By far the best car buying experience I ever had! Friendly staff who makes you feel welcome, and not pressured. No haggle pricing, with fair trade in values just to name a few. My certified pre owned Jaguar was one of the more affordable options, but I was treated just as if I was purchasing a brand new $100k vehicle. I was very appreciative of the personal attention, and accommodations that I received. When arriving to pick up my vehicle, I was astounded to find that it was immaculately detailed and waiting for me in its own private showroom! I am 100% looking forward to purchasing my future vehicles from Jaguar Land Rover Portland as well!

This shop and dealership are the most crooked I have ever seen. They even threatened to sue me if I spoke out again them with my truth about what they did. Brought the jaguar f pace in. Had a message light. They worked on it for an hour. Said everything was fine. They topped the fluids. Said just get an oil change when you can. I said ok I will take it to my normal one since they were a week or so out. Leave and 5 miles down the freeway it steaming and overheated. I called them to get a ride back. They said well we don t do that and call AAA. I said u just had it and the AAA and husband who had to get off work to get me said you left the radiator cap loose. So it lost all its liquid. So we had to pay for it to get towed and without another 450 dollar oil change they would not work on it. We had to pay to get it out and they said they would charge us daily rate for storage. Contacted a lawyer and they sent a demand letter that they ignored and said take us to court. So we are having to do that. This place is literally the worst ever. Please do not buy from them or go to their service dept. you will be so very sorry

Everyone here was amazing to work with. The showroom is impressive. The entire experience was the best I have ever had in buying a car. If you are in the market for an amazing experience and a vehicle to match, go to Jaguar/Land Rover in Portland.

Such a great experience. Front desk, sales staff, finance team all pleasant, not overbearing or pushy. Quick, easy. Haven t bought a car in nearly 20 years and hope not to need to for another 20 but will absolutely go here again if I need another car!

My experience with JLR of Portland has been top notch. Their sales staff are communicative and really want to get the right vehicle for you. We custom ordered a new 2024 F Pace and it came out better than we expected. Was a long wait but was worth it. Have had to work with their service dept once and that couldn t have gone any smoother and made me feel like they really do care about satisfaction. So far 10+ service!

I ve had my F-type serviced there a few times. It s never been a great experience. Their customer service is terrible.The employees are not really trained and do not provide you with all the info. Last time I took my car in, the person on the phone failed to mention they would keep the car for 3 days till I asked for the timing. The other time they kept my car overnight without any communication even though they told me later that afternoon. They try to be sneaky.Being the only one in the state they can get away with the sub par service. My advice, do yourself a favor a don t buy a Jaguar, at least not if this dealership is your only option.

Reading about the service department, it seems to be the problem... I Just took my FPace to get serviced... Randy Anderson has always been very helpful and very accommodating. . Had reserved a loner because it was supposed to take a full day. But when I got there, no Loaner to be found. Randy said if I wait, he will get it done around noon. It was done plus new batteries in my fobs and a new lid for my one fob... I can't say enough about Randy... I have been looking at getting a new vehicle, but was not going for another Jaguar because to service it. I drive an hour plus one way ... but because Randy is so accommodating and friendly , I just might get another Jaguar . Thank you Randy... I am truly happy with my service . Maybe they need to get better service people.

Drove my F Type R to the dealership for an oil change and a O2 sensor and had to tow it away NOT DRIVABLE.They Took my car apart and did not put it back together!!!! And tried to charge me for it!! NOT HONORING THE WARRANTYI purchased a new front drivers side axle less than a year ago from this dealer. They had to re-boot it about 4 months after because when I tried to sell the car it was not installed correct. So that cost me the sale of the car. I decided to just keep it after repair. Now here we are again the boot on the axle broke. They offered while it was there For the oil change to re-boot it under warranty. Then after having the car for 2 weeks they said they could not do it because the engine mount was bad. I offered to pay for the engine mount if they would warranty the boot as they said they would. They would not honor the warranty. But let me say this, why did it keep failing to begin with and how did they not notice the bad engine mount the whole time .. they just kept taking my money. I said ok just put my car back together and toss my old boot back on and I ll fix it. They said ok. They said car is ready. But my cars axle was left with out the boot and reinstalled . and the greasy boot was in the trunk. So now my car is not even drivable. The best part is they did not tell me this. I only found out after I had the car towed home and started reading the detailed notes. Stating they did not put my axle boot back on . This Potently causing even more damage. It would have cost me a full axle or more if I don t not read through everything.Also to top it all this axle I paid to replace when I said the car needed a new differential it was making noise from the rear. They said no it the front axle I said are you sure. They replaced it. Then made me drive all the way out and get the car to find out is was not fixed when they said it was the first time. And I had to leave it again. There quality checks after repairs are a joke. As it was not fixed. So then they got even more money out of me a year ago. No confidence in their service department anymore.. they have cost me so much time and money and even a sale of the car.**Update one of the techs broke off a bunch of bolts under my car(only dealer to work on the car) and they will not return my calls or messages or resolve any issues.**

