Cannot recommend Green Drop highly enough! I was driving by when Skyler from the garage flagged me down and told me my front passenger side tire was completely flat my low tire pressure indicator had turned on just a few minutes before, so I had no idea how bad the situation actually was. He said I could drive right into the garage, where his team quickly removed the flat and popped on my spare. Skyler was able to order me a new tire for next-day delivery then and there; I dropped off my car the next day, and got it back just a few hours later with the new tire installed. While the service itself was excellent, it s truly the personal care and consideration that Skyler and his team took to ensure I was taken care of that makes this whole experience stand out. I d give them 10 stars if I could!

Green Drop Garage has been super helpful for all my car needs. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and there was a quick turnaround for an oil change and tire rotation on my first visit.I chose to be a member for $21 a month since I was driving to work more. When I got my first flat tire, the membership was well worth it. I was able to drop off my car in the morning without needing to make an appointment and picked up my car by the end of the day with four new tires and changed transmission and differential fluid. Michael and the team were a great help, and he kept in touch throughout the day about the best tires for year-round driving at the best price. They also paid for my Lyft to and from work!I m not a car guy so it was very helpful that Michael was able to explain the work that was being done and reviewed my options with me. I felt in good hands the whole time and recommend Green Drop Garage to anyone with a car.

This shop was amazing, it came very highly recommended. Skyler and Brooke both do amazing work.A shop I had previously taken my car too said I needed new calipers due to a leak, but these guys could not find said leak or anything wrong with brakes.Will be taking it to them again every time from now on.

I took my car in a couple of days ago to get a flat looked at and ended up needing a handful of other services as well.The customer service here is excellent. Michael, at the front desk, is clearly extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and try to fix problems I didn't even ask him to fix. Give that man a raise!I also spoke with another mechanic over the phone, whose name I regretfully did not catch, but he was super knowledgeable as well and did not rush through answering my questions.I really appreciate their willingness to spend time talking through the issues with me, as someone who is not particularly knowledgeable about car maintenance. The service was pretty fast too. I will 100% be a return customer and will recommend them to my friends.

Skylar is an absolute treasure and so great at what he does. He fit me in last minute when I had an issue with my tires I couldn t figure out, was so kind, and resolved my issue so quickly he didn t even charge me. As a woman, I ve had other mechanics at other shops try to take advantage of me, which is always disheartening. So finding a shop that 1. Is great at what they do 2. Has kind and trustworthy mechanics is EVERYTHING. 10/10 recommend

Hey there,Before I start I would like to preface this by saying, I have used and previously been a big fan of Greendrop Garage's North and SE locations, and I have referred plenty of friends needing vehicle work to be done to these locations for their services.However, early in December I got my car back from your Uptown location, and I have had the worst experience with any garage I have ever used. From start to finish, it was a mess and has probably turned me away using any green drop location in the future. I had multiple misquotes, I had numerous part delays, when addressing the misquotes that would now cost me double their initial quote I was met with a oh that is my fault I guess this is a learning experience for me and how I communicate and then guilted into the higher price because that is money coming out of the technicians pocket, and my car came back to me with issues that weren t there prior to the garage working on it. And originally when I brought the car in I properly diagnosed and provided the shop with the single issue I wanted fixed and now I m back at a different shop for new issues that didn t exist before Additionally I don t usually leave negative reviews online but I reached out to the companies customer service line via their website site the day I got my car back - giving them full detail of every misstep and I haven t heard anything back after a month

Really kind people! I dropped by because my tire pressure signal suddenly came on, and they checked out my tires, refilled them, gave me great advice, and even offered me a soft drink, all for no charge. I was very grateful for the helping hand, and will definitely be coming back if I end up needing further tire help.

Really professional staff and repairs done early and as promised. Unlike other garage experiences, I didn't feel like I had to be on my guard. They took care of me and the car, and I would definitely recommend this shop.

I ve been a car care member here for something close to 5+ years and they ve been amazing the entire time. Appointments are super easy to schedule online, and I love that their estimates and recommendations are all done online as well so that I have time to look it over and make the best decision in the moment. They re honest and upfront about what my car needs and what can be pushed until the next visit. Everyone in the shop is always pleasant to interact with. I know when I make an appointment here my car is in good hands!

