These guys were just the absolute sweetest. Anthony and Aiden went above and beyond to take great care of my vehicle while having to leave it for a few extra days due to the Snow and Ice, and they even kept my car safe in the Bay while they were waiting for parts to repair a cracked oil pan. I will definitely be going back to get any repairs on my vehicle that apply to Jiffy Lube.Thanks guys! I really appreciate your care and attention to detail.You're the best!

I cannot say enough about this shop and the employees. They are absolutely AMAZING!I have a tire that leaks air and needs a refill every single week. Every single week I roll into Jiffy Lube on Halsey and Anthony, Luke, Caleb, Michael, Dillon, or Preston fills er up and I'm on my way till I return the following week begging for more air.Correction: I don't have to beg for air. They see me pull up and they start hustling to get the hose before I can even get out of my car.They do it with excellent service (for which they are not being paid) and big smiles on their faces.I almost don't want to get the tire repaired or replaced. If I did, I wouldn't be able to go in for my weekly air fill.Now here's Part 2: Last week I saw that my car was leaking oil. A friend tried to diagnose it but was unsuccessful. When I went in for my free air, I asked Anthony if they offered a service where they could look underneath and see if they could spot the leak.SURPRISE!!! Another free service! After filling my tire with air, they drove it into the bay and got me settled in the heated waiting room, while they tinkered around underneath and sure enough, found the leak. The filter was loose. They tightened it up and got me out of there at no charge.I LOVE these guys! And so does my car!

I am very glad I took my care to Jiffy Lube. It is getting old and I had not had service for a couple years. Irecommend Jiffy. They explain everything to you. So they took care of everything including rotate tires.Thank you.

Scott met us with a smile and a GREAT, can-do attitude, helping us adjust the oil level after Oil Can Henry's mistakenly overfilled our oil in our VW Taos. He displayed customer service the way customer service should be. Thank you.

I was on a 2200 mile road trip to Portland and developed an oil leak. I couldn't get a reading from the dipstick so I took it to Jiffy Lube. Anthony the Manager checked it for me and added 1.5 quarts to top it off. Didn't even charge me. Really helped me out during a pretty serious problem and showed me why I wasn't getting the reading and exactly how it should look when full.The customer service was second to none and I would definitely recommend this location. I travel to Portland pretty frequently and will absolutely return for any work when in town.

Well when comparison prices with competitors it revealed significantly higher service price for less actual value of service. Basically I found out that you can get more work performed on your vehicle at a fraction of the cost when you do business at the competitors as I did. If possible shop around for best deals, call around ask for incentives, are there any promotions and coupons that might persuade me to use there service.

Anthony, Zach and the crew hands down have the best service anyone could ask for got me in and out in a timely manner and explained in detail everything I need so I was able to understand. Good job team at the Halsey location

This has to be one of the best places I've ever been to, they had great customer service and made sure i understood what services i needed. The employees were helpful and polite. I especially appreciated the manager Anthony who went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning in the future Service: Oil change

So I came in today with my diesel truck, I asked how much to change oil and filter? the guy said between $89 and $199..I said you don't know the price? its 9 quarts of oil and filter.He said we have to tare into it to make sure but that's the range to expect! crazy cant give me a price.well I went to Valvoline ask for price, they gave me price did the job and that was price.. Crazy Jiffy lube cant give you a price, make me really wonder..

