Industrial Tire Service STS Is a good company to work with.me: I didn't make an appointment ,STS: no problem,me: I'm in a hurrySTS No problemI needed a flat repair but the tire was too damaged. 1 Tire turned into a set of 4.. What I really appreciate is that STS had 3 options that were in stock and available immediately. The whole Unscheduled appointment start to finish less than an hour and a half.That type of selection and timing gets you 5 stars. Plenty of parking the staff is friendly, great place to get tires.If you found this review to be helpful, please like it.

My wife ran over a pothole in the area and she called all the other major players. None of them could offer her tire size without ordering, and had been extremely expensive. The professionals at Industrial Tire took care of her at a great price. Will be doing business with them again. Worth doing business with them or at bare minimum inquiring.Thanks again!

I live pretty far from this store, however, I was referred. They saved me a little bit so I didn't really care but what blew me away was I was there for 30 min flat. I have a fleet of vehicles. I'm accustomed to going to tire shops, or sending someone to take my vehicles which costs me a fortune and it takes hours. I was literally there for 30 min. In and out. Awesome people, awesome service, aggressive pricing. I hope this is their standard, if so, no question, I'll bring all my vehicles here twice a year each for tires.

Great experience dealing with these guys. Quick, good pricing, straight up solid people. Even plugged my tire for free once before I d ever even been a customer. Bonus they are right across the street from Gartner s so you can shop for meat while they fix your ride. A+.

They ve been my Go To provider for tires & service for over 10 years. They always provide friendly service for my tire issues, be it a flat or tire rotation. I always buy 4 tires after a reasonable quote is offered. Thanks guys!

This is my favorite tire place in Portland - they re fairly priced, get you seen quickly, and they provide excellent customer service. Organized, but not corporate feeling - old school Portland vibes, in the best way. I m really happy I went with them for tires so much better than Les Schwab!

Michael was great! Made my back hurt just watching him dismount my medium duty truck tire by hand. He checked the air in ly other 5 tires! The price for one tire was $305 but $500 at a well known (LS) competitor.. The manager was very nice over the phone and remembered the quote I was given. First come first serve was nice. I was in and out in 20 mins on the big truck side. They sell light truck and car tires too! Michael also showed me a worn front end part..

I absolutely love getting my vehicles repaired here. They are reliable and fast, with competitive prices. Small cars to semi trucks. I always get my alignments here for my car and van, as well as brakes and specialty tires for my RV. The also host customer appreciation barbecues and have kind humans running the place.

I highly recommend this tire shop for their excellent service and professionalism. They saved us from a lot of trouble when one of our trucks had a flat tire on the road. We called them and explained the situation, and they responded very quickly and efficiently. They fixed the tire in less than 45 minutes and got our truck back on track. I want to give a special thanks to Greg who assisted us all along and made sure everything was done right. He was very friendly and helpful. This is the best tire shop I have ever dealt with and I will definitely use them again in the future.

I went in to have some tires swapped from old to new wheels and had a very pleaset experience! Daniel very helpful at the counter was awesome to deal with and installer Garrett was a very personable. Both great assets to the company. Next time I need any tire related items I will be checking in with them. Thanks again guys!! A+++ service!!

Loved the service and quality this place provided us. We had an appointment at 10am the day before thanksgiving and had some mechanical issues, which didn t allow us to get there until 4pm! They were extremely understanding and upon arrival they took us in even though they were just about to close to go home early for thanksgiving break. I felt bad but they seemed happy that we made it before they left rather than mad they had to stay longer. We were extremely thankful as we live on the road and were heading out of state the following day. Since then we have driven 3,000+ miles on these tires in our 1991 bluebird school bus with zero issues!! Thank you so much!!

God bless all the staff at industrial tires. I brought a motor home and it was vandalized. I was devastated, but thank God there are still good people in our world. Went in to have them remove a nail in my tire and patch it up. Not only did they address the problem right away without a wait, they took care of it all for free! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Nice and helpful group of people over there. All around a great experience. Definitely will be coming back!

I wish I could do a minus. These clowns are awful , if you are a female watch out , they sold me two fifteenth sized tires on my all wd and rotated the bigger sized ones to the front of my vehicle so the 125 dollar snow socks they also sold me would fit. And they were 85 a tire for. Used tire . . Never giving them a dime.

I had an emergency as one of the tires on my SUV got a flat the day before I was about to take it on a large trip. The great staff at Industrial Tire were able to see me the same day and repaired the tire quickly and professionally at an incredible price.Thank you so much, and looking forward to using your services in the future!

Ordered and pair of tracks for my small excavator and had them shipped out that day and they were there by 4pm the next day for pickup, great price and service when I got there to pick up, loaded up for me by the time my paperwork was done.

For any truckers delivering here, the dock is off 75th it s a alley. Get here around 7-730 before the other businesses start having cars parked alley way. Not much room to back in but with a little help they will get you into the dock, good group of people working here

The people were absolutely amazing. I called the evenibefore about 4 heavy duty tires and the next month eyre on my truck. That's a huge plus since I'm on the road all the time.

Donny and Terry were incredible, at midnight on a Saturday night they answered my call riding on a doughnut for 170 miles , They changed me out with a used tire for an incredible price. They got me back on the road in 30 minutes when nobody else would answer the phone in the whole state of Washington or Oregon, These guys jumped out of bed and helped my wife and I with our two children when they didn t have to. These guys are true scholars and deserve the best!!!May everyone in the area consider working with some incredibly humble and professional people. Thanks guys , we really appreciate seeing such kindness in our world !

Stopped by to have my tire checked for a leak and low pressure sensor. Ended up being a nail in the tire that they patched for free and had me back on the road in less than 10 mins. I will be back for when I need new tires. Thank you

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!! My husband is the bass singer for the Armouraires Southern Gospel Quartet. We were on the road in Oregon and needed two new tires for the equipment trailer. They were very friendly, had what we needed, got them installed, made a couple other needed repairs and did so quickly. They also gave the group a very generous price for everything they did. Such a Blessing!!!

Great place for tires and wheels. They have several bays and a nice waiting room with a vending machine. Huge inventory of tires from inexpensive imports to name brands. Everyone there that I dealt with was friendly. Cory took good care of me and was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go there again.

Customer service is always amazing at Industrial Tire Service. We've been customers for quite a while, over ten years I think, and are so glad we found them.This last Monday, October 18th, however, I took our Volvo in to get some new tires. Great customer service as always, but no employees wore masks, no other customers who came in while I was there wore a mask and I saw an employee not social distance while assisting a customer.I did not feel very safe and couldn't wait to leave. Luckily, as always, the service was very efficient.Last word, of you don't mind taking your chances with Covid-19, like good customer service and good tires, well, what can I say? I won't be going back anytime soon and I suggest you wait, too.
