I had a service call to the scales at the 15 mile marker in Washington State.The promptly dispatched Dakota, one of their good mechanics, he got a little delayed in traffic but changed my steering gearbox like a true professional.The repair bill and service call was done at a very good value!!

JUBITZ is an awesome repair facility if I need anything done when I m in town I always come here first. They ve never let me down they always take care of it and Joseph my mechanic was wonderful.

Look it is a bit costly ,but they do great TEAM WORK na d got me IN AND OUT!! say what you want about small business, small business is the wave. I'll be back one Day. You got our truck SHOW READY. SERGIO AND THE guys are FAST AND GOOD!!!! HEAY!!!!!!

I don t recommend this service to any truckers. Last week I ordered roadside assistance from them, the guy came, made the diagnostics and left saying gonna come back in 1 hour and bring a part to fix the issue. After two hours I called him but he never picked the phone up. Then I asked my wife to call him with different phone number and he answered, saying I m gonna come back tomorrow, but he never appeared and never called me back. Left me middle of nowhere with no heater in my truck in -30!!!!They are good at sending invoices of around $650 for 20 minutes of labor and doing totally NOTHING!!!!

Absolutely phenomenal service at jubitz truck service center ! Ian o. and his team went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was back on the road in top-notch condition. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and expertise. Ian s knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Expensive shop nice employees some have good knowledge nice work here but if you tell anything to them like something you want to check or any minor work they charge you one hour labor like very very expensive if you bring your own part they can charge you more expensive hours but if you buy from them then different hourly charge but if the part is 100$ they can charge you 200$ like what is that if why you guys do that everyone hardworking I know you guys do hard work but honestly you guys charge alot some shops i saw you csn bring your own part or not doesn t matter they charge you same $ per hour and also if they sart your work 8 in morning and they can done night 8 do they not charge you 12 hours $ they charge you legally hourly charge they knows that work just for 6-7 hours but they finish 12 hours so they charge you only 6 hours but again you guys very expensive

5 stars for the bathrooms alone. We frequently take a "couples shower" here. (Always the best 45 minutes of my life.) I've also used the laundry facilities, and have eaten here. I love this place

I bought this part from the dealer and came here to change at 9am. Office worker Jose said wait 1h and around 3h work and that was ok for my evening pu. But it took 9h to change it, 2 clamps couple bolts 9h Carl 9h)) it cost me 670$ and I was late for my pu. This place can be much better with more professional workers.

Man...JUBITZ use to be the BEST truck stop on planet earth...More would come out and ask...what would make this a better place...then he retired and AM-WORST TOOK OVER...ARG

Worst place ever , brought my truck for a brake lights and air bag, whole day to find the parts and then half day to install them . WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE. WORST EXPERIENCE

Their per hour labor rate is higher then the dealers themselves Oh yea, here comes their reply/response "Oh we're sorry to didn't meet your expectations. Feel feee to calm us at .........ummm no thank you try being more realistic on your hourly labor rates and stop trying to gouge drivers

Bad service. Unprofessional. Came in for fuel filter replacement.They damage to my truck. They broke an oil level sensor in my oil pan on Volvo. Had to wait up to 24hours to leave. No compensation for hotel, and I had to call to recover load. I loose time and money, and old manager refuse even to cover my hotel . Not recommended at all. They don t care about customer, they care about money. Mechanics are poorly educated.

BE CAREFUL AND DON'T SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT QUESTIONS!!! They'll pad the bill with ridiculous labor charges if you don't pay close attention. Went in for an APU service with me supplying the maintenance kit. I asked them to tighten the alternator belt while they were doing the service, and they charged me 1.5 hours at $175/hr JUST FOR THE BELT TIGHTENING!Just to clarify what that takes to do...Step 1 - Remove the bottom pan. Of course, this was already done and included in the price of the PM service, being that they had to drain the oil.Step 2 - Loosen the tension bolt.Step 3 - Use a pry bar or something similar to leverage the alternator as tight as possible.Step 4 - Tighten back up the tension bolt. DONE!So they charged me $262.50 for steps 2 through 4, a job that probably took 5 minutes with the right tools. I won't be coming back here for ANY service, so please check your bills closely before signing anything.