Working in this industry you talk with a lot of different people and can be frustrating for anyone in a collision, shop side or customer side. Luis is the parts department is OUTSTANDING! He went above and beyond for our collision shop to track down a missing piece for an insurance claim we desperately needed and have searching for month to find. The going above and beyond for us was not only appreciate on our side, but the attention to detail this gentleman has is so amazing. Jaguar is very fortunate to have an individual working from them like Luis. Tank you again Luis for helping us out!!!!

Worked with Nate Kavan to Order our Range Rover sport diesel and our experience was awesome !! Nate helped us figure out exactly what we needed in our sport and place and order that we are now so happy with. Nate is a super cool guy and has so much knowledge it really helped us figure out what we really wanted.Nate even made sure our ski rack was installed when we picked it up so we could head straight to the mountains :) I Highly suggest working with hime on any JLR purchase !

DO NOT buy any Jaguar as they have a inconsiderate customer service when you need the most. We had a Jaguar f-pace which began to show issues with the infotainment system. It used to turn off in middle of driving the car and come back after few mins. We visited the service center numerous times, sometimes during our work hours. Even after 2-3 months the issue still persisted. We then contacted the corporate office for the customer service. Since the car was under Jaguar provided warranty we expected we could get the car replaced. But the corporate office being insensitive to it s customers did not entertain this request. We were just told to carry on going to the service center the 4th time. I advise anyone looking for a reliable service after they buy a car, DO NOT buy a Jaguar product, or they might suffer a lot after.

Hugely disappointed.I took my car in for service and they don't give any loaner. They kept my car for 4 days and it was still in queue to get serviced by a technician. Then they wanted to keep it over the weekend while I was taking Uber to work daily. I finally got my Carl back without service. What a shame.... this will be my last Jaguar ever.

I am very disappointed in this dealership. I took my E-pace in for service nearly two weeks ago. The windshield was leaking. I dropped it off on a Saturday. On Wednesday I get a text from my Service Technician telling me he would give me an update in the next day or two. Friday morning I had not heard anything from him, so I sent him a text asking for an update. I never heard back from him. So Friday afternoon I call the dealership and ask to speak to him. I had to wait for him to call me back. He told me he would let me know on Tuesday or Wednesday what the status was. So today is Wednesday (late in the day) and guess what...I haven t heard from him. So I called the dealership and the phone rang and rang and rang - no answer.... So I get in their website site and found a different number to call. So I am told he will call me later and let me know what s going on. We ll see... For a luxury car dealership I expected much better service.

We had an excellent purchasing experience at Jaguar Portland this week. Although the new facility is a bit daunting, the staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Our sales advisor, David Johnson, was knowledgeable, kind and went to bat for us to make sure we got what we wanted. The purchase was fairly straightforward and simple to execute. I appreciated the social distancing and the quick turnaround on the changes we requested. Thank you David for a great experience!

I am so pleased with Jaguar Portland dealership. Nate was amazing from the first meeting we had to the time I pick up my car. He helped me with customizing my dream car and kept me updated through the process. He made my car shopping experience smooth and stress free. And the new location is so gorgeous. I came here based on the reputation of the Land Rover vehicles, the style, and the ammenties offered in their automobiles. First off Mr. Kavan did an outstanding job of making my wife and I comfortable. He presented the two Discoveries we were interested in a friendly and professional manner. This dealership has the absolute best people in their service center. I've had the pleasure of working with Brandon multiple times and I couldn't be more pleased with our interactions. We recently purchased a 2020 Jaguar XE, so exciting as Jaguar has been a dream car of mine. We had the pleasure of working with Sal. I started talking to him on the phone weeks before going in, he was always attentive and supportive. I wasn't expecting to get a car when we walked into the dealership (just thinking about a future purchase), but after bringing up leasing with Sal, I was shocked at the deal they offered. If you're interested in a Jaguar (or Land Rover) stop by and see Sal and ask what they can do for you...you too may be surprised...and Sal's British accent is a bonus, no extra charge! So now we have my dream car, a Jaguar, the only problem is, my wife will be the primary driver!

