Service was amazing. Wheeled the order out to my car and I was off, the lobby is a cool place as well with the engines on the stands and it allowed me to get an idea of the timing belt job before undertaking it myself. Worth the 3 hr drive and will go there again.

IPD Volvo is THE PLACE for Volvo parts, great customer service, and helpful information. Their stock of OEM, aftermarket upgrades, and performance modifications is exceptional. For well over a decade, they've been my go-to first choice for parts. Highly recommended.

EDITED: I had posted a review for iPd, mainly in response to a less than stellar experience I had with a part failure. Part was part of a kit, and 2 hoses failed. I called and let them know, and the representative offered me $25 credit (kit was $200+). Miffed, i accepted and moved on with my life.I eventually left a begrudging review, only to have one of the higher level staff members, Corey, see it by pure happenstance, and make an effort to look up my account, and call me. Corey was perplexed by my experience, immediately noting that it was improperly handled by the other employee, and within 15 minutes, we had a great conversation, he sent through a full refund for the amount of the kit, and I am happy to say I am back on team iPd. This is truly a great company with honest care for their customers and clientele. Don't hesitate to do business with them or call to talk specifics, they are happy to help their Volvo family.

Very friendly and helpful people working here. They re knowledgeable in all things Volvo, and able to provide creative solutions to weird problems you might be having. Nothing but respect for these fine folks. The lobby of their warehouse is also very cool with a couple of souped up Volvos on display. I always trust IPD to provide the parts I need at a reasonable price.

Amazing customer service both online and in person! I've ordered a few times online, returned one item (not quality related, just ordered incorrect part) with no issue. Recently traveled to Portland, so I had to stop in and check it out. Paul was super friendly and great to talk with. I felt like a kid in a candy store! Owning and loving Volvo's is a special thing, and these guys get it!

Love ipd I have been going there for years. I've had nothing but good luck with them. Most parts I get for my 240 are from them. I also love that everyone there are volvo enthusiasts and if you have any technical questions about anything for your volvo you can call in and they will give you the best advice they can 100/10 highly recommended.

Came here for some parts for my xc90 V8. They had almost all the parts that the local auto parts stores didn't have or had to special order (and were very expensive). The one they didnt have, the guy (Chris?) gave me the part number from a Volvo dealer so I could get it. Awesome! These guys know Volvos old and new and can get you the hard to find parts or point you in the right direction. Great service here, and OE, OE equivalent aftermarket parts at a good price. If you're in the Portland/Vancouver and have a older or newer Volvo and like to work on it yourself you need to come here. They're closed on weekends though so plan around that.

I absolutely love IPD! I've now had two Volvo 240's and they have just about every part to keep it running after 350,000 miles. I love that you have options between OEM, Aftermarket and their own improved parts. I'll continue to support them and their great customer service and fast shipping times!

Bought a sway bar kit, sport springs and an exhaust system on separate occasions for a p2 s60. I also owned a stage II 850r with all the mods coming from Ipd. The customer service they offer made the whole experience smooth and seamless even though I had to make changes to the order. Shipping was fast and easy (I live in Montreal, Canada) and the quality of their parts is truly commendable; everything was a perfect fit and was installed without any issue thanks to their clear instructions (even for someone with no mechanic experience like me). The upgrade is immediately obvious both after driving or simply when seeing the old and new parts side by side. You can tell they have spent lots of time with volvos and know what they're doing.Will definitively go back to them for other upgrades or simple maintenance needs. Ipd is a total no brainer.

The customer service is outstanding I have been struggling getting parts for a complete performance engine rebuild. (B230) it took over 1 year gathering the other parts and machining the head and combustion chambers. I bought some parts in 2021 and just got them installed, I noticed a defect and talked to the customer service (Kevin) he sent a new one the same day. In these times where it's hard getting parts and service I'm really happy with the service.Thanks Kevin!

I've owned Volvos for 20+ years from the 122s to the xc70 and this place has always been their to support my obsession. They are also one of the few places that when they see an issue with a Volvo part they produce their own. I will continue buying parts from IPD for many more years.

