond my expectations. He took care of dealing with insurance and helped me with the rental, he even called my adjuster and interceded on my behalf as they did not want to pay upfront. When I got my car back I was really happy with the way it looked. They did an immaculate job. All the original brand parts were used. They also did detailed Interior steam cleaning. It looked and smelled brand new just the way it did when I got It from dealership. I would deffenatly do Bussiness with them again and strongly recommend them. They did an outstanding job. They took of every minor detail, they even offered to bring the car to me when I told them I returned my rental. Thank you Lazar auto body. I brought my Toyota MR2 to Laser a few years ago. I had some minor body damage and the car still had the original 30 year old paint.I show this car so I am picky about the work people do on it.The price was excellent. The work was excellent. I took my BMW to Laser after my car was sideswiped randomly in front of my house and the damage was significant. Laser was recommended to me by a friend otherwise I would not have found him. I am so glad I did because he did TOP quality work for much lower than the big body shops wanted to charge me. Since I had to pay this out of pocket this was a huge savings for me. I don t believe the work would have been any better and I will take all of my body shop needs to Laser in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Laser.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great work and very reasonable price! You really can trust their work. Had my bumper, grille, light and paint fixed, the car come back like new! Was looking to get some minimal body work done and have my car painted. Basically told me to call back in a month. I call back he said call back in 3 weeks. I call back and instead of just being up front and telling me they won t be able to paint my car they just ignore my calls now lol. Basically wasted my time. Time that could have been spent finding a different body shop. Everyone says they do great work, but good luck getting your car in to have the said work done lol.

The front of my 2020 Honda Fit got damaged after hitting a giant pot hole in an empty lot. The hood was misaligned, part of the frame was broken, radiator was damaged and the engine shield was completely torn off. Laser was recommended by my mechanic. They had the car for only 2 weeks. They replaced everything perfectly, realigned my front end. The car looked and, on the inside, smelled like it was brand new. I have been driving the car for 5 weeks now with no problems. I cannot say enough about this mechanic and his shop. I was leery of bringing my beloved car for an body work, but the car itself wasn't worth the price of the high-end body shop that was recommended to me. I got the name of Mr. Laser and couldn't have been more thrilled with the quality of work! Thank you Laser Auto Body!!
