I was very surprised to how fast the service was preformed.The Mecanic was friendly, and attentive and listened carefully to what I needed to be done in my car.The waiting area was clean, and comfortable and the price for the work preformed was a plus.

I showed up on a Sunday morning right when they opened and it took a little bit for them to get set up because there were a couple of us, but they were kind and courteous nonetheless. They have a little waiting area that's nice in case you don't want to wait in the car. They changed my oil and even vacuumed the floor which I really appreciated. My only gripe is that I asked how much it would cost to replace my windshield wipers and they said $39.99, but did not mention that it was per wiper. I found out at the end. I didn't mind because I needed it done, but it would have been nice if that was made a little more clear. Would definitely come back next time I need service.

I took my car into this Jiffy Lube location today, and am extremely pleased with the courteous and outstanding service I received from Jack and Matthew! It s so refreshing to have such professional and friendly service in a business! I ll definitely be coming back!

Jack r did a good job at explains what needed to be done at the jiffy lube I went to here in Portland he also helped feel confident that the rite things where being done and that even had examined things himself like an air filter and things and he was nice and also kept me updated Wich made me feel better. Sometimes I m worried about what s being done or if it needs it so I had more confidence in the team of people that helped me yesterday. Thanks

This place is the biggest joke in the world. My husband is a travel nurse we were in Orgeon. He recently took a job in Philadelphia as we are about to have a child. Before we headed home we got an oil change done here. We drove it home no complications and then one day our engine was bumping and the check engine light went on. We took it to the Nissan dealer who told us our engine seized due to an oil change being done incorrectly. The dipstick was not put back making the oil leak into the engine. I called jiffy lube and putIn a ticket. The manager, Mike Buchanan, informed me that he researched my vehicle and he knows a sensor should have gone on cause the report from the Nissan dealer stated low oil ( it did not say how low the oil was , so I'm confused about how much research on a 2018 Nissan pathfinder indicates how low my specific oil was , but know it all Mike with the great life managing jiffy lube knows). He then told me that the warranty only covers 3000 miles ( which is totally understandable if the job was done correctly ) however, the intelligence of the workers here is much like their manager and they didn't put the dipstick back in the proper place. Then Mike told me that it was us who messed up the dip stick cause we should of check our oil before our drive back to Philly. I'm not sure about anyone else but when I just get an oil change in preparation for my long drive back I assume the workers at jiffy lube would of handled that( pretty laughable he thinks his customers should double check his technicians work.) Finally when I informed him I would be writing reviews and opening tickets back up until this is fixed her told me he would try to get the review taken down and I was talking in circles and when I said I work in advertising you can't take down reviews you said he would say I was 2800 miles over their 3000 mile warranty, I guess he forgot his research on my vehicle since it says oil should be set changed every 6000 miles. Also, the warranty shouldn't be in effect when the job is done incorrectly. We are trying to get start a with new chapter in our life and these people are helping us by destroying our engine and making us get a new car while still having big payments on this one. 1000000 percent would not recommend going here !!

They forgot to put a reminder sticker in my window telling me when my next oil change is due. Your data on how often differential fluid needs to be changed is bogus. NO manufacturer recommends changing every 15-30K miles. My owners manual says 100-125K miles. Your prices for those services are higher than the dealer too!

Went in for a check engine light knowing oil was a part of the problem. Very quickly and with much knowledge, Sky was not only able to assist me, but also help resolve and solve what may be the problem. Jiffy gets the 5 star solely based on Sky's customer service, speed and knowledge. Thank you very much Sky!...thank you Jiffy lube

The service was efficient and fast, no wait time. I have an issue with the two men I communicated with. They both talked very fast, loud and aggressively, like circus barkers.It was like they were trying to sell me something, but I was already buying it! It was difficult to understand them, off-putting and annoying.

I have a Ram 1500 ecodiesel and by manual it takes 30 minutes to drain all the engine oil. When I pulled to this location I was told, "We're not going to keep it in the bay for thirty minutes."

Service at first was great, had a great experience. Got an oil change, changed a filter engine flush(dumb move on my part to opt in to this). I drove 30 miles and my truck was over heated, opened the hood to find the coolant tank bone dry. I grabbed my other car to get coolant, poured it into the tank and the coolant is spewing out from somewhere I cannot see. I called back the same day and the response of the person I spoke to was "Well, I hope you can figure it out". Zero responsibility or accountability taken. You can see in the pictures that it was clearly spraying inside of the engine bay. Had to get a tow truck, $600.

The techs are wonderful! They are respectful, kind, courteous -- can't say enough good words about them! I feel really comfortable with this Jiffy Lube. My car was damaged while waiting to get an oil change. They put up a windshield wiper stand with wheels on an uneven surface and it was blown over by the wind into my car.It's been months and the regional manager has been slow boating working with me to agree to the repairs.The store manager John told me the regional manager James Kelly who is responsible in resolving this incident has been on vacation because he has to use his PTO before the end of the year. These guys are terrible at working for the customer and are marching to corporate orders.Never going to any jiffy lube again.

I had some recent brake issues that developed on my way to get an oil change. The team at the Barbur blvd. location took great care of me and provided excellent service. They were kind, helpful and transparent with the diagnosis. Thank you all! The mechanics did not fill my coolant at my last oil change. My heater stopped working and my car was overheating. Ford quoted me $180 just for the diagnostic, but fortunately I had a mechanic friend suggest I check the coolant first. This isn t the first time Jiffy Lube has caused issues with my car. I d look for local mechanics and not huge franchises.

Hello, I brought my Genesis car in for an oil change, and initially, I didn't notice any engine oil leakage. However,after oil changing when I started driving, I suddenly saw that the engine was leaking oil. I took it to the repair shop, and I was quite worried. The mechanic said that the oil filter was improperly sealed, and they fixed it, stopping the oil leakage. . This repair cost me $100.They also pointed out that I didn't have an air filter for my car

I arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday, I was traveling through Portland when my air tire light came on. They were extremely friendly and helpful.They provided the service for FREE even after I offered to pay.If I lived in that neighborhood, I would definitely recommend their service.

This place pushes lots of extras at you which are overpriced and the staff is incredibly rude. I get the feeling that employees think their customers are complete idiots, and they don't really hide that view.In my most recent visit I didn't even manage to park my car before the employee started chewing me out for not following his directions closely enough while parking. This was after about 5 or 10 seconds of interaction. It was a blessing in disguise, because I left and found that the prices at Jiffy Lube aren't competitive. I got an oil change from down the street at Valvoline for cheaper.

Great customer service! Time well spent for my oil change! They even offered me a cold water bottle while I waited, and I got my sticker for mileage when to return! Great job!

I felt informed and respected. The staff were not pushy and let me make my own decisions based upon their recommendations. They also showed me visual evidence when I asked to see what they were referring to. Also they updated me on times to completion. Great job everybody!