This is a massive review but it s necessary.I ve been at this jiffy lube a few times now and the experience I had today was so terrible I will never come back. First of all, they tried upselling me on EVERYthing. It started with my brakes and rotors are absolutely terrible- boarding undrivable. Untrue. Partner looked at them immediately after I left. After trying to upsell me over and over again, and without me budging (sorry, I want to go to my reliable, trusted mechanic for work), one of the employees asks me if I have a place to park my car when I leave there. Yes, why? Because your starter is sparking like crazy and you shouldn t drive it at all. Everything wrong with this car. Okay, well I m hoping to get rid of it soon anyway. To which he responds, Well I don t know who would buy this thing. .. I didn t say anything about trying to sell the car. And what? SO unnecessarily rude. As I m leaving, all the employees stand there and mock and laugh about my car. Listen, I drive an old car. I m not stupid, she ain t a looker. To scare me as I m leaving that I shouldn t even drive to work, with absolutely no solution offered or anything, is insanely unprofessional to me.When I reviewed the paper they gave me, with comments about my vehicle, it claimed Massive Oil Leak , even though it also said that my oil was full on arrival. I haven t checked or topped the oil off in two weeks. Which one is it? I ve never seen any leaking under my car, not even a drop, ever. Nothing about my TERRIBLE brakes, nothing about the starter sparking.I had my vehicle looked at a month ago for a trip at Les Schwab for a full road ready inspection and they told me everything looked good except for some suspension issues. Funny, Jiffy Lube didn t catch that. I should note that I m not suggesting there s no way anything is wrong with my car, but the delivery, the clearly inexperienced explanations, left me feeling untrustworthy.I never write reviews. I never complain. If I have a bad experience, I just won t return and move on with my life. But this experience I had today was so deserving of one. I left feeling disrespected, confused, and treated with such weird unkindness. Hate to pull the it s cause I m a woman card but there s no way in hell these guys would talk to a man the way they talked to me.For the record, you guys performed an engine oil flush and transmission flush for me. Funny that all the things going wrong seem to point to your shoddy work. And you put the wrong oil in my car last time. I have no clue why I returned. Go to a real mechanic if you care about your vehicle. Avoid blatant SCAMMERS and DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I tried to use this business twice today.I went to the first one on 181st in Gilsan pulled in at about 5:20 and it closed lights on doors closed. I got out of my car and it closed. I Then drove all the way to this one on Halsey as I didn't realize it was still open as the other one closed. Only to get the same thing and it was 5:45. So why do you say your open till 6 pm and you close by 5:30 or before? As this one had it lights on by the time I got thru the light it was closed. Not a happy client and I have always gone to Jiffy lube . Guess Valvoline will get my business and your very close to my house both of these what a shame. I need dependency on a business if you say 6 pm do 6pm. It doesn't take but about 15 minutes.There are always last minute things you need to do this was mine guess it will wait and I will go somewhere else hopefully they can be dependable. If not I am capable of doing it myself and NO ONE MAKES $'S... Thank You

I absolutely love this Jiffy Lube! The workers are always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not only is an oil change cheaper than at many of their competitors, but they always do great work. I always leave the shop satisfied and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Despite a bad experience with an extremely rude employee, I decided because they were so close to give them another chance. The young woman manager was very nice and so were the other employees. However, two weeks after an oil change, my coolant light was on. When I took it in the employee stated that it was halfway done. That should have been taken care of with the oil change. Note, that I paid good money and requested the higher grade oil. Since the oil change (about three weeks) my car is indicating that it s ready for a change. I m going in tomorrow and expect to be taken care of. Obviously, it wasn t done correctly? I also expect a full refund. I know this is a stressful time of year and I don t mean to be a witch but what would ve happened had my engine conked.Service: Oil change

I went to the Jiffy Lube on 102nd and NE Halsey St. (Portland). This was my first time here and I should add I have had so piss poor experiences with other Jiffy Lube locations. The quality of service, the integrity and professionalism of the service people impressed me so much that I brought my truck in the next day for an oil change. Truly suggest if you had bad experiences with oil change locations give this Jiffy Lube a shot.Wil A.Service: Oil change

I have a lot of anxiety surrounding mechanics and anything to do with cars really because I've had some bad experiences in the past. I called this afternoon and spoke with Amanda and all my questions were answered! I was treated with kindness and spoken to with respect. Upon bringing my car in I was still feeling pretty uncomfortable but the manager Leo takes me through everything and explained to me exactly what my car needs. He was honest and gave me plenty of options as to how to handle everything. I felt like I was actually in control of what they were doing to my vehicle. Which is a big deal for me! He even changed my brake lights for free since my car ended up needing more work than I anticipated! I really appreciate the kindness that all the employees here have shown me and the patience they showed when I asked a million questions. Thank you all so much! I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart! And I will never get an oil change anywhere else! <3

Jiffy Lube got me money then gave me wrong oil and recommendations. It should be just 3700miles per oil change range but they said it synthetic and gave me the sticker for 5000 miles per oil change. Such a scammer when you guys treat clients like this.

