I purchased a car from Freeman Motor Showroom and the entire experience from start to finish was incredible. The staff were extremely professional and went above and beyond for me to have the best shopping experience ever. Not at any point did my girlfriend or I felt pressured. When I told Marcus I was on my way he had my car washed and waiting for me on a red carpet. By far the best experience purchasing a car from a dealership. I highly recommend anyone who s looking for a new vehicle to give Freeman Motorco a shot. The reviews don t lie and speak for themselves. I will definitely be coming back for another car.

I bought the car the day after they got it so they needed a week to put it through detailing and recon. But the finished product was worth the wait. The car came out absolutely perfect. They exceeded every expectation!!!I ll never buy a used car anywhere else.

Had a great experience with David finding my new (to me) X3. I felt zero pressure while I browsed and test drove. What I also appreciated was not being lowballed on my trade in vehicle. Everyone at Freeman were helpful and straightforward. I just purchase my second vehicle from them and in the future Freeman will be my first stop when shopping for a new car!

The best car buying experience I ve ever had.The showroom is beautiful! Jason was very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff are very friendly and down to earth. There is no pressure and no pushy up-selling. The cars are priced very competitively.I highly recommend!

I bought a car last week through Freeman Motorco in Portland and have to say the experience was incredible. Brendon was my first point of contact and was friendly and helpful right from the get go. He walked me through the entire process and made everything as stress-free as possible. Never did I feel pressured in any way and I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart and that I got a good price. His team of Lorraine and Jeff were also amazing to work with. If you are looking to buy a car, get a fair price and enjoy a pleasant buying experience, these are your people!!

In February, I arrived at Freeman's Portland Service Center for a 9AM appointment, where I was told the service was at the Showroom instead, not mentioned when I scheduled through the Service Center or called them to confirm 2 weeks later. I drove to the Showroom after being told no one was available till 9:30. The showroom was locked. At 9:40, I called the Service Dept, who got someone at the Showroom to then let me in. The work was done in less than 15 minutes. I complained that I'd taken the whole day off work (and had cancelled an afternoon dental appt) because two different people said it would "take all day." The manager joked that "Now you can go shopping." She then said she'd fill my gas tank, but it was already full. She then said she'd take $100 off a future service but had nothing to give me right then and took my info for an email. I have received nothing. I'm giving two stars because everyone was pleasant. I did have a positive car buying experience in Salem (not factored in this review), other than the regrettable decision for the expensive Crystal Fusion (which left my brand new windshield a smeary mess and keeps my wipers from making full contact).

The car buying experience was super easy and I was in and out which I appreciated! However after that, there was an issue w the car which I honestly wasn t upset about, it was once I got the car in it was crickets. I had to call/text multiple times and eventually just show up to be able to get a loaner. I wasn t told the shop is closed over the weekends which was frustrating, but then I was told I would hear back Monday. Never heard anything, called service, and got an attitude from the woman who works there and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them with a car that they sold me that had a problem. If the communication was better I d have no problem recommending them but after this, I d suggest taking your business to a dealership that genuinely values their customers and handles things in a professional manner.

After my BMW X1 of 10 years that I loved was totaled (had low mileage-like new!) I looked for days to find a like car! No luck until I found Freemans! Then I found just what I wanted at Freemans and they were great from the start! My problems were solved! Great service! Felt so much better after 3 weeks of fretting!!

Freeman Motor Company and my great sales associate there Marcus far exceeded my expectations; Marcus made the process seamless. he was great, the showman and customer service was amazing, I ve been buying are over 50 years best experience I ve ever had.I live in Seattle and Marcus made the deal happen over the phoneWith my trade in.Then I drove down form Seattle area; the car was everything as promised.Well worth the drive down,. I m telling everyone I know.

I had a great experience buying my car from Freeman Motors Dec 2023. The showroom was impressive and the entire team was very friendly and made me feel comfortable buying from them. Austin was our sales person; I am so thrilled with his customer service. The entire experience was fast and not pushy. Jeff the finance manager and the sales manager were also a pleasure. My son found a car online that he was interested in at Freeman Motor, so we went out to look. The car was exactly as posted and the employees were the nicest I ve met at any car dealership. They were not pushy at all; in fact, we wanted to look at another car before we made a decision and they were completely supportive of that. We did come back the next day and purchase the car from Freeman Motor. The process was easy and again, the staff were just so nice and so accommodating. They have a beautiful indoor showroom with very nice, high-end cars that all appeared to be in great shape and fairly priced. I definitely recommend Freeman Motor and would purchase from them again.

