After months of issues trying to fix my car, finally brought it here to get a new engine. My tech was Miguel and he was amazing. Kept me informed every step of the way, let me know all of my options, and let me know as progress was being made. I ended up getting my car back in better than new condition. Engine runs great and I was under the original quote that was given too. Overall I was very happy with this experience.

Terrible experience. I took my car in for a related warranty issue. I took it in a Wednesday was told it would be ready no later than Friday. After not hearing from the service department at all during the entire time they had my car, I had to reach out to them. My service advisor was Travis. TERRIBLE customer service!! He indicated that the part needed to be ordered and that they would call me when the part came in . Due to prior experience of not being called at all, I elected to pick my car up and take the chance of them calling me when the part came in , being that it was now the weekend and I needed my car to drive. Because I would ve ended up picking my car up after hours and Travis would not be there, He stated he would leave my keys with the sales department and inform them of the particular location as to where it would be located . Once I arrived, the sales department had no knowledge of my car and its location. It took them over a 1/2 hour to find it. To date I have not yet received a call back from them about the part being received. Travis is very incompetent in his position. POOR Customer Service. When I finally get the guts to call them back again to check on the part, I definitely will not request Travis and do not want him assisting me in any fashion!!!

When I arrived for my appointment they greeted me with friendly enthusiasm. A small exchange of information between myself and the courteous Service Advisor and I headed for the Lounge. 1.5 hours later, they let me know my car was ready to be picked up. This was a complimentary service by Hyundai Motors, I was so surprised. Thank you for the excellent customer Service Jordan.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have purchased 4 cars through the dealership. The reason I keep coming back, is the high quality of service and knowledge of the vehicle that I have purchased. They never seem to rush with me and always answer all of my questions. When my cars have been serviced, they have always been done in a timely manner. I will purchase my next vehicle there.

The staff were nice and I liked the text communication ability. Only bother was that they misdiagnosed the cause of the issue with my car and I had to do the research to identify the true issue however I am not that bothered by it because what they fixed that they thought was causing it needed to be fixed anyway.

Came to have two issues resolved. Ten hours later, I retrieved my car with both issues still unresolved. One problem, a head light bulb needing replacing, was not fixed because they didn t have bulbs in stock. Yet, they found one when I picked the car up. I was the first appointment of the day and only got car back 10 hours later, but only one+ hour of service. A disgrace.

I dropped off my car to have an oil change and brake service and I was told that my car would be done in about 6hrs or so. I thought it may end up staying overnight as they seemed backed up, but I was not expecting my car to be gone for 5 days. They were extremely difficult to contact over the phone as they always seemed to be too busy to answer or talk to and then wouldn't call me back. After 3 days of waiting they had said that my car was done but they broke a piece in my brakes and I could take it home but it would need to come back in but it would "probably" be fine to drive. Overall, I've never had issues with them in the past but this last experience makes me really reluctant to ever leave my car with them again as this was a terrible experience. I didn't know that leaving my car to get serviced would result in me having to pay for rides to work and home for a whole week.

Ann in Service was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and made it an easy experience. My car was left in great condition after having to replace the spare tire and put it back in my car great experience!

I felt very welcome. I was told how it time and about how long it would take. It took less time and in the end. And she explained to me. About my next visit and about how much it would cost. For my 60000. mile mark.

Would have been 5 stars if my service advisor Travis had actually assisted me in any way. He made no effort to keep me posted on the status of my vehicle. I went to the dealership service department without an appointment and appreciated their ability to handle smaller problems on the spot. I left my car for a tire repair. It was finished earlier than anticipated and is in perfect condition again. Thanks Hyundai!

The staff were friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and accommodating. It took approximately an hour and a half for my oil change service, which I was informed would be the estimated time for completion when I arrived. It didn't seem very busy judging from there being just a couple of other people in the waiting area. So, I'm not sure why the timeframe was what it was. But I had expected it to take that long from my experiences with getting oil changes at other dealerships. So, not a big deal. The TVs in the waiting area weren't on. Don't know if you need to ask for them to be turned on or if they aren't working. I brought my tablet with me so, again, not a big deal. Just including here to make people aware so they can plan accordingly and bring something to read or watch while they wait. The one negative I found was that it's not exactly clear where the service deptartment is if you've never been there before and none of the reminders you receive for your appointment give any indication. I'm not sure if you're expected to park wherever and someone will take your vehicle over or what. I entered the lot from Burnside and attempted to drive straight towards what appeared to be the service area but was blocked by parked cars. I turned right and attempted to drive through the parking lot only to find it was essentially a maze with parked cars blocking access to the service dept. I managed to turn around and go back the way I came,go around the building, and then stumble across the entrance to the service dept. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The only recommendation I would make is to provide directions to the service dept in scheduled maintenance reminder notifications or provide clearly marked indicators as to where the entrance to the deptartment is.

Travis is excellent at what he does. I went in to get something fixed and he asked me about another problem I had and fixed it at not cost. This is the only place I take my car to get serviced on.

My engine is shaking intermittently when I drive and the light comes on. I brought it in once, they couldn t replicate it and said nothing was wrong. Second time they said a detected misfire and had me pay almost 400 for new spark plugs. My issue is not fixed and my engine is still having the same issues! I need to bring it in again for now the third time. I would just like the issue properly diagnosed and resolved. I can t keep putting money into this.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Car left with more problems than it had when I brought it in. Cost of fixing a problem that they fixed previously went up 1000$. Take your car, sanity, time and money somewhere else. They do not care, you are a number here.

I brought my vehicle in to have an anti theft software upgrade installed. From the moment that I drove into the service bay till that that I drove away after the the installation, the service person( I forgot her name) greeted me and explained what they were going to do, how long it will take, escorted me to the waiting area, after awhile came back and said my car was being worked on and will be ready soon. She was courteous, professional, and I felt comfortable that they were taking proper care of my car. Thank you very much.

Extremely nice experience. Greeted promptly when I arrived for my appt. Jordan was my service advisor. She checked me in, and also helped me fix an issue with my navigation system. We brought our leased Kona there hoping to have it checked out- mainly to run a diagnostic check on the main battery(not the 12v) on arrival the crew was not aware of this and informed us they can t check the state of the battery- and even if they could we would need to reschedule as those technicians were not available. They also were trying to sell me a $600 inspection package which was mostly included in our lease. And then after confirming that I wanted them to perform an alignment- and after they agreed to do so, their technician made the decision without our input to refuse an alignment on the basis that our tire was too low on tread- well we decided to wait on the tire but needed the alignment- I m not convinced by their excuse for not performing the alignment as they let us drive out on the low tread tire anyways- performing an alignment wouldn t have changed that outcome. Now I have to take another day off work to get this stuff done but I won t be coming back due to disorganization and possibly dishonesty- not to mention that this service center refused to perform a task (fixing a charging system malfunction)on our Kona in the past that another dealership was able to do.

Service person was fully prepared and greeted me personally. She showed a sincere interest in my information on the car s performance and any issues I was experiencing. The work to be done was fully explained. The work was completed within the promised time line and fully revised with me when completed. The online communication and regular updates on progress was particularly appreciated.
