This review is long overdue. I ve been bringing my FJ80 to this shop for years and have never had a poor experience. The work is bid out thoughtfully and they catch problems before they become outright failures. I grew up in a shop and worked in the industry, so I do check work that shops compete on my vehicles. Always happy with the results here. Repairs I ve had completed include oil pump leak repair, head gasket, power steering pump replacement, pesky heater hose, etc.

I could not be happier with my experiences! They just completed some major transmission and clutch work on my 1986 Toyota. The work was completed exactly as stated and with great communication. I will be reaching out to them again in the future when I'm ready for the next phase of repair and upgrades.

I m on Land Cruiser #3 (I keep finding better ones). Tony and Matt keep them running smooth, always take care of me and do it all works ton of integrity. I wouldn t let anyone else touch em.

Tony and team know what they re doing, fair priced and easy to work with. They don t up-sell and do what s right. Great experience and appreciate them taking care of my 1970 FJ40 when needed.

I can t say enough good things about Matt and the crew at this shop. Traveling from the east coast, we had some concerning symptoms with the engine. It was immediately evident that they were knowledgeable and competent. They went above and beyond to get us sorted and safely back on the road.

The truth is the guys that run this shop do it because they love what they do. Without a doubt I have never met a mechanic who actually cared as much about what they do. Even if you're just coming into chat and learn about Land Cruisers Matt and Tony are the best guys around!

These guys saved my family s summer vacation. I called Landcruiser NW while driving into Portland on a Friday night during a cross country road trip. My CV joint was about to go on my 100 series cruiser. They told me to bring it by and they would squeeze it in on Monday. They know the parts network well and gave me a couple options. Pretty impressed that they got the parts in and the work done in one day. You can tell they love landcruisers. They did great work and prices were fair.

These guys are awesome. Coordinated a last-minute repair the day before we were supposed to head out to the Rubicon, did a great job and charged us a fair price. Friendly, knowledgeable and good at what they do.

Stay away from this shop. Wanted a simple quote for both ways of me supplying the parts and seeing what they could get the parts for and then the labor associated with installation. They came back with one quote of them over charging me for the parts you can buy cheaper on your own and also charge you double the hours for the installation. Also the quote will take a couple weeks and then if you respond they will not ever respond to you. If you want quality work for a reasonable price you better off going to any other shop besides this one.

I really can t put into words how great Tony and his crew are.They are honest, look for ways to save you money, explain all your options, and thorough. So I have waited a few weeks to write this review because I was so Infuriated and outraged by the charges and ethics of these guys. I called them with a electric window problem. The master control of the drivers door would not open or close the rest of the windows and the door lock control on the drivers door would not lock the other doors yet the fob would lock and unlock the doors. I specifically asked if they felt comfortable doing this kind of work as I have experience with electronics and am aware of weird electronic problems on car electronics. Indeed, this is the reason I didn't decide to fix it myself. They assured me they felt comfortable with this kind of work. The first sign of trouble was when they called one week later asking if there was anything wrong with the FOB. I told him that there wasn't. One week later they called me said I could come pick up the car. When I got there to pick up the car the bill was 2500 which included work not authorized. So I went out to the Land Cruiser fuming started it and it attempted to drive away. I was unable to get it out of park. It was locked because the master cylinder had coincidentally failed the week it was at the repair shop. Having a background in science I calculated the likelihood of all of these occurrences happening in the same week and I came up with 102,000,000 to 1. It may be these guys are able to work on 60s 70s and 80s land cruisers but any land cruiser that has more than a few transistors is beyond them. As far as the master cylinder I took it to a dealership who replaced it for $3800. Regarding the master cylinder, the dealer did say that it is common for the master cylinders to go out and they are very expensive do to the ABS pump up being incorporated into the unit. Although I can't blame this on them it is curious that the master cylinder went out the same week it was at their shop.

I actually haven't taken my fj60 to them yet but I called with several troubleshooting questions and talked to Mike. He was extremely helpful and patient with my questions and I'm sure he was busy. With that experience alone, I will take my beloved 60 to them in the future.

Great service...and these guys know Land Cruisers!! AND...They ALWAYS call to get my authorization to do the work beforehand! Because I asked them to 4 years ago when I first took my rig in.A great shop, run by a great bunch of guys!!

I ve been there twice for repairs and will not return again. The second time was for repeat work 1 month past the 1 year warranty. Both times the payment was more then what was quoted and no phone call was made to authorize work or purchase of parts.

The guys at LCNW, have an awesome product!I get nothing but complements and double takes on my Three Hoop Front and the New Rear Bumpers.I took my FJ down to Portland and the guys fixed my truck up so nice!Matt... so sorry I didn't stick around to give you chaps my Gorilla Lock Key for the spare, I don't know how you flipped that bad boy...cheers

I trust the crew at Lancruisers Northwest with my 85 FJ 60 and they always do great work. Matt, Tony and Andrew rebuilt my engine at 280k and it feels amazing!

Tony always went above and beyond for me and my 1988 Cruiser ("the Shoe"). I seemed to always have weird problems that were mysterious and he always tried to help solve the riddles. He also helped me bring my Cruiser back to what it originally should be with a few contemporary added features (back seatbelts, ramps, etc). The only reason I didn't give the full stars is simply because these dudes are so busy (cuz they're so awesome) that it's difficult to get in sometimes.
