Best day ever! I recently had my oil changed at another Jiffy Lube location. I was driving on the freeway when I noticed a terrible screeching sound coming from underneath my vehicle. Thankfully, I was able to get my vehicle in to the Cornell location right away. Rob was the one who assisted me and he immediately noticed the skid plate was hanging loose, and reattached. (probably from the oil change I just received elsewhere.) He also noticed that the sound was coming from my brakes and most likely needed replacing. They were able to work on my vehicle to replace The brakes on the spot. Rob and the Jiffy Lube crew began on the brakes. I received a phone call within minutes of leaving to let me know that they found a rock between the rotor and the brakes. And that was what caused the awful sound! Even better news, I didn t have to get my brakes replaced quite yet! Thank you, for speedily assisting me and my vehicle as well as the honest service this afternoon. Highly recommend, and will use them in the future if I m in Oregon!

Had a family road trip from Canada down south to San Diego and Vegas. Went back up oil needs to be change, I was close by at this location in Portland NW CORNELL. I walked in early morning, lady in charge ARIEL was very polite, helpful, kind, honest and specific on what's appropriate to be done. Derek, Avery and Joey at this location were all great. Got the work done within an hour! Job well done! Went back home in Canada safe and no issues. Bless your heart.

Worst oil change experience of my life. First off, there was someone "cleaning" my windows, but he used a wet cloth and all purpose spray which left bright blue residue smears all over my windows. Second, I asked specifically for 5w30HM, which has been used in my car for well over 5 years now, and despite me saying this multiple times, they put in 5w20. I understand that for my vehicle specifically it calls for 5w20, but many years ago it was switched to 5w30HM, which is totally appropriate for my car still, but it cannot just be switched over the another oil type willy nilly. My car is used to 5w30. Anyways, I told them to switch it, they kept telling me I was in the wrong and, by my direction, asked their supervisor what to do in this situation, and what do you know... she told them it was best to keep it as the oil that's been in my car if there haven't been any issues with that. For some reason, they asked several men after that if she was right and she was... so they FINALLY put in the oil I asked for. RIDICULOUS. On top of that, it took 30 minutes to get my oil changed, with only one other vehicle in the bay. And they asked me on 3 different occasions if I wanted my air filter changed. Seriously? One "no" is not good enough? The only person who seemed like they actually knew what they were doing was the female lead there. The only female. If I was Jiffy Lube I would seriously considered hiring a new crew for this location. I will never go back. And it cost $69 dollars, and that was with $25 off. Jesus.

Sensor on my car said all my tires were flat. Panicked I called Jiffy Lucy, Rob answered the phone and told me he d take care of everything. When I got there, Rob checked all the tires, filled them with air. Didn t charge anything because it s a free service. Good way to get a repeat customer.

They wanted $92 for an oil change. Honestly, just go to Meineke. They will do a basic oil change plus a little more for only $36. And they also did a little lookover and told me what was wrong with it and offered to fix it on the spot.

I would give this store 0 stars if i could - worst experience of my life. I came in for an oil change that was advertised for $79.99 outside the store only to be told that the bill would be $103 as they were starting the service. When i asked I got two different stories. Story 1 was that it was not their sign and Story 2 was that it did not include extra fees such as a delivery fee and a 4x4 fee. In the end, I had them put the car back to its original state and drove down to Xpresso Lube where they did the oil change for the advertised price of $79.99 and the Xpresso Lube even threw in a 10% discount. Stay clear of this Jiffy Lube unless you enjoy paying upsell and bogus fees.

Just had my oil changed yesterday at this Jiffy Lube. Today, this is what my garage floor and skid plate look like. Oil residue is now spread over my entire chassis and exhaust system. When I spoke to the manager today, he said that they noticed the oil leaking as I drove away, but they made no effort to contact me to resolve the issue. I highly recommend that you steer clear of this location.***Just a quick update. As of 12/2/2022, after providing all info requested in "Owner's Reply", I have heard nothing back. I understand a little better now that management doesn't care about quality customer service because the owner clearly doesn't. Good to know.Service: Oil change

I found an Oil leak on my garage floor. Wasn't sure if it was from my car or a "worker" I had repairing a water leak in the garage ceiling.Jiffy checked it out for me -- said I didn't have a leak and were nice, prompt and efficient. I will be back another time. They also do DEQ Permits --so keep that in mind. Closer than going to DEQ off of Sunset Highway.

