I brought them a problem vehicle. It had a lot of issues. Freeman Service fixed everything on my vehicle. I had secretly wondered if my car would ever run good again, but they worked miracles, this is now my service center of choice.

I've tried a few detail places here in Portland and by far Freeman does the best job. The pricing is on par for most places doing detail work. I was able to get the inside leather conditioned and outside washed, waxed and clay finished. @Tosha T took great care of both of my vehicles, scheduling and turning them around in a half day each.Freeman specializing in high end used cars and they can make your car look like new. The work performed on my cars was outstanding. There were no swirl marks on the paint, the attention to details in the crevices were impeccable.Freeman owned a new customer today.Service: Auto detailing

Dealing with Tosha with awesome in horrible Turo insurance event. My car took almost 4 months cause of the terrible service from Turo and there coverage but working with Tosha and freeman was great and lots of patience dealing with issues. I recommend freeman to anyone for a car or for a Tesla repair job.

Totally satisfied about my service experience. I was well adviced about the timing of services my Jaguar needed at this time and during the year ahead. Christopher was an excellent listener to my requirements. I've been using Freeman for a few years and much prefer it to dealership service.

Cannot say enough good things about Freeman Service! They did an outstanding job on my BMW after a tree fell on it and crushed the roof. Shoutout to the painting/repair team along with Tosha and Maija for unrivaled customer service and transparency. Go to Freeman when you want it done right.

Took my 2016 E400 obsidian metallic black to Freeman Motor to have some fine scratches and rough spots removed on hood and trunk lid. Vehicle look awesome and evenly shine like glass. All scratches and rough spots gone. Great job by Freeman detail guys.

I always bring my car to Freeman for service and repairs. I trust their team because they take the time to explain things to me. I own a fleet of vehicles and used to use Freeman all the time for work and estimates. They used to do excellent work. Tosha was awesome, a true professional and was very quick and accurate. Sadly, Tosha left for the second time and the new guy is HORRIBLE. I took one of my vans there almost two weeks ago for an estimate and still Joesph hasn t responded I ve called, emailed multiple times and even popped in and he gave me a date that he promised it would be sent to me. Yup, that time has come and gone w no estimate. His excuse was he has been busy .me too, I have a crashed van that I m trying to get fixed and he isn t responding. I have bought a couple cars at Freeman Motor and I recently just purchased another one, this time from the Salem location. My check engine light came on and I had to go in to the Portland location to do the emissions test and because of the light, it wouldn t pass. They then contacted Freeman Service with what I was going to need to have done and Freeman Service contacted me same day and were able to get me in the same week. They found the problem, and had to order the parts so we scheduled another appointment for the following week and they completed the service the same day I dropped it off. I worked with Maija and she was incredible! She keeps in contact with you and gives updates which is something I ve never really experienced at other auto shops. Everyone there was amazing! Excellent service for a Lotus Evora. They were ready and expecting me upon arrival. They had a ride-share ready to send me home upon droppin off vehicle. Vehicle was finished when expected. I won a gift certificate and went there before my car show usually u would think they would do the whole car but they did not touch any of the aero kit or tail pipes very disappointed for being a high end shop when I picked up car gentlemen said he spent a while in the inside and left it at that I dropped my car off at 9 am and picked up around 4ish there was more then enough time. I also called and left message for service manger to call no one still has so I gave them time to contact me before this review.Service: Auto detailing

Tosha was my point person through the whole process. This was my first experience with having a vehicle fixed at an auto body shop, and she made it easy. My car was returned to me like nothing happened and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here , rather than taking a chance elsewhere. 6 stars!

Just picked up my car and can't say enough good things about Freeman Auto Body Service. Tosha was wonderful to work with, giving me options, quickly providing a written an "even-I-can-understand-this" estimate, and explaining very clearly what they would be doing. When things didn't turn out to their standards, they did even more to make my car appear as good as new. This is the second time I have used Freeman for auto body work, and both times have been A+ experiences.Service: Body & Trim

I purchased my vehicle from the Freeman dealership, and I ve had several repairs or evaluations done by Freeman Services & Auto Spa. Most recently, their staff repaired a significant issue with my vehicle s turbo system. Client Representative Maija spent considerable time advocating for me with my warranty company, arranging for transportation, obtaining parts, and explaining the repair process. I m very pleased with the outcome, and the vehicle runs like new. I appreciate the Freeman team s customer service, skills and follow through.

