I see why most reviews here are horrible. I know people try to support Ukrainian businesses, but the owner of this place, Vitali Kornuta, is a criminal with a history of stalking, harassment, and other crimes. He used to live in my neighborhood, but he s been seen stalking and throwing beer bottles at my house here in Vancouver, for no reason, other than me calling him out many years ago. I ve heard many horrible stories about how this guy would break your car, so they can charge more to fix it. The city needs to shut down this shady rip-off business. Read all the other bad reviews and you ll see what I mean. Any few good reviews were left there by his relatives. He could afford to drive around in the black G-wagon because of the cash under-the-table he was able to rip off of customers. These guys aren t licensed to work on your car, they have no clue what they are doing. The police is very familiar to this guy.

Got my break pads changed here for $200 less than what Jiffy lube was going to charge. Definitely recommend this place for break jobs

This place they don't know want they are doing.I came over to replace transmission fluid in my car.My car takes 6.7 qt off transmission fluid.Dennis drain 2.5 qt of ATF fluid, and put 2.5 qt new fluid in.So 4.2 qt of old fluid left in transmission.So almost like I did not change the fluid and charge me $100 no recipt.So look like don't know how to change the transmission fluid.If you don't want to get ripped off,don't do service here.Now I am going to different place and I have to pay $249 on the top what this person charge me.Just if I would change engine oil in the car ,drain only 1 qt ,and add 1 qt new and 3 qt old oil left there.So you do the math.

While doing oil change, this Russian guy kept lie on a topic that I know fairy well. I think he used wrong size socket to remove nuts and put them back. He said he only use synthetic oil, very proudly, but he used synthetic blend oil. He throw things with no reason. He lost one nut from my car and didn't mention. Stay as far as you can from this kind of people.Service: Oil change

I really like this guy.. he shows you the difference in the quality of filter.. uses all products made in the USA and has a range of cost not expensive at all.. he has been in business for a long time.. he is also quick at what he does.. along with oil he tops all fluids

Mobile 1 oil change $55 dollars charge, cash only? I don't have cash. I dont see any sign said cash only. So he make me walk to ATM. 3 month later come to change again with cash. Mobile 1 oil change boom.. $65 dollars for mobile 1 oil change. I wish my boss can give me raise $10 every month. Goodbye Never go again. Owner rude .

I used to be a mechanic and have specifically changed oil for 3 years at two different shops.So I drive in, pull my car I to the bay and we discuss that I need an oil change. I am told that jiffy lube is $25 and Lada's is $20, 5$ cheaper so I say great.Then I am told it's cash only ( first alarm ) and I have to walk to 7/11 ( +3$ atm fee )I get back and the oil change is done and I start getting all the upsale bit which is fine I get it.I got to pay and BAM! It's now $30 because of "labor". Can't remember ever having been charged labor on an oil change.Finally no receipt. Looks like someone didn't put this one on the books.I was worried enough that I checked that he actually changed my oil.

Terrible service and rude people. We made an alignment to our car and double checked their job with another company, because they did it the "old school" way. When we return to their shop with the result of the alignment check, the person who was there talk to us rudely, with higher voice and denying to refund the money we paid. We spoken with another person through the phone who also denied to make the refund, even though we have the written prove that they did an incorrect alignment to our car that can bring us future problems.So do not trust in these persons, you will lose your money.

Hi I change oil on my car 01/14/22 at Lada Auto Express Full Service around 18.00 at Pacific time he charged me for $140 cash for a Farm full synthetic oil nine course and oil filter for my 2006 BMW X5M 4.8 ISAnd he told me this is the best oil for the vehicle but if you look it up this is the cheapest oil at the market right now so ,and a about one week & half after I did my oil change my oil start leaking and I know I didn t hit anything I didn t do anything so tomorrow I m gonna stop by the place and show him the leaking on my car let see what happiness?!?!?

Cash only and aren't upfront with what the final price will be. It's like cheap airlines, it looks good because it's cheaper, but it ends up being slower, a big inconvenience if you don't have cash (like $400+ for tires), and not cheaper than someplace that wouldn't seem so shady.Never going back. Learn from my mistake

This place is excellent, fast friendly service, they really know what they're doing here, I'm a repeat customer and will never go anywhere for routine service, if I ever need major repair work I will check here first, one of the very few truly honest mechanics around!

The rude Russian that runs the place told me one thing on the phone (I was very specific) then completely changed what he was saying once I'd driven across town. A real jerk about it too. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE SHADY PEOPLE OF LADA