I have 2 bad transactions with IPD and their customer service never takes responsibility and will give you the run around in order to not have to honor their "warranty". My latest issue is their quick struts for my Volvo S60 2.4T.After a couple months they started rattling and got worse and worse as time went by. Took pictures and videos per his request and kept blaming it on this and that. After complying with all his requests double & triple checking the install, it was the Shock assembly after all. Then he has the audacity to tell me to buy another brand new pair, install them, get another alignment, ship the old ones back all at my cost obviously then maybe just maybe they will give me a refund after waiting for them to " investigate and test the parts" ??? Maybe they should have did that before selling me these pieces of junk that don't last even a full year.GO WITH FCP EURO or eEuroParts. I've dealt with all 3 and the other 2 honor their warranty and FCP bend over backwards for their customers.

Been buying parts from IPD for my 240 for more than 20 years, always received good parts. Watch out for their annual 1-day garage sale and swap meet. Its worth attending!

Accidentally ordered the wrong set of coils and shocks for my 760 sedan and Paul helped me fix that. He couldn t have done a better job with assisting me and was super nice. Tons of parts for my old Volvo at great prices. 100% would recommend

IPD is simply one of the best resources available for Volvo owners worldwide. I live in Canada and even considering the exchange rate and import fees the pricing is still fantastic. Not to mention I can get parts in as little as two days. I have called Customer Service twice regarding fitment questions and they have always been extremely prompt and helpful.

What a great company. They have consistently shipped every order I have made within 1 business day. The quality oem and aftermarket parts set IPD apart from the rest. They are really the only reason why I purchased another p2.

Ordered parts on 9/1. Got confirmation of the order, heard nothing for several days so I called. Was advised rather 'smartly' that they were awaiting a shipment as they only had 1 of the parts in stock. Advised the shipment was 2-3 weeks out then???. Very poor customer service! Asked them to ship the part they have, still waiting. Likely last time with IPD for me.

Best store to purchase Volvo parts. Caiden was awesome. While Caiden was in the warehouse getting my part Johnnie asked if I was being helped. AWESOME. Sorry I don't own more Volvos.

Paul is super helpful. I had purchased a Radiator from IPD and the cooler fittings were not in the box. Called Paul, He took some from another box, and 1 day shipped them to me. Its this kind of service that makes me a return customer.

I love IPD. The website is easy to navigate, they have quality parts and quality information available for most parts. I buy almost everything I need for my Volvo from this site. I placed a large order recently, one item was on backorder. I just called and the customer service was amazing! The wait time was a little longer that I would like, BUT NOT UNREASONABLE BY ANY MEANS. I spoke with Stephen and he was super friendly, and helpful! He helped me get all the parts to ship today, and the backordered item will ship when it can. Thanks for always being excellent!

Top notch service. Had a fitment question on my 2001 XC70, so called to make sure I was getting correct part. Person on phone gave me some bad advice and on arrival, the parts weren t right. This happens what matters is how a business reacts. Email back to me within a few hours of mine apologizing and sending correct part w/no shipping. Also, I like the fact that IPD stocks OEM as well as after market. I could by 6 aftermarket replacement wiper arms for the price of the Volvo OEM. For non-critical parts, appreciate the savings.

Bought some parts for my 2004 Volvo XC70 a few years ago, and they've been on my car ever since then. Zero problems. The quality of the parts was all top notch, and the prices were extremely reasonable. In particular, I ordered their aluminum skid plate, among other things, and it was a lot more robust than I was expecting. It replaces the molded plastic one that I had on there. The installation wasn't too rough, I did it all entirely by myself. The plate itself fit absolutely perfectly, and it has handy ports which allow easy access to the oil filter and drain. I am extremely happy with this company, on all levels.

Amazing customer service. I needed a part, they had it, and while the part came from their supplier with an incorrect connector, they've been going above and beyond to correct the situation for me. Really top notch customer service, very friendly, zero hassle, and working with me versus against me as I have experienced in the past from other suppliers. They are now on the short list for who I go to for parts!
