The supervisor was very kind. I just went through some emergency hoses and found very good deals on tools, and the cashier told us that we have a lifetime warranty, so there is no reason to overpay for brands.

Decent tool prices, but you have to really be mindful of the quality. Some are straight up junk, other's (mechanic sockets & wrenches) are a great deal

I ordered a Bauer drill from the website but when it arrived it was compelling disassembled down to the smallest part. I returned it to the store with no issues, swapping it for a replacement. The staff was friendly, fast, and helpful.

Website says they have tons and tons of generators in stock. So we plan a trip in the weather to arrive just before closing so we can keep our family warm tonight. Get there to learn they have 1 in stock and it s $2,300!!! If you aren t tying your inventory to your site then don t advertise your inventory on your site. This is classic bait and switch and I m reporting to the ftc.

This is one of my favorite places to visit and pass my time. They have good quality tools if you know what you are getting. Research on their website or YouTube before buying anything expensive from here.

Harbor Freight is the GOAT. I went in and a few of the guys advised me on choosing C clamps for my project. Super cool and knowledgeable dudes. 10/10.Harbor Freight tools have never not been enough for me. Even during my time working as a tech for Toyota, I never felt the need to buy any of the expensive brands. Maybe a really nice Snap-On or Matco impact would be justified if you really wanted to treat yourself, but for most of your everyday tools [ratchets, wrenches, jack stands, sockets], Harbor Freight stuff is way more than sufficient. If you can break a wrench, I will **** your ****.

Had to leave a review for this one, asupervisor here named David really went out of his way to help me track down a discontinued item. He spent time on their internal system looking through all of the locations in this area, service like that deserves praise. 10/10 customer service

Know what you're shopping for:If there's a tool you need but will use once a year; don't waste your money paying top dollar for a tool you know you'll rarely use. Buy Harbor Frieght.

Customer service here is top notch. I always come here for tools because the people that work here go out of their way to make sure u have exactly what you need for your job. I think they all deserve raises. Good prices, selection and often discounts on different stuff.

The best place to find the tools you need at a very reasonable price. Staff freindly and always helpful. Harbor Freight is a must stop for our family when visiting the West Coast. No Harbor Freight in Hawaii. We are always making our shopping list for our visit to a Harbor Freight.

Great place to shop! The Supervisor David was extremely knowledgeable, very kind and helpful. Despite being harassed by an upset customer. I have much respect for the people who work here!

All the tools are cheap! You do get what you pay for, but if you are going to try a new big tool or get something disposable, you can t beat Harbor Freight. There tools are medium notch, but you can get a feel for a new tool here then upgrade if you like it. That s how I bought my first wood lathe to learn wood turning. Next will be a metal lathe!

Rating is only for customer service. Tools are not high quality at all. It is cheap Chinese made.I have been to this location a few times. Service has always been nice and friendly. Never had an attitude.Was helped once by a female checker who was plenty friendly. A few times I had Jack as a checker. Very happy to help, answer my questions, never rushed me, just a relaxed laid back friendly guy. I found an item missing parts and he had the backroom employees check for more inventory and bring another up front. No pressure to buy. We checked out and he was happy and upbeat.

The employees who work here really seem to care about their customers. When we asked where something was, they didn't just give us an aisle number, they walked us right to the items we were looking for!The cashier asked if we had any coupons and when we said no, she pulled out some coupons that she had and scanned them for us!The store was a bit dirty but most men don't care if the floor is dirty lol.

Great store. I usually only come when I need something simple like a blade or saw. Something disposable. Not to say their quality is bad, in fact it's great. That's why I like buying their blades and saws. Prices are extremely good.

It was spectacular. Husband went in to shop. While I just ran inside to use the restroom real quick. It wasn't too busy. It was spic and span clean, including restroom, and all the shelves and item kiosks were well stocked. Also the associates were all very friendly, ready to gladly assist, and so welcoming. So thank you Harbor Freight, keep up the awesome work. We will be back!

Good cheap tools for limited use. Cashier was amazing she was a spitfire. Store was clean and organized.

Like everybody else they're having a bit of a hard time keeping the shelfs stocked. But for decent not the best quality but certainly not garbage, decent tools as an excellent price, you can't beat harbor freight. A professional mechanic would do better off buying a Snap-On. But for the basic do it yourself for or at home mechanic I've had really good luck with harbor freight. Keep it up guys.

Love the great deals they offer on tools and the great service from their staff. Disappointed by the lack of inventory on the same sale item that they continue to advertise but never have in stock when I stop in. Otherwise they would have received 5 stars. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The staff at this location is amazing. Friendly, courteous, and doing their best to assist customers. Many a business manager could benefit from visiting this Harbor Freight and observing how customer service should be done.The rules themselves ... This is Harbor Freight after all. Cheap in both senses of the word. Handy if you need something you are not planning on using often.
