They are soooo nice here and very honest. They even fixed a problem caused by a competitor -who didn t put back all the bolts- for free! David the owner, Joe the manager, and all of their team are the best! This is the only Jiffy Lube I trust.

Just got my oil changed - unbelievably quick and professional. They literally taught me things about my car (that I should know). Joseph, Krystal, and David (and crew) were phenomenal - highly recommend.

Joe, Nick, and Dave were all so incredibly helpful! In and out in an hour and they saved us hundreds by going above and beyond! Won t be getting my car serviced anywhere but here. They re the best! Thanks again guys!

Usually get my oil changed here and this last time they went above and beyond!!!! The guys are great, funny and kind and ready to help. If you want great customer care then come here, you and your car will be thankful.

This Jiffy Lube is near my house, so I always use it as a first point of call when I have an issue large or small. They are always courteous and truly friendly and give me options. Never any pressure!

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful! My husband had a fun chat with one of the employees about Honda's and he enjoyed himself when talking with the staff. Our oil change cost us about $30!

Rotated my tires for $20 Juiced up the ride. Got brake fluids good to go, just before the Ice Storm. AWD drove like a dream through the entire storm.

They give prices before they start anything and give everything a once over, topping up some fluids and even vacuuming the floors.David is very sweet, and makes sure to keep you informed throughout the process.

went to Jiffy Lube next to Albertsons on Beaverton Hillsdale HWY and had a great experience! John I believe was the managers name and he was very nice, and shared some helpful tips regarding my car battery. My car wouldn't start and they diagnosed it for me very quickly and even had a replacement battery there in 20 minutes. In all I had a brand new battery in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys

They were not the ones that originally changed my oil a few days prior but helped me reset the oil change code on the car computer. Much appreciated.

Service was fast, friendly and good. Just make sure you discuss in the beginning what they will do and how much it will cost.I pulled in and asked for "just an oil change" before I know it they were checking my alternator and wiping my windows, etc... Apparently they decided to give me some super ultra oil change service for $100.It was an ok price for what they did... I just did not need or want it done.

Great experience. I went in for an oil change. Serena and other staff members went above and beyond. Serena worked with my insurance to fix a windshield rock chip at no cost to me. She also meticulously cleaned stubborn sticky residue off of my windows while I waited for the repairs.

Management and staff will lie just to upsell people on services they don t want.Partner took my car in today for an oil change and to flush transmission, asked for exactly that. Staff assured them that they would check transmission fluid (they never did) and then went out of the way to upsell them on an engine flush, telling them that it was the same as a transmission flush which is a flat out lie.I called in while they were doing the work to find out what was going on. Manager tried to claim my partner never asked about transmission flush/fluid and stated that their store doesn t even have transmission fluid in supply(?). He then went on some kind of awful sales pitch, telling me what a good deal I was getting because the work usually costs $250 but I was getting the oil change and engine flush for only $150. I firmly stated that this engine flush was not something I wanted and was not the same as a transmission flush, and further that they mislead my partner in order to upsell them on this unneeded service. He rudely denied it over and over and refused to offer any remedy to the situation.

Professional and friendly staff. They were quick and efficient and did not hesitate to greet me upon my arrival, even though the bays were full when I arrived. I came into this Jiffy Lube thinking I would need an oil change but the EXTREMELY friendly staff told me there was a Free top-up policy and that's all I needed. While I was there they checked the tires and the fluids and sent me on my way--a VERY HAPPY customer. A super friendly bunch of guys that REALLY made my day. Thanks Jiffy Lube

Unsafe location especially during rain, poor service with impatient staff. Jiffy lube always under performs, if you want anything better tha wal-mart quality service, go any where else.

What a great group of guys! Brought my Acura in for a quick Trans flush and oil change and didn't want to leave. So much knowledge and fun energy here. So refreshing to come to a fast lube shop and have your car worked on by real mechanics and real cool people! Will only bring my car to these guys for my fluid services! THEY DO WINDOW REPAIR TOO!

I ve been in a few times for services here and I m so grateful to have the team at Store #1010 in my neighborhood. I just left and the AGM John was super helpful, kind, honest and communicative about time frames for my car, costs, and maintenance. Sometimes it s intimidating going to a mechanic but this place is friendly, fast, and does it right. Reading from my receipt - Adela, Levi, David, and Alexander all worked on my car tonight and they were all great. I even saw them cleaning my windshield just for the heck of it - not performative, just good service. Give these ppl a raise! Thanks again guys.

Sometimes the world gives you a bad week and then slaps you in the face when you find the silver lining. Fortunately people like Joe and Jason work at this jiffy lube. After a week from hell, on my way to finally go on a date with my spouse, I hear a tap tap clunk and then a hiss. My spare tier had been stolen out of my car years ago, and it's 6pm, everyone is closed. Joe and Jason stayed an hour late to patch my tire with a patch kit we had and I was able to drive off to replace it the next day.

This jiffy lube had such a fun and friendly staff. They were very clear when recommending services for my car. Answered any questions that came up and made the experience enjoyable. I notice how much happier my car sounds now!This made this mundane chore the highlight of my day.

Professional staff gave me options and quickly performed needed services. Car is running better and smoother already. Nice teamwork on this staff. Overall value was good but price for tire rotation was too high.