Freeman Motor Co Service center and auto spa is second to NONE. They are incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, communicative and professional on all levels. I recently had some damage to both the front end and back end of my BMW; they worked with my insurance company, helped arrange a car for a ride, and most importantly made my car look brand new.Please take my advice and give them the opportunity to, at least, detail your car inside and out...you will be amazed. Just purchased this car from the Salem location. Brought it into the Portland location for an oil change that was part of the purchase. Dropped the car off and was told they needed until for a few hours. They shuttled me to and from work at no charge and washed my car for me. The car wash was an added surprise but a very nice touch. This is the 2nd car that I have purchased from them and I will continue to come back to them for future purchases and repairs.Service: Oil change

All staff are both friendly and competent, and the workmanship has always been a first class. Our 2008 Mercedes E350 looked like a new car when we got it back, and ran like one too. Made an appointment with Tosha for an ultimate detail service. Super professional, offered my wife and I a shuttle service back to our home while the car was being detailed, then picked us up when the car was complete. The work was timely and very high quality. Service beyond compare. I look forward to having Freeman take care of all my car detailing needs from now on.

I learned of Freeman's auto service through an online group for lotus cars. I called and spoke to an unbelievable Angel named Maija. She guided me all the way through. I've owned cars of all kinds now for almost 50 years. Ive never used a service place to work on my cars. But in this case, Maija put me at ease and really helped. After getting everything in order they treated my car as I would have. With care and respect. It's now in top shape and running with the improvements I wanted. When I picked it up I took the time to personally thank the staff that I dealt with and the service tech. All took the time to talk with me.They are prompt with any answers or concerns and as my plans evolved, they adjusted right along with it. The only problem I ever have had with Freeman is the appointment scheduling sometimes goes out a couple of weeks. Maija and her team are fantastic.Pros:KnowledgeableFriendlyHelpfulPut your needs firstListen.Cons:(Notice I didn t have any cons!?)The mechanics know the vehicles and understand them (and for a Range Rover, that s saying something) They gladly took the time to explain and show me something I was unaware of and pointed me in the right direction saving me a possible headache (they took care of it that day!!)Maija and her team worked harmoniously with everyone including the gentleman in parts, who, was also super nice.Squeezing in the extra repair needed - my vehicle was still ready BEFORE promised time.My car didn t get washed .is that a con? I know you re still looking for one. But you can t call that a con, it was raining what would have been the point? I would have declined it anyhow!I will continue to service my vehicle with them. I needed some quick help and stopped by Freeman Motor Service on a Saturday when nobody else in the area was open. There was a bit of a wait when I walked in(didn't call first) but I was greeted promptly and told someone would be with me shortly. The lobby was very clean and has a good amount of amenities for anyone that might be waiting on their car. Within 5 minutes Rachel came over and introduced herself and offered assistance. She listened to my concerns and made me feel like my potential business was valued. On this visit they just helped me with a simple fluid top off and offered some advise on what I could do to help maintain my car mechanically. I would recommend Freeman to anyone looking for a trustworthy service center for their European car. Thanks for the help!

Fantastic customer service. Very clean area. I came for an oil change and it was my first time. I felt welcomed when I called in and when I showed up, they were very friendly. They cleaned my car as well. If needed, they can also drive you to your destination when you drop off your car.Call for a quote on your car. As of this writing, I paid $130 for an oil change. Car wash was included, as well as a ride to your destination if needed. They take care of you and your car.Service: Oil change

Maija (service) and Spencer (auto detail) at Freeman are outstanding. I had major maintenance service due for my BMW M3 which was fairly priced. I also had a full exterior and interior protection package (detail and ceramic coat) done which for the price is unbelievably reasonable. Both Maija and Spencer took the time and effort to listen to and answer my many questions and concerns both thoroughly and with care. I 100% recommend Freeman for any auto service or detail needs you have.Services: Engine repair, Auto detailing

Freeman Motors far exceeded my expectations. All of the employees were so kind and helpful. I was not expecting them to be able to fix a deep scratch on my car - and they did! It looks great. The exterior detail was beautiful and they even cleaned up the interior. I highly recommend them.

Bought a fabulous TT from Freeman, took it in for a special coating on the paint and interior to keep it fresh and new looking. Couldn't be more pleased. Zero wait time, clear communication, and beautiful work. Perfect.
