Hello. there was a problem at your one and service departments. when changing the transmission oil, the fastening of the lower protection plate was damaged and they refused to repair it. the previous time when I changed the engine oil, there was also a problem: the fastening of the protective plate was torn off and it was not returned to the place of fastening. I had to repair the fasteners myself later. and this time the same situation. at my request to repair or somehow fix it, they said that everything was like that. they did not break anything there.Work Order # : 1292Date: 02/11/24 4:06 pmInvoice # 7759273

Don t take the word of a fake tree. I don t know who twisted their branches in a knot this jiffy lube is amazing. They go the extra mile to make sure you re safe on the road and are friendly while doing it. I m not sure what is in your car that makes you uncomfortable letting a tech get in and drive all of 10 feet, but it s their job they are professional while doing it. Maybe try spreading your leaves, climb out of that car and have a conversation with someone new. You never know you might just meet another Willow tree, or make a bud-dy. :)

Took my 2018 Honda Civic in to get an oil change. Later in the day, I discovered that "rock guard" was dragging on the ground. Jiffy Lube didn't properly bolt it back into place after doing my oil change. Apparently this is a pretty common thing. I went back and they fixed it and gave me back my money on the oil change. That was nice of them, but they shouldn't have done this to begin with. I will not go back to any Jiffy Lube for future oil changes.

I was treated so rudely here today. I wanted to stay in the car during the oil change and he said it is against the policy. That's okay. No problem. But the way the conversation went with Tyler was just so unnecessarily hostile and rude.I said I was surprised because I had always stayed in the car before and wondered when the policy had changed. He said "if you don't like it you don't have to get your oil changed here" and "don't use our business if you don't like it" in a rude and sort of aggressive way.I felt shocked and verbally attacked by his tone. I never used a rude tone or refused to go inside.I was going to just take his advice and leave but I had a brake light out as well as needing the oil change. So I parked the car and went inside and talked to Cody.Cody saved the situation by being civil and helping find a coupon for my oil change.I didn't want to go into it with tyler but the reason I had questioned the policy at all is I injured my back recently and getting in and out andsitting in the lobby is difficult.I have been a customer of jiffy lube for 25+ years but I'm thinking of changing due to how I was treated there today

They had a policy change where they now have to park the car over the grease pit and can't stay in our own vehicle.Tools were used that are normally not used to finish certain tasks, and the vibe was off.It is now inconvenient and uncomfortable having a stranger in the car, and it's far from as jiffy as the name suggests now.This is enough for me to not want to return to this location, as that was the only selling point.

Well trained professionals like Jake made this easy. I was treated with respect and my car was handled correctly and professionally. The staff was focused on doing a great job and having me leave happy. Nobody tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. It was easy and fast. They are close to my home, but I would drive miles to go to this shop. Too bad everybody isn't this good.

Dont buy a 3 pack oil change online they wont honor it if you buy the wrong one.And the said they randomly expire.Also they used a dirty rag on all of my widaows and had to clean there mess of when I left there wont go back to that place

I came into this location and was greeted my Corey i think his name was, he was very helpful and kind and listened to my needs. The lobby was very clean( way better than a few months ago) I spoke with Cody who was looking stuff up on the computer and he was very knowledgeable about the services. Corey didn t pressure me at all about my vehicle Wish I could give 10 stars I recommend the location over all of them I will be returning.Service: Oil change

Quick stop during a road trip since our check oil light came on - we have an older Subaru - legit 7 minutes in and out for an oil change and all the checks. Jiffy Lube usually is quick with their services, but I was impressed with the team here!

Definitely will not be going there again. First off the appearance of the shop help was creepy. Second off they refused to change my car oil because they didn t have a filter. What kind of oil change company does carry a oil filter for a 2014 Chevy Cruze? I had a oil filter with me that I had bought from Auto Zone and they refused to use it. Definitely not worth paying them for what they call customer service!

I always visit this location for my oil changes. It's close to my house, and the employees are friendly and give great service. On my most recent visit I was surprised to find that one of the technicians had vacuumed the interior of my car, and cleaned the INSIDE of my windshield!

I have used this location now for a while and always get good quick service and they really know their stuff ! Cody is a great guy and always coordinates all my needs and gets me on my way . This my go-to place for oil changes , fluid changes and replacements and now they've replaced burned out brake light bulbs too ...I'll be back Cody Services: Brakes, Oil change

Very bad experience. I missed an important meeting because I had to wait plus 30 minutes for an oil filter that they didn't have in stock. I go there for and pay the most expensive oil change service and you don't have an oil filter, it's a big shame on you.

Use any other jiffy lube. So the jiffy lube website says y'all will change light bulbs. So I come in, eight months pregnant, and ask them to change my light. There are three techs there and no other customers. They said "oh unfortunately we can't do that" in regards to changing a headlight because the tire has to come off. I brought the light with me. So I call the jiffy lube up the street. They were happy to take my money to change my headlight. Y'all really prioritize you guys sitting around over doing a service listed on your website. Thank for nothing boys.

Nathaniel was the most professional service member I ve ever seen in my life. Not only did he change my oil and transmission fluid along with multiple other services, but when I needed to run some errands while waiting he built me a go cart by hand to drive around town in. He then also payed all of my bills and gave me a full home cooked meal. I have recommended this location to everyone who will listen, I lost my job telling customers how great my experience was. With a coupon, great prices on oil changes!They also topped up my air when my light came on (with a cold snap in winter) for free.I love these guys!So fast, too!