David Pomeroy was very easy to work with. Sent me a video walk and all the photos I asked for before making trip up to Portland. Once in show room, negotiating was quick and we were able to come to a number I was very happy with for my Tesla, making that model the cheapest in the country. I would recommend David and Freeman Motor for their ease of negotiating and willingness to make the deal. A+

Brendon saved me from a nightmare of dealers playing games with me. Gave me the best deal I could ask for and was so cool. Lo was amazing and got me through the rest of the process. Everyone there was amazing. I'm so glad the other dealerships failed me. Freeman is above and beyond. Not exaggerating when I say this was life-changing for me.

Lo was professional and low pressure which both my wife and I appreciate it. She was also willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. Brendon was great to work with, very personable, knowledgeable and helpful in working on the purchase of the car and setup of some of the controls of the vehicle. Renee at Freeman Motors in Salem, Oregon was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient as we looked for our new-to-us car. She never made us feel rushed as we test-drove and had many questions about many of their beautiful vehicles. She even had cars brought down from Portland for us to look at in Salem.The whole team in the Salem showroom was friendly and helpful in every way. I think this was the fifth or sixth car that we've purchased from Freeman Motors over the years. We've never been disappointed!

I had an excellent buying experience with Freeman. I drove up to Portland from southern Oregon a little late in the day on a Friday, about a 4 hour drive. They had a very fair deal on a Porsche Macan S and I was trading in a car so I expected to be there a while. When I arrived they had the Macan pulled up and ready to go in the showroom. Got a fair trade-in amount, the car was in great condition, and all the paperwork was done in a very timely fashion. My salesman Alex was great, the whole thing couldn't have gone better. My wife is very happy with her early Christmas present

Heard great things from people about Freeman. Our experience is different, they acted super friendly and welcoming so we bought a car from them. We noticed a broken piece in the car we didn t see before so I decided to call them and just ask about it, nothing wrong with asking and they acted like we were pieces of garbage and were rude about the whole thing. Second issue is their mechanics are clowns. Went to change the oil and the plug and filter were torqued down WAY beyond spec. Needless to say we will never get service done by them or buy another car from them.

I was there to transport a car for a close friend of mine. When I entered the building nobody greeted or asked if I needed assistance, the whole time it was a lady in the front office having a personal conversation on the phone. Eventually I found someone to help me. I found the staff to be very dismissive & condescending when addressing me. I kept it very professional as I am the owner of my trucking company, however my friend whom was purchasing the vehicle was on the phone while I was talking to the salesman & she confirmed my thoughts. Initially I figured this was how their company treated "blue collar" workers since its very obvious that they cater to the upper class. Nonetheless, I would never spend my money with this company. If you are providing a service, I think you should treat everyone with respect.

Their showroom is tidy, with a large stock of beautiful vehicles. Marcus was a pleasure to work with. He was courteous and friendly, down-to-earth and low pressure. It was a positive buying experience, and I would likely go back again in the future should I need another vehicle!

My lovely wife Doren and I just recently fostered 2 sisters and needed a safe, larger, capable and stylish vehicle to transport our growing family to school, events and road trips across America. The 2016 BMW X5 35d located at your stunning Portland showroom satisfied our requirements and budget. Brendon was our first point of contact and executed the information gathering, financing and logistics on the X5 with a level of expertise and level of comfort that help us decide to proceed with the purchase enough to fly in from the San Francisco bay area and drive her back home. David graciously shuttled me from the airport tothe showroom and after our delightful conversation we arrived. The parking lot was clean, the building was tastefully designed. It felt special to be there! You could tell everything mattered at this place of business. I was greeted by everyone as if they were expecting me. Not overdone but genuinely welcomed. Brendon showed me the BMW X5 and it met my expectations and then some. We took it for a test drive and it performed beautifully. Then Brendon was showing the driving modes and we went from eco to sports plus and the X5 didn't like it. A malfunction warning light showed up on the display just before our return to the showroom. I turned the X5 off then back on then the warning light went off. Brendon immediately told me the his company didn't feel comfortable with me driving the X5 back home on a 800+ mile trip not knowing the origins of the warning light.Freeman Motors agreed to investigate, fix or replace the parts needed to make the X5 operate as it should. Brendon, Michell, Jeff, Lo & David were all upset and concerned about my experience in which made it our experience. I wanted to walk away from the deal to the point of purchasing a similar example from nearby but after discussing with my wife we felt since Freeman Motor Company was making a more than fair effort to make things right we should give them a chance. It takes two or more to tango. We felt they invested time and money to make things right prior to this unforeseen condition and were still eager to rectify the problem we should honor their efforts and proceed with the purchase. Faith is believing in something you can't see. Something about the quality of all the people that run this company made our decision obvious. I had the absolute best experience! I drove down from Seattle and worked with Brian in sales. He was very kind, funny, informative, quick to get us answers and wasn t that pushy sales guy by any means. The finance chick Kara was also amazing! Great personality, not cranky AT ALL that she stayed past hours and helped us figure out cost for tint and clear bra! I seriously couldn t have had a better sales experience.
