My wife s 2015 Grand Cherokee was purchased new in Southern California equipped with rear wheel drive. Fast forward to now, living in the PNW, All wheel drive is preferable if not necessary depending on weather. So I started shopping for a new AWD SUV during the 23 holiday season. Researching for the right vehicle, the best interest rate and then deciding to sell or trade-in my Jeep (52k in excellent condition) was a challenge in this financial market.Then I drove. Mazda CX-50, & CX-90 phev, Chevrolet Blazer EV, Cadillac Lyriq Sport 3, Porsche Macan S, Volvo XC-60 T8 Recharge.Most of these vehicles were fantastic, but something was missing from the features or the deal. I drove a loaded GV-80 about 2 weeks ago and realized it was almost perfect. Too big. The Vancouver dealership didn t have any GV-70 s equipped with the 3.5T engine, so I visited Genesis of Portland after coming inches from buying the Volvo. So glad I waited! I met Lucas, who spent plenty of time with me to locate the right GV-70 in the right color.I bought the 2024 GV-70 Electrified in Cardiff Green. My experience at the dealership was fast, friendly and professional. I got exactly what I asked for my trade-in and qualified for a great interest rate. My salesperson, Lucas is great. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, Lucas went above and beyond even after our deal was completed.My wife is thrilled with the level of luxury, performance and technology in her new SUV and I just love it. I would totally recommend the Genesis brand and their new dealership in Portland on SW Canyon Road.

I'm impressed with how easy it is to work with Portland Genesis, in particular my sales person, Lucas. He is chill and didn't pressure me at all. It was good to be assisted by someone so knowledgeable. He easily answered my vehicle specific questions, like trim levels and the different incentives available. I appreciate that he listened to me and advocated on my behalf to ensure my satisfaction. Nice guy. Knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Lucas was an absolute joy to work with! I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. My wife absolutely loves her 2024 gv70 Sport Prestige. We are looking forward to the relationship we will have with Genesis of Portland going forward!

Been waiting for a Genesis dealership to open in Oregon for at least 2 years. Visited the dealership twice and made a purchase on the second visit. Easy to work with, accomplished all my requests except exterior color, but were able to offer me an incentive to buy a stock model. Sent me home in a loaner car to apply protective film & other applications so that I could come back another day to pick it up without having to drive to Portland unnecessarily.

I recently bought out my 2021 G70 lease at Genesis of Portland. The represenative I talked to was great. He helped me get the paperwork done quickly and took me to meet the other employees at the dealership who will be maintaining my car. I left feeling like I was taken care of, and like my G70 will be in good hands going forward!

Great experience! I didn t feel pressured or put on the spot, and sales reps were helpful, friendly, and informative. The entire experience was way faster and MUCH more pleasant than I ve had at other dealerships. This is our preferred dealer from here on out!

The team at Genesis of Portland was exceptional to work with. I recently bought my G70 from this team and I LOVE IT! It took me over a month to decide if this was the right car for me, and their team was so helpful and resourceful in giving me information and allowing me the space I needed to make a decision. I would highly recommend Genesis as a brand and would suggest when you are ready to buy a Genesis you choose Genesis of Portland.

Friendly staff. Lucas answered all my questions and made sure I understood the differences between the gas engine vehicles I was used to and the EV I wanted to buy. Only issue I had was after saying I didn't want a service plan it was pushed a couple more times. Would do business with them again.

Brought my GV80 here for maintenance and checking a system warning. They were quick with it. Gave me a loaner and didn t charge me for the inspection when they found there s no issue with the system. This ll be my regular dealership now for my Genesis.