In full rain on a busy street, my tire went completely flat. After calling two nearby services I was discouraged by attitudes and the proposed over $200 pricing for a simple tire change. Then, I found Jake at Green Drop. He arrived and rescued me, took my tire, repaired it, put it back on in their impeccable shop, and charged me only for the flat repair. He GAVE me the rescue part and said to "pass it on." Imagine, in this era of minimal community, this classy young man felt like family. He made my day. Wonderful.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A YOUNG WOMAN.I went to Green Drop Garage to get a tire patched after realizing that one of my tires had a nail lodged into it. I went in expecting to pay $40 for a tire patch, but after inspecting the tire, the man working told me that he wasn't sure that the repair would hold because of the location of the nail, and recommended I replace the tire. He said "If it were me and my car, I would rather spend $120 to replace the tire and be sure I won't have any problems down the road."In the moment, I really thought this guy was looking out for me and had the best interest of my vehicle in mind. So sure, I spent the extra $80 to just replace the tire. I had no idea that it is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED to replace just one tire because the myriad of issues different tread depths can cause down the line. The worker NEVER mentioned this to me, while every mechanic I have spoken to since has told me that they would NEVER EVER try to sell someone just one tire. Especially someone who drives a 4 wheel drive vehicle like mine.I feel like the worker knew that I would've just risked the tire patch if the alternative was to replace all four tires, so he put my vehicle at risk to try to sell me one tire. Could I have done some research before making the purchase? Sure. But I really didn't expect to be recommended something that could have long term negative effects on my vehicle. Never coming here again.

These folks have been really great every time I've gone in. Their online system makes it easy to review their recommended work and approve (which is an issue I've had with other garages who give you a hand-written form then stare at you while you digest the information and try to figure out how much of it is actually necessary). They are very straightforward and responsive if you have questions or need clarification. I've recently moved away to California and they helped me figure out the parts # for my catalytic converter when I needed it for a smog test, which they definitely didn't have to do.

Jake has helped me so much. I m a single woman with no family in the state and am always nervous when bringing my car anywhere for repairs. Jake has helped guide me with fair pricing and unlimited support. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you again Jake I ll never go anywhere else!

They helped a lot with finding where mice had been nesting in my car! I came in for an oil change, left with the the knowledge that mice were building nests in my cabin filter. They vacuumed the whole area and advised me of some tips to help deter the mice. Green Drop Garage has always been awesome, over delivering every time!

I went here this weekend (Saturday) to get an oil change. On the fly I asked if they could also replace my back windshield wiper and fill up my tires because they were a little low. I left my car in their care and came back about two hours later--they text you when you're ready. I thought they did a great job and will try going here again for any future matter! I was also really happy they could get me in on a Saturday. Everywhere else was booked for the weekends which is hard when you work.

I've been a member of the oil change service for a little over a year and it has been worth every penny. This location is convenient for my work commute, but have had similar experiences at two of the other locations.I have a 2002 VW which has needed its fair share of maintenance recently. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, especially Eric and Joe at Uptown. They helped me prioritize maintenance needs and were thorough in explaining problems, symptoms, and creative ways to fix mission critical pieces. I feel confident that my car will not only get me where I need to go, but have also felt drastic improvements in performance.I highly recommend Green Drop Garage, especially this location and the people that work here. I have had the GreenDrop Membership for about a year now and I am more that pleased. The reminders make staying on top of your car maintenance a breeze. The website istreamlines appointments with your desired time and offers several locations around the Portland metro area to chose from. I ve been to three, and they all have the same top notch service. The owner cares about his customers and his employees. I was happy to learn that he makes sure they make a living wage, while also maintaining competitive prices for customers. I will continue my membership for the foreseeable future. I recommend everyone come to Green Drop for service and any repairs you may need. Fantastic people!

I would most definitely recommend going to this shop! The communication is 100% on point. I even received a picture of what the issue was. The shop is clean and when I asked car questions they were answered in a way that could be understood by a person who doesn t know much of the car language. Thank you for being an honest shop!

I've decided to enroll in their monthly basic service plan, and I'm glad I've given them my business. I had left my lights on and had a dead battery. My jumper cables were not long enough for my new car, and Joe took time off of his day and drove me back to my car to give me a jump. They got me to work on time, and were super positive and not demeaning about the whole experience and did this free of charge for being a member.

If I am ever in the area and in need of car maintenance I ll be going back to these folks. I walked in with my car having an issue, unable to get me home, 2 hours away from home, and these guys were booked out a whole week, but asked me what was happening. When I explained I was told to grab my car so they can check to see whats going on, they found the issue and even though I didn t have an appointment they were able to fit me in to help me get home. Of course always make an appointment and wait your turn, but these guys were super professional, helpful, fast, and helped me out of a really really hard situation when they didn t have too. Everything about this awful experience was made better when I walked in this garage, I cannot recommend enough.

This is apparently a new additional location for the Green Drop team which is really convenient for us due to being close to work. Big bonus for being next to Fred Meyer too because we were able to get some shopping done while waiting.Shop is super clean and friendly staff! What I love about these guys is their entire concept ... keep things "green" (environmentally friendly). Totally Portland ... Kombucha, Friendly smiles, Helpful and just all around cool.If you are still looking for "that" shop that is honest with your money, give these guys a shot!

These guys are amazing!! I was driving around town with the loudest, craziest noise coming out of my car. I was in a hurry and popped into their shop. They helped me get the rock stuck under my car out in under 15 minutes and even changed a brake light! The two guys were so nice and helpful. Thank You Green Drop Garage.