I recently purchased a Jaguar F-Pace here and I should say I got the best car buying experience I have ever had. The vehicle was immaculate and priced right. Nate and Keili are compassionate sales professionals I worked with.Nate answered all my questions whether I contacted him via text message, call, email or in person. He gave incredible service and attention without cheesy or annoying pressure. In his absence for a day Keili was very helpful and accommodating. She walked me through the process in detail, no twisted conversations but clarity on every aspect. I just can t say enough positive things about my experiences working with Nate and Keili. The service is impeccable and professional.Just a note to thank-you for such an awesome experience buying my car. I m blown away. Thanks for not being a "typical" car dealer and for treating me so well. "Jaguar Portland is fantastic to deal with".

I came in today to check out some new vehicles. I wasn t looking to buy, just to see what Jaguar/Land Rover was up to these days.I was very happy to find a sales staff that was happy to show me their vehicles and give me demonstrations on their features. No hassle, just an informative trip around the lot. It was refreshing.I wish more dealerships were like this. And, income willing, I hope to be able to do business with them in the future. :)

Sal from Jaguar of Portland and staff made the entire process of buying a Jaguar painless and enjoyable. First time buying a Jaguar and because of the experience we will return to Jaguar Portland for all future buys; if they have the car we are looking for.

Wow, talk about a breath of fresh air and so completely unexpected after our prior experiences. My husband wanted to check out a car at this dealership, and from our previous experiences I had such low expectations that he barely got me over there. to give examples, our sales person at Landmark Ford had told us, "I think we are done with test drives for today" and we were looking at the MKS and MKZ....seriously? We had been repeat customers here buying a 350 Ford dually and other cars over the years. We were over at Dick Hannah and asked if they could move on the price of a car and just got a flat out, "no". We looked at the E series mercedes and, although, courteous, not even offered a drink. Sal, at Monte Shelton, was more than courteous from the start, and I was standing around in holey shorts, a t-shirt and beat-up tennis shoes. He got us specialty coffee, bottled water, was consistently personable and realized he was dealing with a person who actually wanted to spend money on a car...and we weren't buying a new jag, we were buying a used jag. I'm sold. Obviously, the cars are really comfortable and gorgeous, but there are other luxury cars out there that are comfortable and gorgeous. It was the customer service that finished the deal. My husband and I are just so tired of crappy, inconsistent customer service with people who don't work together and don't get things done or are just plain rude. That was not our experience here. Thanks Sal. To make matters even better, my husband asked them to look out for another used jag, and if it comes in the lot, to give him a call.

What a great experience we ve had at this dealership... we bought the car of our dream from this store. Thanks to all the staff members and particularly the salesperson (Sal Afzal) who helped us all the way to the end by understanding our specifications and working with us for 2 solid days to get the best deal and the best car that we felt connected towards. No haggling no twisted conversations and top notch clarity on every aspect of car buying. It s true that good cars can sell themselves but at the same time good car buying experience also comes from knowledgeable dealers who shares unbiased views and unparallel motivation and gears one in towards the right car and the dream car.

One of the best Dealerships to do business with. I ve bought two cars from Sal, F type and F pace. Both experiences were great. Sal made a point to have all of the paper work done when I came back to purchase both times. Sal was very patient to make sure we knew how to use the cars at delivery. Sal also continues to call and follow up to make sure everything is going good. I bought my first car from him over two years ago, and Sal would call me every six months.

Just closed the deal on a Jaguar E-Pace (literally). A fantastic car and a fantastic buying experience. Sal is the guy to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive and extremely patient (took 9 months for us to make up our mind). The dealership was clean, accommodating and had great inventory on hand. The new facility they are building by Washington Square Mall will be amazing. If you are interested in a Jaguar or Land Rover, I highly recommend you go see Sal.

Having dealt with a few dealerships in Portland/Beaverton, this dealership was the most satisfying to work with. The gentleman I worked with (Damon) was very professional and helpful in my search for a new car. Albeit only a few weeks, I've been very satisfied and love my new vehicle.