Hi my name is Pavel Barbara I do came to Jify Lube for 2 consecutive days! Today is 12-20-2022 and after 2 time was changee my quote message I pay cash $410 dollars for change the spark plugs and the car is still not in running condition and a lady came and yelling on me and my wife and cousins at me so those people do not care I am on Disability and pay for it half of my money to them ! The Manager do not talk with me also and they do not care!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went in for a transmission oil change with filter, and an a new fuel filter, there was aMiner problem with the gas filterplastic clip that tightens the hose.Chris and the employes went beyond the call of duty to solve the problem.Chris was very polite, and professional with great customer service.I will continue to service my car at this Jiffy Lube location on 103rd and Halsey st.Thank all you all for your dedicationAnd excellent service , a job well doneGuys.Dave Schefter

I've always been iffy about going to jiffy for some unknown reason, but this place was on top of it. They didn't have the filter I needed for my vehicle but called another store and it was delivered quickly. The manager was super nice, people friendly and a hockey fan. This was by far one of the better experiences I've had. They kept me informed while I waited. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!

OMG, unbelievable, these guys are super helpful and really/honestly taking care of their customers. This morning I stopped by to change my car oil, when they checked and said you still have 2000 miles to drive but the engine oil is little bit low and filled it for free.I said please check the brake pads, they checked pads with all other inspections for free and said you are good to go, pads are still have life.They spent their time and didn t charged me.If I was stopped by other places, imagine what would happened to me this morning, maybe spending more then 600$ first thing in the morning.I would say thank you for your consideration/superior support for your customers/visitors.Highly appreciated and I highly recommend this for all rather than other places. stars for being honest

This jiffy lube I believe is store 25. Leo the manager was extremely friendly and prompt. The service here was very good. We were assisted quickly even though there was line of cars we only waited 20 minutes to have the car evaluated for any leaking hoses attached to the radiator. Leo did not find any leaks and sent us on our way. I was happy to know we were fine. I would recommend this location to everyone. That place is a great!

Awful. After waiting 20-minutes I was informed they did not have the oil I usually use in stock and it would be at least a week wait. But they would be happy to upgrade me to premium for $90.00. I drove away and was able to get service for $35.00 elsewhere. Seriously?????!

Had a great experience here! Morgan the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely welcoming when I pulled up which I really appreciated. The team was very prompt and efficient. Will definitely be getting my oil changes here from now on! Thanks Jiffy Lube!

These guys were amazing! They found a ton of issues on my old, unmaintanenced truck, which they explained and gave a lot of discounts. They fixed everything for about a third of what they could have charged, and despite how much work was done I still paid a reasonable price. They made a genuine connection and did good work. Pulled right into bay and it still took 1/2 hour. Four employees "working". Appeared to be standing around more than working. Seemed like they would rather be doing something else and didn't really care about the customer. I have never had just an oil change take 30 mins. The lost three customers because of the wait.

Leo the manager and his staff provided a wonderful experience. I was curious about the different types of oils, location of my cabin filter, and other aspects of my truck and Leo took the time to show me the locations of my trucks components and even took me under the truck to show me the underside components. I enjoyed my visit and recommend this location.

Extremely friendly / fast service. Jason was a huge help...had a mixup on which oil my car should use (all owners fault). Upon realizing the issue and bringing my vehicle back into the shop, Jason was extremely helpful and courteous in correcting the issue and also waived the initial conventional oil cost from my final bill. 100% would recommend.
