Best place ever! The gentlemen working there are knowledgeable, personable, and generally fantastic. Richie was incredibly helpful in walking me through tire options for my specific needs and made sure I got the best deal possible. He even knocked off an installation charge because I'd just missed a sale. They did an oil change and thorough inspection while they were changing the tires, and were really helpful in talking me through what service needs I'll have coming up. My whole household has now switched to them for our tire and mechanic work-- highly highly recommend!

These guys were amazing! Car wouldn't start, dead in the water. When I got there Ben, Ernest, and the team identified my problem and explained the solution clearly and at an affordable price. Back on the road! I will definitely return for any needed service. Jeremy

Richie, Matthew, and the team at this location have been my go-to neighborhood mechanics. They have taken care of and diagnosed all of my car issues and I leave with a little bit more knowledge and a functional vehicle. The customer service is always solid and the pricing is more than fair for the above and beyond service they provide. I fully recommend them for new drivers and/or people new to vehicle ownership and maintenance. I also recommend them for anyone looking for helpful and honest pricing!

So our nanny was saying that the brakes were sort of squeaking , so I didn t rush. Nanny sick today so I took kiddos to school and discover the brakes weren t just sort of squeaking, they were pretty much bare metal on the wheel.I called two places, and one of them couldn t get me into until Tuesday. They wouldn t give me much of a quote either, even though I provided them the information they needed to know that the whole brake system needed to be replaced.Disappointed, I called Gill s point S conveniently located a mile away from my home. They took me in immediately and in less than two hours, my brakes fixed at a very very reasonable price. They were fully transparent with prices and products, and fun part - they even gave me their fun little loaner car.Totally worth it! Cat tax and fun loaner car pics -

Had a flat tire and was able to get it in and have my tire replaced within 30 mins. Ernest was very nice and understanding. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I was on my way to Toyota dealer for a $196 oil change and overall inspection and decided to stop here and see what they charged. They are all very courteous and knowledgeable and I left in less an 45 minutes with an oil/filter change and inspection for $91.This is where I will now take my car.Thanks.

Richie is a saint. We came in for a simple tire patch job and Richie went above and beyond. Not only did he manually fix the tire himself but he also made sure he gave us the best possible price as well. He even fixed a paint scratch I had for free!!! It's people like this that put my faith back in humanity. Thank you Richie! Definately my new go to tire/auto shop from now on. Highly recommend.

On his day off when the shop was closed the manager, Richie, happened to be around the shop and very kindly helped me out by changing a dramatically flat tire. I literally couldn t drive any further and was having trouble getting connected with roadside assistance, so he was a true lifesaver! Talk about generosity and neighborly spirit! They have helped me before when I ve needed oil changes and such, but this was so above and beyond that a review was absolutely called for.

Was running errands with my boss when they ran over some metal that punctured a tire. Luckily, the team at Gill's Hillsboro Highway stepped up and not only fixed the issue flawlessly but did so with impressive speedThe location is very customer friendly and exceeded expectations all across the board. A shining example of what an ideal service team should be.Highly recommended

Best customer service! Came in for a replacement windshield wiper; it flew off going over some snow. I got car side help and Ernest was such a great help! Made getting through the ice/snow storm much easier! Made my day, honestly! Will be coming back for an oil change soon!

I just had a really excellent experience with Gill's in Raleigh Hills. The folks there went beyond what they needed to to make sure I was back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.Owning a truck that moved with me from Wisconsin, I still come across the effects that road salt had on the vehicle. When mounting new tires Gills discovered a prior shop took the quick fix of large amounts of bead sealer to make a good sealing surface over an oxidized rim. They let me know immediately and gave me a couple options on how to proceed. Ultimately a technician took the extra time to wire wheel and recoat the surface. They only charged a very reasonable fee for work they could have easily said "sorry we won't touch it". Thanks everyone at Gills, I sure appreciated the experience. The new tires look great and I'm excited for winter.

I brought in my car because of a worrying whine/clang/crunching sound coming from one of the wheel wells. It turned out there was some gravel trapped inside that was causing the problem. They figured out the problem, took it apart and got the gravel out, and ended up not charging for the work. Thanks guys!