I am already on the 4rd day at the hotel. Truck stopped only to change Kingpins. They promised 10 hours to work. Repairing of my truck very slowly and only half a day! Paid $2887!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never, Never, Never again!!!

Made an appt for a PM for 18:00, sat in lot and waited until 19:00. We canceled not only because they were an hour late but it took them the entire time we were there to plug a tire on another truck. Our time is also valuable

I went to Jubitz today to give my dog a much needed bath. The dog wash station itself is clean and easy to use. I only gave it 3 stars because it was freezing in there and only has some clear plastic strips to keep the cold out. And the heater is a tiny electric blower heater installed in the wall just about as far away from where you wash your dog as it can be so for those reasons I had to give it less stars

Keeps getting better over the years. Showers are definitely upgraded nicely. There's a good barber, laundry, movie theater, restaurant etc. Just wish parking was less scary. Overall a win.

This was the gradest truck stop in the world. Back in the 70s, 80s, 90s, but it's definitely changed. The parking is 18$ per night . They did away with there jubitz points rewards card. I had over 100$ built up on mine. And that's all gone now. Everything has changed now. Spread out. Fueldesk. Is a joke. Park. Pay. Walk a mile. Showers are a big disappointment. The shop is high as the sky. And slow. Big disappointment. Bad stop. Never again.

Had a truck towed to the shop on Monday. I had called and they said they could take care of the issue. They did great before with great customer care. But when I called on Wednesday for status I was told they had no record. The truck was towed to the yard across the street where the tow truck driver was told to place it. Security locked the trailer down and charged $150 to unlock it. The truck shop was unwilling to wave the $70 to get the truck that was across the street despite the arrangements for them to start working on Monday. Further they were unwilling to assist in the unlocking fee. This was a very large disappointment to me. IF I use Jubitz in the future I will make sure to keep a record of anyone that answers the phone. To be clear, everyone involved was nice but very forgetful, failed to keep records of agreements and uncompromising on their polices despite the issues being caused by them to begin with.

go there to scale...lady was very nice in the scale house..IF YOUR LOOKING FOR THE GREEN LIGHT WHEN IT COMES ON, ITS IN THE WINDOW ON THE SCALE HOUSE..YOU WILL SEE IT WHEN SHE GIVES YOU THE GREEN LIGHT, JUST KEEP LOOKING AT THE SCALE HOUSE THAT WINDOW..SHR GAVE ME DOGS TREATS FOR MY PUPS ...SWEET....

this is the worst place ever! There are incompetent people in the office! I came on Friday and ordered an oil change on Monday, I asked them to check the presence of oil and filters three times, because they had already encountered the fact that when you drive a truck to them, they don t have anything in stock, so this time I asked in advance to clarify whether everything I needed for my truck was available, indicating the vin, after which they answered me that everything I needed was available! Three days later I arrived at my time and it turned out that they did not have the oil that I ordered, we can fill in another, I lost three days, they said that they could not help! office workers are incompetent, do not respect the customer and the time spent on them! I strongly do not recommend this service if you do not want to waste time, my friends did not recommend this service, but I thought that such a simple job as changing the oil would not cause them any difficulties, it turned out that even with such a simple job they were not able to cope, this my last time I used their services! service manager Wade Long is not a competent and professional employee who is not able to solve the same problem over and over againService: Oil change

Replaced the radiator, wanted to charge extra to fill it back up with coolant. Then I had to call road assist because they didn't tighten any of the hoses. Total hack job shop. Would not recommend.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Be careful if you go to them to fix your car, they will charge you indiscriminately, I went to add freon, and they told me that I need to pay $800 for the inspection, but they didn't confirm with me before the inspection.
