These bumpers are used, you will have to pick through some rough ones to find the one you can work with. The price is great!

Told me 80$ over the phone, drove over an hour to get there, and they changed it to 275$. They wasted my time and gas and didn t care nor honor their quote over the phone. Save your time and avoid this place.

they have good bumpers but customer service its so bad very bad. definitely I will not come to this location even they have good bumper but customer service so bad I asked what is you name he refused. so the guy with med glass. he even not accept negotiable for price (used bumper )1 star its too much for this location

Very helpful people.. but they give me wrong bumper.. I return the bumper. And the said no refunds policy. I tried to find a different bumper that work.. they didn't have. I left the wrong bumper there..and I think is not the type of company that I can do business with. They are greedy..The mechanic who fix my car can't find the receipt.. the owner said she will do an exception and give a store credit if I find the receipt.

Absolute waste of my time. Pathetic experience. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. They sent me out into the yard with a woman who didn't speak any English who couldn't carry more than about 30 lb, she couldn't find the bumper skin so I tried to help her, after about 25 minutes of walking around the lot looking at things and figuring out for myself how to find stuff I found the Subaru bumpers which is what I needed, then nothing was labeled well enough to know what went to an Outback. The woman just took a few steps away, stood there and said "I don't know, you can find it for yourself, I don't know your car". I went back in the office and asked for someone else to help me. the rude and very stationary woman behind the desk, who was incredibly lazy and would not even get up, said that they didn't have anyone else to help. She said they could order one from Auburn. At that point I let her know that LKQ has one for $35 more and instead of go through all this headache and wait I'll just get that one. I'm a car dealer, I do this for a living and this was a horrible horrible experience. Probably the worst experience I've had at a parts yard.

The aftermarket parts were good quality and fit well. The staff were helpful. The 4 rather than 5 is because over the phone they said they had a matching painted bumper in stock, but after a goose chase in the yard, they didn't have one, so I ordered an unpainted one for more money.

So bad person the guy work there he don t know what is mean customer service or customer care I used to buy every week 3-4 bumpers from this location because of this guy I hate this place and I will not come again to buy from there I found one guy in Facebook messenger he sell bumper more good than this place. I hope the owner see this post and try to teach him how to show respect or teach him how to do customer care because we buy a lot of bumpers from this location not one and that all

One star too many; these people are complete TRASH. They sold me the wrong bumper and it had a small dent (which I told them about) and when I brought it back after I verified it was not the right one they said they wouldn't take it back. They took my money and left me with a useless part. They don't deserve to be in business. I will never buy there again, if I were you I would stay as far away as possible. I added this on yelp too so you know they aren't worth your time and money.

It is really great place to buy bumpers. Lots of selections with very reasonable prices. The customer service needs to be better but over all I got what I look for and the yard guy was very helpful and cooperative. Keep the good work up.

If I was able to give no stars I would because this mean old guy didn t give any good customer service at all. I believe it was John but don t look for him it s a good example of bad customer service.

Guy who works there have bad attitude with costumers.actually he don't care, I used to deal with the owner was way better than his employee right nowDon't bother your self to vist this place there's nothing but expensive scrap plastic

Good deal. Was surprised they had bumper for 15 year old car in stock. Price was very reasonable. They also recycled my old bumper

Had to get a part from "the warehouse" said itd be there that day or the morning. 3 days later its not there still. Asked for money back and they refused only would send a check. Its 30 days later now still no check in the mail. 150$ loss. Im taking them to court soon.

There is definitely a need for this service. Prices and availability of parts seem good. I'm not sure the customer service is always up to par, however my experience has always been good.Several of my co-workers have noted poor experience.??

Bought two refurbished bumpers, after a week one of them bubbled up while it was inside, and the other one was repaired badly, one side of the bumper was cut off , and wouldn t align, when I came back to tell them they wouldn t let me return them and now I have two useless bumpers.

The Asian gentleman that helped me was very nice and he went above and beyond to find the exact bumper I needed. The price was good. I am very satisfied.This is my first review ever.

What waist of my time looking my self for bumper cause they don't know where there invotory is!! And when I found bumpers there where all stacked up and most of them where broken and scratches like deep scratches no way there worth more then $30 bucks that should be there prices don't waist ur time buy new on ebay pay $40 bucks extra but will save time on fixing the bumper lol

I ordered bumper in 2016 and they sent the wrong bumper 4 times from Seattle. It has now been a year and they still haven't refunded my money. Customer service in Seattle was very rude and told me they couldn't find my original order.

Lying company! Lied to me about bumper having sensor holes and they just went ahead and drilled holes which looks terrible and then didn't want to refund me my money! Terrible supervisor she tried to lie her way out but wouldn't refund me the money!

They advertised canopies for sale. Come over and see if it fits your truck. I did this but they made it impossible to get to the canopies. They told me to come back on Monday. not what was advertised