The entire team at Gills Raleigh Hills is amazing.I stopped in early in the morning to do repairs to get back on the road to California after a sudden accident. They immediately took my car in, put it on a lift and showed me all the issues and went out of their way to get parts ordred, get the car repaired & safe for driving as fast as possible. I was also able to sit in their welcoming waiting room stocked with coffee and bottled water, charge my phone @ charging station they provided and get work done while I waited.Really appreciate all their help and hard work.Highly recommended!

I took my daughter-in-law's car in, before they move out of the area, to have Richie and his team give it the once-over to make sure it's in proper shape.The team did a great job making sure to address the items that needed attention. I trust this team to give me the straight report, and not oversell me on un-needed services (like several other oil change and mechanic shops tend to do)... and they come thru every time!I'm sad my kids are moving but am reassured they will be traveling in a safe rig!Thanks Gills' Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy team! It's nice to know there is a mechanic shop that you can trust!

The whole team here is fantastic, I came in early with no appointment and they took care of me quicker than I expected! Matthew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong and how to prevent issues from happening in the future. These guys are great at what they do!

Richard and Ernest run the show at Gills and they do their best to be transparent, work with your schedule and my car hasn t been so happy. I feel safe going to them knowing they won t charge me for just anything, they re specific and explain why.

I called them because I had run over a thick metal wire that punctured my tire. They answered the phone immediately and told me to come on down and they'll check it out. I hobbled my car over to the shop and they took care of it as soon as I arrived, and then sent me on my way with a repaired tire promptly.They seem like a great group, and I'll definitely be going back.

Point S sold me excellent tires and they got them on my vehicle in a timely fashion (even with a small delay). Friendly team, excellent product. This place is up and coming. Our family recommends that you give them a try and see what you think. However, I am worried that it will become too popular and then I won't be able to get an appointment like my regular mechanic. :)

One of the mechanics have been to in my entire life. They're all extremely professional and knowledgeable and have done an amazing job keeping my car in good shape.Their prices are also fairly reasonable at the same time getting work done in a very timely manner. I've been there three times already and would highly recommend this place.

The staff was very friendly. I was looking for a quick turnaround on my brake service and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly and efficiently they completed the job. I would absolutely recommend Gills (Raleigh Hills) to anyone needing car/tire service!

Twice now, Gill s Point (Raleigh) has saved me from an unforeseen accident. Both experiences with them has been wonderful. Today I popped in to see if they could check my air pressure, because my alert light came on. Not only did they show me the sad state of my tires, but alerted me that my front tire was starting to separate. Not once did I feel like they were giving me a sales pitch. They 100% had my own personal safety in mind. Of course, there is never a good time to have your tires replaced and I was about to head out of town, so they bent over backwards to squeeze me in same- day & finished 2 hours before the original estimated time. AND.. They graciously loaned me their loaner car. Ernest is the best!! Richard was super helpful, too. I appreciate all of your help. I 100% recommend this shop.

These guys were great. I needed to replace my tires, and they talked me through all my options and pricing,. They helped me set up a payment plan, and used that to cover an alignment, oil change, and other repairs that came up while it was with with them. And it didn't interrupt my work schedule at all as they let me use a loaner car in the meantime. They made an expensive and stressful experience smooth and easy for me.

This is by far the best tire store ever!!! Richie and crew were beyond helpful in dealing with my snow tire issue. He went out of his way to help me as did his coworkers. I have never had such care and customer service! I cannot say enough good things about this store!!! I can only tell any and everyone to use this store if you want to be properly taken care of by knowledgeable kind people who actually love what they are doing and want to help you!!!!!!

My car was in need of getting looked at and past business with dealerships had given me the ick. I found this shop close to my home and received a warm welcome on the phone encouraging I bring my boxy nightmare around for a look. Ernest, Richie, and Matthew let me know what was up, assured me that my brakes were fine but my tires were in sure need of replacement and the dust in the air filter had built itself a community college. Service was quick, informed, and lighthearted! Highly recommended!