49 and raining and they have a guy holding a sign for a discount on oil changes out there. No rain coat, no umbrella. He s drenched. I can t in good conscience support a business that subjects their workers to this on what I assume is really low pay. When I called to ask about this they did not pick up the phone.

Very convenient. All prices are posted. No surprises. They are very fast and easy access. I do have a small suggestion. Don't make people drive inside. Just take the keys right before so the employee can drive the car better and position it on the right spot on top of the opening in the floor.

This time I had to go down to one star. My son took his car over there for an oil change. After the oil change, we notice an oil leak. We took it back to them and they told us that everything looked fine and without leaks. I really didn't want to say that, because I go over there for years, but they where lying straight to our face. I know how to change the oil myself and decide to check it out. They put so much torque into the drain plug that smashed the washer. A good mechanic has to know that those have a torque spec and you just can't tight it too much. They did a terrible job causing a leak and kept telling us that we where wrong. I do oil changes in my vehicles for many years and I can tell that they messed up. I purchased a ramp and changed the oil myself putting a new washer and following the correct torque specs. My concern now is that if it keeps leaking, it means that they messed up the threads in the oil pan. After this, I just don't trust them anymore.Service: Oil change

Came in for an oil change today. Afterwards I drove downtown. On my way back, three different lights came on, including the check engine light. My car has never had lights come on. I take good care of it and do all recommended maintenance. I drove back to jiffy lube and told them what happened and a kid that looked like he was 19 or so said he didn't know why a check engine light would come on after an oil change. I told him to pop the hood, and make sure all the caps were screwed on right and that nothing was out of place. He popped the hood and told me it looked like the tube to the air filter had "come loose". I saw them take the Air filter out and inspect it when they did the oil change so I know a technician knocked it loose during the inspection . They put the tube back in place and told me the lights should go off. I asked if they could run the machine on the check engine light to make sure it wasn't anything else. They said the machine was broken. I went across the street to AutoZone and had them run it. Mass air flow error code came back. I'm hoping they fixed the issue by reattaching that hose and the lights will turn off soon or I'm going to have to take it to a mechanic. I don't think I'll be returning here.

Went for an oil change and filter change. stated don t remove the air filters , the mechanics removed them anyway , said that I didn t want them changed . This was the mess I was left with my footwell with the filter rammed back in and not secured with the panel off , and screws loose in the engine bay , not knowing this left a screw fell out and bounced around the bay potentially causing damage . First time at jiffy lube and the last . I m showing anyone who asks these photos and advising to stay away.A month later I have noticed that the oil is low already and when I added more noticed all the t20 screws mainly missing and only 3 of 12 remained . The manager reached out once hasn t replied back to me . Stay as far away as you can

Service was courteous and quick. The DEQ Two is much easier and convenient than traveling to the DEQ test facilities.

One of their techs has been using my email address for multiple vehicles, spamming me about check ups for cars I don't own, with random names attached. Would never recommend a shop that allows that!

I had a great experience taking my car in for the starter and for spark plugs. The manager "Greg" and his guys did a fantastic job! They worked fast and very Cleary explained to me how long and how much the repairs would cost. I recommended this Jiffy Lube location to everyone. Really good service!

I love driving into this Jiffy Lube and can count on excellent service every time. Whether it's an oil change, a question about my engine light or a brake job, assistant general manager Sparks and his team always exceed my expectations. The prices are reasonable, the customer service is exceptional, and the wait time is minimum. This Jiffy Lube is true to its name...Superb care care in a Jiffy.

Can't say that my experience today was any better. I tried to give this location another chance. Quoted $126.32 for just oil & filter ( a Honda Civic). I know prices have gone up all over but this is not even competitive. My guess is that this review as well as others is just the cost of owning a business. My 4 vehicles won't be serviced there in the future. SMH

I don t usually post reviews, but the team at this Jiffy Lube location was awesome. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. My car battery died and I was able to get it over to them right before closing, then left my car overnight and came back in the morning to a new battery and oil change. The Auto Zone across the street also makes it quick to get new parts (battery in my case!). Will definitely continue to go back to this location for all my car needs.

Went to get my oil changed and out of no where my check engine light and loss traction light came on. Went back and they diagnosed the problem but didn t do anything about it. Friendly people but this seems to be a reoccurring issue at this location. The gentleman next to me got the wrong tires ordered by the shop.

We are frequent customers of this location for oil change service on all of our cars.My wife took one of them in and they upsold her on a bunch of items and charged her $186. $50 to top off coolant? Really? It's beyond unethical, it's criminal to take advantage of a female as such.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.
